My husband and I got married on November 2nd, and we were lucky to have Emilia as our wedding coordinator. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, which also included month-of planning, and she was amazing every step of the way!
Emilia was such a pleasure to work with—super sweet, super organized, and so knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations, helped us stay on track with the timeline, and made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day. She also kept in touch with all our vendors, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
She was always friendly, warm, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. She made sure everything was set up just right, and her calm and positive attitude really helped keep the day stress-free.
We’re so grateful for everything Emilia did for us and would definitely recommend her to any couple looking for a coordinator who truly cares and knows how to get things done!La Vita Events & Co.'s reply:

An absolutely fantastic day of coordinator!
Emilia and the La Vita Event & Co team were absolutely amazing! I would recommend them to anybody from making sure the day went off perfectly to helping with vetting/finding vendors! They are the reason why we were able to enjoy our wedding and was reassured the team was figuring everything else out.
From coming to the wedding rehearsal to making sure all of my bridesmaids and groomsmen knew what they had to do to taking care of all the little details on the day of the wedding. They were absolutely fantastic!La Vita Events & Co.'s reply:

We had a terrific experience working with La Vita Events for our wedding. We opted for day of coordination and worked with Emilia in the months leading up to our big day. Emilia was professional and generous with her time, going above and beyond to help us figure out our vision and consider minor details. We greatly appreciated her expertise with decorations, logistics, assembly, and tear-down.

Best coordinator!
Emilia was such a great coordinator, honestly I can’t even express how grateful we were to have her as our coordinator. She kept all of us on track, and the decorations for the reception turned out better than I expected. My husband Jeremy and I had an incredibly positive experience working with Emilia, founder of La Vita Events & Co. as well as her team. From the first moments of communication with Emilia, I knew she had the interpersonal and organizational skills to tackle it all—from providing me with an extremely detailed run-of-show timeline to bringing positive vibes moments before I walked down the aisle, Emilia is truly a gem in the wedding industry.
Emilia was quick to respond to communications. I specifically liked the ability to text Emilia about real-time questions and concerns the day before and the day of the wedding. She was an amazing emotional support the months leading up to the wedding.
Emilia also has a strong network within the wedding industry. She had already formed positive relationships with my vendors on previous occasions so she had no problems liaising across vendors. Emilia fully coordinated my rehearsal. She was quick to learn the names and personalities of our family and friends to ensure a smooth rehearsal and ceremony on the wedding day.
I would not recommend La Vita Events & Co. enough for your wedding or special occasion. I will always remember Emilia when I think of characteristics that made my wedding special. The big day couldn't have happened without her and her team! -

La Vita Events was the perfect addition to our day last July! From the beginning Emilia made me feel at ease and comfortable with all the planning that comes with organizing a wedding! We had almost half our guest list come from overseas and Emilia worked out the logistics and gave great ideas on how to make it a smooth transition for them. Emilia attended all my meetings with vendors and helped organize the day with a detailed timeline of what the day would look like. I remember waking up on my wedding day and feeling SO calm and at ease because I knew I had Emilia who would ensure everything went smoothly! I could not recommend La Vita Events more! They also worked passed their contract hours and removed all the chair covers even though they did not have to!
