Beyond what we had expected of her and her team

Hasti with her team at La Vista Events were able to help us organize the best and most memorable day of our life. We have had guests tell us at the wedding and afterwards that it was the best wedding they had every been to.

When we had first approached her, we knew that we wanted to take on some of the heavy lifting when it came to organizing our wedding. Hasti was able to take our concerns and propose a consulting package that fit our needs exactly and help us throughout our wedding planning journey. She gave such valuable guidance and we all had so much fun through the process.

Hasti with her team at La Vista Events were able to help us organize the best and most memorable day of our life. We have had guests tell us at the wedding and afterwards that it was the best wedding they had every been to.

When we had first approached her, we knew that we wanted to take on some of the heavy lifting when it came to organizing our wedding. Hasti was able to take our concerns and propose a consulting package that fit our needs exactly and help us throughout our wedding planning journey. She gave such valuable guidance and we all had so much fun through the process.

In planning for the wedding, Hasti was able to suggest and help us sort through vendors in the areas we had very little experience with and give us some guidance on the industry. She was flexible in her time to meet both of us and was open to our many wedding ideas. Hasti was flexible in exploring those ideas and giving them life and at other times giving us reality checks when needed. She understands the logistics of the event and social aspects to ensure a smooth execution for the various things planned for that day.

Our wedding day was beyond words and the memories we had made on that day will be with us for life!

Not once did we feel like we missed out on the food! Hasti and her team were able to keep us fed and hydrated throughout the event.

Sara was a star keeping us picture perfect throughout the day, her spirit is contagious and will keep you hyped for days.

Before the reception, my wife had underestimated how poofy her dress was and realized she would not be able to dance in it. Lauren was able to actually go to our place all the way across the city and grab another dress for my wife just in time for our first dance. We are so thankful and couldn’t have imagined how the night would’ve turned out without her help.

In the end our wedding came within budget and we came out of it with a lifetime of priceless memories.

The Best Ever

What can we say? Working with Hasti makes us wish we could plan another wedding just to spend more time with her. We were lucky enough to work with her for almost two years due to Covid postponement, and that was a blessing in disguise lol.

But seriously, she was a dream to work with. La Vista Events is used to planning large, extravagant weddings, but ours was a smaller affair. She was still able to accommodate us - and as far as we can tell - gave us the same amount of dedication and time. Her meticulous planning and organizational skills are mind-blowingly impressive. We had a multitude of compliments from family and friends at our wedding - marveling at the way she organized and carried herself throughout the event. Her team on the day (Emily and Lauren) were just as amazing as well.

Hasti helped us to assemble a Dream Team of vendors, and even designed the most beautiful custom stationery for us. Her vision for our wedding overall was stunning.

We could go on and on, but the point is: we could not have planned our wedding without her. Very professional and very easy to work with. She made us feel so special.

We shared so many laughs together, and we hope that she has turned another client into friends.

Hands down the best planner ever

My fiance and I first heard about Hasti and her team from our friends. They were blown away by service they had received from the La Vista team. We had high expectation and let me tell you they have absolutely exceeded all of our expectation. Hasti, was an absolute Godsend. She helped us navigate the nuances of planning a wedding during covid. At no point did we feel uncertain about anything. She literally did all the negotiations and ensured every contract is designed to protect us. IF you think thats impressive wait till I tell you how about she helped me plan a 2-part surprise proposal event. AND SHE PLANNED IT ALL IN ONE WEEK. AND SHE HELPED ME...

Wedding planner

6 weeks leading up to my wedding, Hasti fully stepped...

6 weeks leading up to my wedding, Hasti fully stepped in and took over completely, as I had only purchased the "Partial wedding planning" package and she was not to step in until 6 weeks prior to my wedding. She was nothing short of AMAZING! She would include me in everything that was going on so that I could still be in the loop however she would take care of almost everything herself. She really made my life so much easier during the wedding process. I would have moments of panic and I would email her or call her with all my concerns and she would address them immediately. 1 week leading up to my wedding, our guest-list quantity changed about a dozen times. She never once seemed frustrated no matter how many times we changed things around on her, she always remained calm and kind. She always gave us the best advice which led to saving us a lot of money in the end. When it came to doing the seating chart I was a bit nervous as it was all done online and I am not very computer savvy. Hasti sent us a step by step tutorial on how do the seating chart and I must say I was amazed at how user friendly it was.

