When I first started planning my wedding nearly a year and a half ago, I was a bit on the fence about hiring a wedding planner. Eventually, I came around to the idea when I realized how much work it would be and so I interviewed approximately 10-12 wedding planners in the GTA, and I had by far the best feeling about Zerlene. Now that my wedding is over, I would say that Zerlene was easily the single best investment we made in our wedding, and I attribute the success of our wedding entirely to her. From the start, Zerlene was incredibly organized and responsive. She remained on top of all the details, constantly reminding us about deadlines and decisions and did not let things slip through the cracks. Zerlene also had amazing vendor recommendations, attended all of our meetings and had questions for the vendors that I wouldn't have even thought to ask.
Zerlene went above and beyond. Our wedding was not an easy one - it was a large wedding (nearly 200 people), and we had a lot of individual guest accommodations and specific requests for various vendors. She was able to execute on all of it and always remained incredibly calm. Even in the face of a couple of difficult vendors that we were dealing with, Zerlene was on top of it - she reached out to them immediately and frequently, and she advocated for us to ensure that we got what we wanted.
If you are at all on the fence about hiring a wedding planner (or can't decide which you want to hire), you will absolutely not go wrong with Zerlene. She was the best decision we made, and I could not be happier with how our wedding turned out. Thanks to Zerlene, it will truly be remembered as the happiest day of my life. -

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner than Zerlene! From the very beginning, she was a joy to work with—professional, calm, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Her calming personality helped keep us relaxed throughout the entire planning process, and she took the time to design an itinerary that truly worked for us, considering all our preferences and priorities.
Zerlene was always responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. About six weeks before the wedding, she took over contacting our vendors, which was such a relief! She coordinated everything flawlessly, ensuring that every detail was taken care of so we didn’t have to worry on the big day. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, our wedding day went off without a hitch, and we could fully enjoy ourselves.
A truly special moment came during the rehearsal when my dad couldn't make it. Zerlene stepped in without hesitation and walked me down the aisle. That gesture meant the world to me and was just one example of how much she genuinely cared about making our day as perfect as possible.
We’re so grateful for Zerlene’s support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, organized, and thoughtful wedding planner. She made our special day truly unforgettable! -

My partner and I recently got married at the Kortright Centre for Conservation, hired Zarlene as our day of coordinator, and let me just say wow! She helped us so much starting about a month before the wedding. She helped us with organizing the timeline, made sure all our vendors were on the same page, helped with the set up of the venue, and even kept track of important documents that my partner and I had overlooked in the rush and excitement of the day. I never once felt nervous or stressed because since our first communication Zarlenes experience and professionalism was clear. Zerlene from Impresario Events was invaluable in planning our multi-day, multi-ceremony wedding. The bride and I hired Zerlene for full service wedding planning for a wedding in Toronto, and we live in the US. Given that we were remote, we could not have planned such an amazing wedding without her. She was very flexible working with us, gave us tons of great advice, solved problems for us, was extremely responsive at all hours of the day, and made wedding planning fun. -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Zerlene as our day-of-coordinator. She really knows her stuff and made our wedding day run extremely smoothly.
From the moment we met, you could just tell she was on it. She gave us detailed forms for us to fill out, which helped us think through our planning process. She also recommended time frames for each portion of the day, which helped us plan the logistics.
On the day of our wedding, I didn't even notice any issues since Zerlene solved them immediately. Thank you Zerlene!
