From our initial call with her, we clicked immediately and we knew that she would be the right person to support us through our big day. In the weeks before the wedding, communication was a breeze and she was able to ask the right questions to ensure that our vision would be executed in the smoothest way possible! In the days before the wedding, she was present for our rehearsal and was able to wrap-up any last minute details. And on the day of, we didn't have to worry about a thing because we knew that Kim had it all under control - from keeping our timelines, to styling of our decor to managing vendor communication.

From the first video call, we knew we were in good hands. Kim was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, and provided a kick-ass wedding spreadsheet to boot. Having this spreadsheet and Kim to keep us on track made wedding planning an absolute breeze.
The day of the wedding went so incredibly smoothly thanks to Kim and her extra preparedness. We literally did not have to worry about a single detail being executed because everything we had asked Kim to do was already done! We were able to effortlessly glide through the entire wedding day without worrying about whether things would happen on time (which they always did). If we needed anything at any moment, Kim or her watchful assistant Joanne were always available to take care of it right away.
I would absolutely recommend Kim Terzimehic Weddings as a wedding co-ordinator and you can be 100% sure you will be well taken care of, start to finish.

We hired her as our day-of coordinator but she really went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything prepped and covered and checked in multiple times so we could get all of the details right. She was also in constant communication with my vendors and made sure everyone had clear timelines and directions.
Kim was there for everything we needed during the rehearsal and the wedding day. I didn’t have to worry about a thing — she took care of all the decor, schedule coordination, assistance with shoots, and communication with vendors. Everyone could relax and enjoy the day because Kim did all of the heavy lifting and I trusted her to do it well.
I could not have chosen a better coordinator to work with and can't recommend her enough. Thank you for all you did to make our wedding day so wonderful!

After going through my own wedding planning process, I discovered my passion for planning and all the fun details that come with it. After many years of working in therapeutic recreation and client relations, transitioning to wedding planning felt like the perfect way to combine my creative and organizational skills in a meaningful way. I realized that blending my creativity with my love for LOVE was a natural fit for my career in events. I have a keen eye for detail and am always striving to find new ways to make each event truly unique. I adore getting to know my couples and ensuring that their special day is not only seamless but also a true reflection of their style and personality.
When I'm not designing the perfect palette or buried in timelines, you can find me winding down at the end of the day with a glass of wine, indulging in my guilty pleasures: Selling Sunset, Love is Blind, or The Bachelor.
