When we got engaged in 2019 we had no idea what we were in for. At that time my fiancé and I both knew we needed a wedding planner and when we met Jessica we instantly clicked.
Jessica guided us through a global pandemic(something none of us had ever experienced), 3 postponements, countless restrictions, a torrential downpour on the day of, and just about every other setback we could imagine all while staying so organized, kind and understanding.

The day of was no different. Jessica and her colleague went above and beyond all expectations. Everything was organized down to the minute—they kept us so on track, made sure our decor, tables, and flowers were all set up perfectly and coordinated with all of the other vendors. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the day with our friends and family knowing that every detail was being taken care of behind the scenes.

We were so happy that we decided to work with the Juniper Event Co. team. They made our day (which was full of lots of small details and moving parts) flow seamlessly. All of our friends and family commented on how everything flowed perfectly and felt totally relaxed, which was in large part due to Jess' work behind the scenes. They made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be and when, and had a calm and relaxed attitude while doing so. I would definitely recommend them for any event - large or small.

Working with Juniper Events was the best decision we made while planning our January wedding at Canoe in Toronto. We've always heard that the last couple months before a wedding can be stressful for a couple, but because we had Jess on our side, we were completely relaxed the entire time.

Jess's wedding day itinerary she created for us was a detail-oriented person's dream. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Jess took over all communications with our vendors to coordinate arrival times, load-in/out, etc. She covered all the little details that can become stressful for a couple if they start to add up, and we barely had to lift a finger.

In addition to a kick-off meeting with me and my then-fiance, Jess joined us at a planning meeting with the Canoe events team to ensure that she and Canoe were aligned on day-of logistics, timing, and details. She also came to our rehearsal the night before the wedding, where she guided and managed the entire rehearsal.

The day of the wedding was simply perfect, entirely thanks to Jess and Lisa-Marie. They kept the day moving perfectly on time, as we moved to various locations for photos (in a snow storm!), and ensured that set-up at Canoe was running smoothly. Their eye for detail was so important, as when we arrived at Canoe for the ceremony, the space had transformed into the exact vision we were hoping for.

Once dinner got started, Jess and Lisa-Marie continued to keep things moving perfectly. They worked with Canoe to ensure our MC knew when to introduce the next speech, and Jess cued our MC when it was time. Our MC later told us this was a huge help for him, as he didn't have to worry about being the one responsible for keeping things on track. My husband and I were able to completely enjoy our entire day without worrying about a thing. We never had to think about whether vendors were where they were supposed to be, whether we we were on time, or whether we'd forgotten anything, because the Juniper ladies had everything under total, flawless control.

Hiring Juniper was the best decision we made and we would recommend them in an instant to help make your wedding day relaxed, beautiful and flawless.

I started planning my wedding 4 months before the actual date. I found Jess as I was scrolling through Instagram for some inspiration and her page really inspired most of my wedding’s esthetic. I knew I needed someone to take us to the finish line and so I reached out to her. She responded within less than 24 hours and even took a call with me right away that same day. She was very transparent about expectations and how she can help which made me trust her right away. When we signed on with her, she was quick on every deliverable. Her emails were very organized and well thought out. She knew how busy both my partner and I were so she wasn’t afraid to always follow up and share any changes or updates. She also made some recommendations on things I should add to the wedding like design or florals which made the venue look even better!

On the day of the wedding, she had everything coordinated and ready. I was truly able to enjoy my day and stay in the moment. One thing that stood out to me is how she was keen on making sure both my partner and I were happy and satisfied.

We worked with Jessica and Juniper Event Co for our 2020 wedding and couldn't recommend her more! Through the ups and downs of planning a wedding during Covid-19, Jessica was there every step of the way to offer advice, recommendations and pivoted with us whenever our wedding plans changed (which they did, numerous times).
