  Reliable, Resourceful abd Responsive

  Lea knew everything I didn’t know when it comes to planning a wedding! She was approachable and tried to answer my questions and even guide me when I was making decisions to choose the right wedding favours. She kept us on track but when we were getting stressed, she had a way of calming us down. When it came to making my daughter’s wedding a memorable event, to make sure everything ran smoothly, she was like an Army general, managing time and sequence of events! I would recommend her to anyone in need of a weddings planner! Leave the work to the experts! I am glad we hired her. Thank you Lea!!

  Hiring Lea as our day-of-coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! She met with us virtually for months to help us figure out all the details we didn't even think of, always responded to questions right away, was very flexible with our decisions and meeting times, and overall is just a sweet caring person to work with. On the day of the wedding, she made sure our timeline ran smoothly, set up all of our decorations perfectly, coordinated all of our vendors and cued our speech givers. She even saved our ceremony when our audio wasn't working! We'd recommend Lea at Impeccable Moments to ANY of our friends and family without hesitation ❤️

  Lea was an incredible wedding planner for us and we couldn’t be more grateful.
  
  Her can-do attitude, attention to detail and support throughout the entire wedding planning process was so greatly appreciated. We certainly couldn't have executed and brought it over the finish line without her as our day-of planner. She was extremely organized with weekly meetings leading up to the day, as well as the entire execution on the day. With her help, we managed to stay on time and create a beautiful evening for us and all our guests. I've received so many compliments from our parents, the bridal party and the rest of our vendors that she was so collaborative and great to work with. It also can't go without saying that the tables and room decorations came together perfectly.
  
  All in all, she went above and beyond in helping us to execute the wedding of our dream!
