Perhaps an intimate ceremony and celebration at twilight, at one of the many precious sites which our Old City may unveil. From a private terrace, overlooking the St. Lawrence River to a magestic turret at the fabled Chateau Frontenac, a panoply of breathtaking sceneries will be sure to charm you. The question will be... My life as a wedding planner.
For the past 25 years, it has been pure joy to be part of a creative community, to have had the chance to cater to the sweetest couples from various part of our world. Truly a blessing to have the opportunity to use my creative side daily as I plan each wedding in a tailored, personalised fashion.

All details will be taken care of in the language of your choice (French or English): from the preparation of your legal documents, the confirmation of your ceremony site, musical repertoire, enchanting decor, nuptial stay and intimate dinner celebrations.
Upon your arrival, all details will have been orchestrated. Your wedding celebrations in romantique Quebec City may begin!

Every Detail Taken Care Of!
From start to finish, Isabelle handled every detail with extreme care and even took care of things we weren't aware of. She knows the city so well and has many valued and experienced connections which makes her the number one planner to help with your event in QC. She was a pleasure to work with leading up to and during our wedding and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to be swept of their feet and have a fairytale event!

Dream Day and a Dream Coordinator
Isabelle was an absolute dream to work with on our Quebec City elopement. Due to the pandemic, we had to change things around a few times, and each time, she was an absolute rock star to help us pivot and coordinate. Every time I think about our special day, I get to confidently say I wouldn't change a single thing, and that's all thanks to Isabelle. She had all the details, and made sure to make every single moment of the planning and the day itself feel special and important. Can't recommend her enough.

Perfect wedding, Exactly what we wanted!
Everything was unbelievably perfect! Isabelle is incredible to work with and takes care of every little detail. You can confidently plan and have your stress melt away with Isabelle overseeing things! It was everything we had hoped for and more for our wedding. We were delayed a year due to COVID but Isabelle still found us an alternative option if we did really want to go ahead with our initial date. I highly recommend Isabelle and her team of professionals!!

Magical Winter Elopement
Isabelle was instrumental in creating the absolutely most romantic and perfect wedding day for Mike and I. We chose to elope to Quebec City because of its historical beauty and Isabelle created a fairytale experience for us. The Chateau Frontenac Wine Cellar was the perfect setting and decorated to perfection. She found us Vegan restaurants, vegan wedding cake, delightful musicians, a stunning bouquet and boutonnière, and an amazing photographer, and wonderful makeup and hairstylist. We felt pampered and cared for every step of the way . Isabelle sees to every detail promptly and seemingly effortlessly, she truly listens and understands what you are hoping for. There was absolutely nothing about our wedding we would have changed or could have improved upon. Thank you Isabelle for our perfect wedding day, We couldn’t have ever dreamed it would be so perfect in every way!!.

We felt like royalty!
Isabelle’s services are impeccable! We needed to make several scheduling adjustments due to the pandemic and Isabelle was so kind and accommodating. She attended to every small detail so we could enjoy our day. She made excellent recommendations of restaurants and other locations around Quebec City. Isabelle is professional, kind, and we simply can’t recommend her services enough. Any event with Isabelle organizing is sure to be exceptional!

We can’t recommend Isabelle Radford Intimate Weddings & Elopements, highly enough! If you are wanting a perfect, intimate wedding, she is a dream come true! We chose Quebec City, Canada for our destination wedding. You would never have known we got married during a pandemic. The romance of our day was truly indescribable.

Isabelle is the best!
If you are considering using Isabelle for your wedding, please do not hesitate. She is absolutely fantastic.
From the moment we had our first phone call, to all the times it was postponed (thanks covid!), to the day of the wedding itself, she was available any time we needed, and was so helpful and professional at every step.
We wanted a small elopement, but with the beauty of a larger wedding and she took care of every part. The make-up artist and photographer she works with are just phenomenal. I am a vegan, and Isabelle even found us a fabulous vegan restaurant (at 24 hours notice) and she arranged for us to have our wedding dinner there, with the table dressed for a bride and groom! She thinks of everything!

Aren't weddings supposed to be stressful with a bunch of things going wrong at the last minute? Not with Isabelle around! Even if there were issues, we certainly had no idea and enjoyed the perfect wedding day. It's worth mentioning that the wedding was planned in about 5 weeks. Throughout the planning process Isabelle was always responsive, flexible, and thorough in her approach. I was amazed at how closely the flowers and cake matched the sample photos I had sent. We celebrated the big day at Chateau Frontenac (fabulous venue & food btw) and Isabelle coordinated all the details with the venue incredibly well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a friend!
