Kim was amazing to work with! We hired her on to act as a month-of-coordinator for our summer wedding, and I really don't know what we would have done without her impeccable organization, great attention-to-detail and ability to keep cool and calm when things get hectic!
From our initial call with her, we clicked immediately and we knew that she would be the right person to support us through our big day. In the weeks before the wedding, communication was a breeze and she was able to ask the right questions to ensure that our vision would be executed in the smoothest way possible! In the days before the wedding, she was present for our rehearsal and was able to wrap-up any last minute details. And on the day of, we didn't have to worry about a thing because we knew that Kim had it all under control - from keeping our timelines, to styling of our decor to managing vendor communication.
Highly highly recommend Kim for any planning or styling services for your big day - she can definitely do it all and we are so lucky to have crossed paths with her! -

While we think of ourselves as a fairly organized couple, who may or may not need a wedding coordinator, our biggest concern was that something would slip through the cracks or that we'd be too stressed on the big day to actually enjoy it. We wanted everything to be perfect, but we didn’t know if we could make that happen without stressing ourselves out in the logistics of the day.
Meeting Kim was such a relief! She totally got our vision from the start and made the whole planning process feel easy and enjoyable. Honestly, we were amazed at how smoothly everything went with her by our side. On the wedding day, Kim was like our secret weapon—working behind the scenes to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing!
Having Kim as our coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made. It meant we could just relax and soak in all the special moments of the day, knowing she had everything under control. One thing that really stood out was how she handled little surprises, like when the weather shifted unexpectedly. She worked her magic with the venue and vendors, and everything just fell into place perfectly—we didn’t have to lift a finger.
We’d 100% recommend Kim Terzimehic Weddings to anyone planning their big day. She’s organized, calm under pressure, and honestly just a really lovely person to work with. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without her, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to make it so special. -

Our wedding was absolutely perfect, no stress, and Kim was the reason for this! She was lovely to meet up with and I trusted her fully with our big day. She truly brought all our visions to life effortlessly. So many guests commented on how perfect and seamless everything was. Kim went above and beyond not only on coordinating and planning everything, but she made sure everyone was on time and they were they needed to be. I don’t know what would have happened without her…. I HIGHLY recommend Kim for any one looking for a wedding planner/coordinator.

Kim was amazing, she made it so I had a fantastic day without worry. She has an amazing workbook that including items and things I didn't think of, it was a fantastic tool to have. She made sure everyone and everything was in place and it went off with out a hitch. I was able to relax and not worry about anything going wrong as I knew Kim had it all under control. -

Before meeting Kim, I wasn’t sure if I needed a wedding planner, since both my husband and I are “type A” personalities with strong attention to detail… but BOY, was I wrong! The wedding planning process is complex, and there are many little details you may not even be aware of that can have a big impact on your day. Kim provided us with clear and gentle guidance throughout the months of planning; I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without her. She was accessible and responsive, and acted with urgency to respond to our questions, concerns, or to bring us recommendations. She learned what mattered most to us and made sure that our vision was honoured throughout the process - including facilitating the best outcomes with vendors. Kim is a problem-solver. She was quick with solutions whenever a challenge arose. She provided a strong peace of mind, allowing us to feel relaxed on the day-of, knowing that she had everything under control. She’s also just a fun, positive, and pleasant person to work with - someone you’d love to just meet for a coffee or drink. I have already been telling all my friends and family in the Toronto area how amazing Kim is! I feel grateful that we managed to secure her as our wedding planner, and honestly, a bit sad not to have an excuse to speak to her every couple weeks anymore! -

We were not quite sure what to expect when we hired Kim as our wedding co-ordinator, but wow were we absolutely floored by the quality of service she provided!
From the first video call, we knew we were in good hands. Kim was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, and provided a kick-ass wedding spreadsheet to boot. Having this spreadsheet and Kim to keep us on track made wedding planning an absolute breeze.
The day of the wedding went so incredibly smoothly thanks to Kim and her extra preparedness. We literally did not have to worry about a single detail being executed because everything we had asked Kim to do was already done! We were able to effortlessly glide through the entire wedding day without worrying about whether things would happen on time (which they always did). If we needed anything at any moment, Kim or her watchful assistant Joanne were always available to take care of it right away.
I would absolutely recommend Kim Terzimehic Weddings as a wedding co-ordinator and you can be 100% sure you will be well taken care of, start to finish. -

Kim was a dream to work with and she was truly instrumental in helping our big day go off without a hitch!
We hired her as our day-of coordinator but she really went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything prepped and covered and checked in multiple times so we could get all of the details right. She was also in constant communication with my vendors and made sure everyone had clear timelines and directions.
Kim was there for everything we needed during the rehearsal and the wedding day. I didn’t have to worry about a thing — she took care of all the decor, schedule coordination, assistance with shoots, and communication with vendors. Everyone could relax and enjoy the day because Kim did all of the heavy lifting and I trusted her to do it well.
I could not have chosen a better coordinator to work with and can't recommend her enough. Thank you for all you did to make our wedding day so wonderful! -

There are so many options out there for a wedding coordinator but I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who asks! Kim was our "Day of Coordinator" but in my opinion she goes above and beyond that. She made sure to reach out to all our vendors the week before to make sure everyone had the same schedule, she met with me twice in the month leading up to the wedding to make sure I got everything out there in terms of what I was looking for and ultimately she managed countless things that came up the week before and week of that changed the plans I had originally thought I had. The day would not have been successful without Kim. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
