We went back and forth about hiring a wedding coordinator for our big day and I can truly say that booking Sylvia and her team was the best decision we could have made. I was having a hard time sorting through all of my thoughts and plans until Sylvia took over 6 weeks before our wedding day to sort out and make all our dreams come true. We were originally planning on having our wedding in January 2022 and things started to look good until the holidays when we had to pivot. Sylvia helped us with plans A, B and C and then ultimately helped us postpone everything. We also had some challenging to connect with vendors but I wasn't worried for a second knowing that Sylvia was there to make sure everything would be ok! We truly wouldn't have made it through either wedding as low stress as we did without Sylvia and her team. I can truly say you won't regret using Le Petit House, we loved them all! -

We hired Sylvia for month of coordination for our wedding reception but started working together at 6 weeks. Our situation was unique as we had our wedding ceremony 2 years prior having to put our reception on hold due to Covid. Sylvia respected our situation and needs and supported the fact that our day wouldn’t follow a typical wedding day. We already had our decor, vendors and a lot already done that was carrying over from our ceremony day. Sylvia was organized, professional and capable of dealing with a not so organized or communicative venue. Sylvia was available through email and by phone regularly. I specifically remember having to call her in a panic when my venue started to go rogue. She talked me through the situation, calmed my type A personality fears down and stepped in with an “I mean business approach” to deal with the venue. Hiring a month of coordinator is helpful even if you are doing alot on your own. Having the support to handle loose ends with vendors and take care of the day of schedule is very helpful. Our reception turned out wonderful and I would recommend Sylvia for her services. -

Working with Sylvia at Le Petit House was easily one of the best decisions we made throughout our whole wedding planning journey! From our first conversation about 6 weeks before our wedding, we felt so at ease with Sylvia and knew that she would help keep us calm and bring our vision to life in a beautiful way. Planning a wedding in ~7 months on the heels of the pandemic was an intense sprint to say the least, and Sylvia helped us to finalize decisions, book our remaining vendors, plan our seating chart & tablescapes, get our signage printed, and work with our vendors to create a cohesive schedule for the day. All of this was handled by Sylvia in just a few short weeks with such confidence, calm and grace — while also juggling other weddings (including her own)!!!
On the day of the wedding, Sylvia was such a calming presence and took all the thinking off our plate so we could truly enjoy and be in the moment! In a truly heroic moment — we realized that we forgot our secondary outfits at our hotel, and Sylvia drove back to get them!! It totally saved the day for a special cultural dance that meant a lot to our families.
Bottom line - every wedding needs a Sylvia! We had a very full-service venue and amazing vendors overall, but having Sylvia on board for the day really helped to streamline and bring it all together. A huge thank you to Sylvia and the whole Le Petit House team!! -

There are not enough words to explain how much we love Sylvia. She gained our trust from the very beginning, and we knew that we needed to work with her. For all the planners out there who think you don't need a professional, think again. She made me feel so at ease the week of the wedding and would confidently say "I've got this". PLEASE reach out to Sylvia and let her and her team take care of your wedding day. She will seamlessly run the entire day and put out any fire that comes her way - no doubt :) Thank you Sylvia. -

The absolute best!
Choosing Le Petit House as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. During the planning process, Sylvia had many brilliant suggestions to bring our wedding vision to life and great vendors to bring to the roster. She took the heavy lifting that organizing a wedding comes with and all those little details that the bride and groom might take for granted. On the day itself, Sylvia took so much stress off of our shoulders and was sweet enough to even plan a surprise game for us to play as a couple during our reception. Despite her extensive to-do-list, Sylvia will also take the time to check in and ask how you’re feeling. Her organizational skills, eye for aesthetics and tenacity are unparalleled- we can’t recommend Le Petit House enough. If you’re contemplating on hiring them for your big day, don’t think even twice! We are so, so grateful to Sylvia & her team for making the happiest day of our lives come to fruition. -

My husband and I, originally hired Sylvia as our month of coordinator back in March of 2020 for our April 2020 wedding. Then the pandemic happened…..
Sylvia was an absolute gem and great support system helping us negative postponing our wedding THREE times. She corresponded with all of our vendors and handled the constant changes with ease.
Then when the big day FINALLY arrived, she handled it all with ease and made the day run seamlessly.
We definitely recommend hiring Sylvia for all of your wedding planning needs!
