Hasti with her team at La Vista Events were able to help us organize the best and most memorable day of our life. We have had guests tell us at the wedding and afterwards that it was the best wedding they had every been to.

When we had first approached her, we knew that we wanted to take on some of the heavy lifting when it came to organizing our wedding. Hasti was able to take our concerns and propose a consulting package that fit our needs exactly and help us throughout our wedding planning journey. She gave such valuable guidance and we all had so much fun through the process.

In planning for the wedding, Hasti was able to suggest and help us sort through vendors in the areas we had very little experience with and give us some guidance on the industry. She was flexible in her time to meet both of us and was open to our many wedding ideas. Hasti was flexible in exploring those ideas and giving them life and at other times giving us reality checks when needed. She understands the logistics of the event and social aspects to ensure a smooth execution for the various things planned for that day.

Our wedding day was beyond words and the memories we had made on that day will be with us for life!

Not once did we feel like we missed out on the food! Hasti and her team were able to keep us fed and hydrated throughout the event.

Sara was a star keeping us picture perfect throughout the day, her spirit is contagious and will keep you hyped for days.

Before the reception, my wife had underestimated how poofy her dress was and realized she would not be able to dance in it. Lauren was able to actually go to our place all the way across the city and grab another dress for my wife just in time for our first dance. We are so thankful and couldn’t have imagined how the night would’ve turned out without her help.

In the end our wedding came within budget and we came out of it with a lifetime of priceless memories.

My Husband and I had just got engaged in January of 2019. shortly after, we began the search for a wedding planner that we hoped would meet all of our expectations. Luckily, Hasti and her wonderful team were referred to us by a friend who spoke extremely highly of them. After getting in touch with Hasti, we quickly realized this was the best decision we were about to make during our wedding process. Among many other great things, she was so kind, warm and of course knowledgeable. She was extremely prompt with her replies and would spend a lot of time explaining things thoroughly to us both.

6 weeks leading up to my wedding, Hasti fully stepped in and took over completely, as I had only purchased the "Partial wedding planning" package and she was not to step in until 6 weeks prior to my wedding. She was nothing short of AMAZING! She would include me in everything that was going on so that I could still be in the loop however she would take care of almost everything herself. She really made my life so much easier during the wedding process. I would have moments of panic and I would email her or call her with all my concerns and she would address them immediately. 1 week leading up to my wedding, our guest-list quantity changed about a dozen times. She never once seemed frustrated no matter how many times we changed things around on her, she always remained calm and kind. She always gave us the best advice which led to saving us a lot of money in the end. When it came to doing the seating chart I was a bit nervous as it was all done online and I am not very computer savvy. Hasti sent us a step by step tutorial on how do the seating chart and I must say I was amazed at how user friendly it was.

On the day of my wedding, I basically sat back and enjoyed the ride as I knew Hasti and her wonderful team had our back and would deal with anything that went wrong behind the scene. We had an extremely large wedding party of *23* not including my husband and I. Hasti had assigned the lovely Sara to us and she was just an absolute pleasure to have around the whole day. She kept us all entertained and in check lol as we were a rather a large group. She held my dress and my veil everywhere I went and would signal things to me if I was slouching in pictures and forgetting to hold my posture correctly. She was honestly such a pleasure to have around. At one point the hook at the back of my wedding dress actually snapped and another amazing lady by the name of Tiffany sowed it back up for me and it did not give me any more issues the whole night. They were all so helpful and kind in our time of need and they always remained calm and did it all with a smile the entire night. I wish I could get married again and again just to have these amazing ladies in my life all the time! I can truly say that I will miss them all so much, especially Sara & Hasti.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you ladies did for us during some a special time in our lives. You all made our special day so much more memorable.

When we first started the wedding planning process, we thought we would skip hiring a wedding planner, and spend the money towards venue and décor, etc. But honestly, hiring La Vista Events to be our planners was one of the best decisions and investments we made!

Hasti was our lead planner and we were so lucky to have her. She is SUPER professional, very helpful, approachable, and most importantly, she knows what she is doing. Some of the many things Hasti did for us: kept us on track with detailed budget lists, to-do lists, scheduled meetings, kept a track of our vendor payments, proposed multiple rounds of décor themes, ideas, layouts until we were happy, and then found rental companies who could bring those designs to life. She coordinated all day-of timings and logistics with our vendors, she designed and printed our wedding programs for guests. Closer to the wedding, when we had family in town and things were getting hectic, we were able to rely on Hasti to take over and she always did so with a smile and with such grace. At the end of the day, we were very pleased with the overall cost of our wedding, having come in under what we had initially expected. We still get comments from our guests about how hardworking and efficient our planning team was, and many of them took down Hasti’s contact information for their own events!