On the day of my wedding, I basically sat back and enjoyed the ride as I knew Hasti and her wonderful team had our back and would deal with anything that went wrong behind the scene. We had an extremely large wedding party of *23* not including my husband and I. Hasti had assigned the lovely Sara to us and she was just an absolute pleasure to have around the whole day. She kept us all entertained and in check lol as we were a rather a large group. She held my dress and my veil everywhere I went and would signal things to me if I was slouching in pictures and forgetting to hold my posture correctly. She was honestly such a pleasure to have around. At one point the hook at the back of my wedding dress actually snapped and another amazing lady by the name of Tiffany sowed it back up for me and it did not give me any more issues the whole night. They were all so helpful and kind in our time of need and they always remained calm and did it all with a smile the entire night. I wish I could get married again and again just to have these amazing ladies in my life all the time! I can truly say that I will miss them all so much, especially Sara & Hasti.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you ladies did for us during some a special time in our lives. You all made our special day so much more memorable.

Dream Team right here, folks!

When we first started the wedding planning process, we thought we would skip hiring a wedding planner, and spend the money towards venue and décor, etc. But honestly, hiring La Vista Events to be our planners was one of the best decisions and investments we made!

Hasti was our lead planner and we were so lucky to have her. She is SUPER professional, very helpful, approachable, and most importantly, she knows what she is doing. Some of the many things Hasti did for us: kept us on track with detailed budget lists, to-do lists, scheduled meetings, kept a track of our vendor payments, proposed multiple rounds of décor themes, ideas, layouts until we were happy, and then...

She coordinated all day-of timings and logistics with our vendors, she designed and printed our wedding programs for guests. Closer to the wedding, when we had family in town and things were getting hectic, we were able to rely on Hasti to take over and she always did so with a smile and with such grace. At the end of the day, we were very pleased with the overall cost of our wedding, having come in under what we had initially expected. We still get comments from our guests about how hardworking and efficient our planning team was, and many of them took down Hasti’s contact information for their own events!

On the days of our wedding, the two of us were treated like royalty by Hasti, Sara, Amin, Carissa, Jen, Tiffany, and Christina. From Amin making sure we had something to eat and drink, to Sara laying down plastic on the mud during our photoshoot so that our clothes and shoes don’t get muddy, they made sure we didn’t have to think of anything or lift a finger. We thoroughly ENJOYED our wedding days!

Hasti puts her heart and soul into planning your wedding, which is priceless. If this wonderful team is available to do your wedding, hire them now, and let them deliver a wedding you will enjoy and remember forever! Also, Hasti is very familiar with the space and staff at Riverway Club House, which was our venue, so the two together are an excellent combination! Thank you Hasti and team!

I can't say enough great things about Hasti and her team. Hasti had her right hand girl, Tiffany help organize my day as she had personal commitments on that day. Organized, professional and flexible are just a few of the words I would describe, but they truly were lifesavers. Tiffany and I had weekly calls the 2 months leading up to the wedding, and the day of, Sarah and Carissa were amazing. Every detail you could think of was discussed, planned and executed without fault. Not one person in my wedding party or family had to lift a finger that day and we had a completely stress free day. Amazing group of wedding planners!

We were referred to Hasti and her team through our florist. For the longest time we were debating whether we wanted a wedding planner/coordinator and guess what, now I can't imagine how it would've been like without Hasti and her team. If you are concerned like me, DO IT - you will never regret it and will probably be the best decision/investment you make for your wedding day.

We worked mainly with her team member Vanessa, who was our month-of coordinator. Tiffany and Gurjeev were also helping out on the day. Vanessa is an incredible human being who pays attention to so much detail, she was able to plan out our day to the minute and had plans...

Vanessa also had to deal with us changing the venue last minute due to weather issues. She was able make the transition so effortlessly and we couldn't be any happier.

Although we only booked the month-of coordination package, Hasti still checked in with us regularly and answered any questions we had before the month. We felt very well taken care of and would recommend La Vista Events to anyone!

Easiest wedding decision you make (after the yes!)

The whole LA VISTA experience was fabulous from the organized work books, to the check in emails to make sure you are staying on task! Hasti was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about our process and our wedding day. She knows how to anticipate each thing you will need before you even ask, that's what makes her a pro.

Best Wedding Planner

Hasti runs an incredible business. Her and her team are a dream to work with and so unbelievably professional from start to finish. Tiffany was my lead planner and was so lovely and sweet and listened to all of my needs. Although I did not have the "full wedding planning" package and it was up to me to book my vendors, Hasti and Tiffany were there to answer all of my emails and questions to help me make the best decisions for my big day. My wedding day was amazing and went so smoothly, it would not have been the same without them. Everyone raved about the La Vista ladies and agreed with me that the day would not have been so perfect without them there. Highly, highly recommend to all brides!!!