On the days of our wedding, the two of us were treated like royalty by Hasti, Sara, Amin, Carissa, Jen, Tiffany, and Christina. From Amin making sure we had something to eat and drink, to Sara laying down plastic on the mud during our photoshoot so that our clothes and shoes don’t get muddy, they made sure we didn’t have to think of anything or lift a finger. We thoroughly ENJOYED our wedding days!

Hasti puts her heart and soul into planning your wedding, which is priceless. Hasti helped us with our wedding this past August and she was a total life saver. Immediately after our first meeting, my wife Yana & I felt comfortable and confident in hiring Hasti. To say that she is unconditionally dedicated to her clients is an understatement. Her commitment never ceased to amaze the whole way through. Hasti was always available, promptly replied to emails / texts and even came to our house for a meeting with our DJ. Planning a wedding is one of the most stressful and time consuming things I have ever done. Even though I was only marginally involved compared to my wife Yana, by having Hasti guide us through our journey I didn't have a single worry. Hasti simply took care of it all, made everything happen on time and it was as though wedding planning was her second nature. Hasti made us feel like we were her only client (even though she's probably the busiest planner in the city). Our wedding day was a dream come true and there wasn't a single hitch. (Not that we knew of anyway!) Hasti and her team were calm and in control throughout the day. As the day went on each transition was seamless. Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended and those compliments were earned by Hasti & her team. (Because it certainly wasn't any of my doing! lol). Our lead planner was Tiffany and I can't say enough amazing things about her. From the very beginning, she guided us through the planning process, always listening to us and our vision. She was also great at providing us with her much appreicated recommendations and ideas along the way! Tiffany did such an outstanding job on our wedding day and our entire day went by so smooth. As the bride, I felt so much more comfortable and at ease, knowing we had Tiffany there and it truly allowed us to soak the entire day in.

Hasti is a dear friend of mine who I met while in university. We both connected via our mutual love for weddings and we both dreamt of our big day even prior to being engaged ourselves. Hiring a wedding planner was a no brainer for me. To truly experience the wedding day itself without having to worry about what goes on behind the scenes, staying on schedule, etc. requires an invaluable planner. There isn’t anyone that I would trust more to assist with my big day other than Hasti. She’s just like me in the sense that she’s detail-oriented, organized, professional, and dedicated in what she does. I value her friendship, knowledge, technical skills, and experience within the industry and I could not have imagined this process without her.

Hasti will gain an understanding of what you need and require and tailor a package towards your needs. She’s there for you every step of the process if you ever need help getting started, to recommend vendors, and to follow up with your progress. Her online tools for seating charts, guest lists, budgeting, etc. are indispensable and streamlined tedious tasks which made them much more manageable. We hired Hasti for day-of management for our wedding in Kelowna. She stepped in 6 weeks prior to the wedding to create the finalized timeline, prepare a final checklist, communicate with vendors, and facilitate the rehearsal and day-of coordination. I was blown away by the amount of detail Hasti includes in her timelines and all the different versions she tailors towards different vendors and for the families and bridal party. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of planning our wedding with Hasti whether that was via texts, emails, phone calls, Whatsapp, or Instagram messages.

A week before the wedding, Hasti prepared our final checklist for us to make sure that we knew exactly what was left to be done. She got in touch with all of our vendors, emailed out the final timelines (after many revisions which she may or may not have been happy with…), and made sure that we were ready for the day. She brought along the best assistant who loved on us and who also shared a strong love for the theme of our wedding, “Beauty and the Beast”, and we felt beyond prepared. The day-of coordination from the La Vista Events team was absolutely incredible. Hasti checked in with our bridal party and all of our vendors to make sure that we were adhering to the timeline. She made sure to allow time for my husband and I to have time to ourselves in the midst of all the busy from the day, and she was attentive to our needs. Any stressful situations (and there were many!), she handled with kindness, poise, and professionalism and she shielded me from any unnecessary stressors so that my husband and I could just enjoy our day to the fullest. With all that, she found ways to accommodate last minute delays which even included her having to break it down on the dance floor! She did all this while planning for a separate 2-day event back in Vancouver. If she did not tell me, I would have never known. There was never a moment where I felt like she wasn’t there for us.

Her passion drives her to be the best that she can be. She would never admit it, but she is phenomenal at what she does. The amount of praise that I have received from family, friends, and vendors about her makes my heart sing because she deserves it all. There was no one more that I could have trusted to help coordinate the biggest day of our lives and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a planner. We could never thank you enough, Hasti.

Hasti from La Vista Events saved my life, I live in Las Vegas and was planning my wedding in Vancouver, Canada and without her my wedding planning and day would have been a complete mess. Her staff is very professional and very precise. I received many great deals from local vendors through hiring La Vista Events. Hasti worked side by side with me and made sure my wedding day was exactly what my dream wedding consisted of, she knew all the right touches that added to my special day. Hasti is very very very organized! Our schedule for the wedding that she put together was very impressive!!! She made it too all of my meetings during the month of my wedding, and asked questions that I would have never thought to ask.
