We are extremely pleased with Let's Party Consultants as our wedding planner! Leena was amazing from beginning to end and our wedding day went so smoothly because of her. At first we debated whether or not we needed a wedding planner, but we're so glad we decided to go with her because she made the process a million times less stressful than it could have been. She made sure everything was on track at all times. Leena is a fun, kind, genuine person and we had a good vibe the entire 8 months we worked with her. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us!

Let's Party & Consultants were such a great hire for our wedding for day of service. We were originally supposed to get married in July 2020 and then we had to postpone twice before finally getting married on October 9th, 2021. Leena was always willing to accommodate our postponements with great ease and made sure the transfer of contracts all went smoothly. Leena not only helped with the stuff leading up to the wedding in the last 30 days before, but was willing to help with all tasks before that as well when needed! She was absolutely wonderful and our day could not have run as smooth as it did without her and her team!

After 10min of meeting with Leena I knew she was the right person to help plan our special day. She’s incredibly friendly (and funny!), seen it all and knows the industry and it’s titans well. It’s because of this she was able to secure our ideal venue at an AMAZING price on very short notice.

When COVID hit she worked tirelessly on helping us postpone, did all the venue re-negotiating and put us in a position where we could breathe and know that everything was taken care of, just as so many couples began losing their sanity (and their deposits). She saved us so much money right from the initial stages, and has prevented us from making costly mistakes with vetting vendors and deposits. We know if we have an emergency she would be on it no problem.

Having Leena on our team while postponing and re-planning a wedding during the pandemic has been a godsend. She’s super cool and a joy to work with, and we are so happy we have her in our corner both on our special day and during the planning stages. Be patient and trust her process. It is SO well worth it.

Leena from Let's Party is a literal wedding planning angel! My fiance and I were very hesitant on whether a Planner was needed or not for our wedding (as we are both very organized people) but after a recommendation from our photographer, and after meeting Leena, I knew we couldn't do without her.

Even before the pandemic, Leena was SO attentive and helpful to our questions and concerns. She is 100% honest at all times, she is candid about the nature of the business, and makes sure that you understand the whole process before proceeding with anything. Her 20+ years of insight into the industry is honestly invaluable as she knows a majority of vendors and many contacts in the business. I can't count how many times she has stopped us from booking a problem vendor or from making the wrong decision while planning.

Although we're not getting married until 2021 now, the help that Leena has given us through this pandemic has been incredible!!! She has kept both my fiancé and I sane during the whole process of postponing our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. Leena has honestly gone above and beyond what was ever expected of her and I can’t even begin to explain how thankful we both are to have had her help during this whole process.

On top of her support, Leena is also the most positive, friendly and approachable person you will ever meet! After working with her over the last 9 months, I feel a surprising sense of calm about my wedding knowing that whatever might go wrong and whatever issues come up – Leena’s got it under control!

We hired Leena for our wedding on July 8, 2023 for day of services and I will say I am very happy we went with the decision to hire a wedding coordinator. With so many moving parts it was incredibly helpful to know we had Leena there putting out all of the fires and making sure things ran smoothly. I really appreciate Leena going above and beyond chasing down people who were trying to steal our thank you favors before our wedding had even started and making sure to get the majority of them back! Leena also was great at starting our speeches and dinner a bit earlier so we weren't competing with the event beside us and our speeches weren't ruined by their music. Leena continously checked in on us throughout the night to see how we were doing and even helped at the last minute to make sure a very memorable moment was captured when my best friend got engaged during my bouquet toss!

There were a few minor hiccups along the way which are to be expected but I would like to point out the biggest ones that were quite disappointing as I think it is important to provide honest feedback.

For our ceremony there were a number of items that were missing but the most important were the pictures of my parents who had passed away that were not placed on the memorial chairs. My sister in law was responsible for placing the bouquet of flowers on the chairs which she did thankfully but Leena and her staff were supposed to have been responsible for placing the pictures on the chairs which did not happen. The paper fans were not put out on the chairs for guests to use due to the heat and the pillow and rings for the ring bearer were not brought to the ceremony until I arrived and asked where they were. Luckily Leenas staff member ran back and got them in time before the ceremony started however these items were supposed to have been in place beforehand. I will say this was quite disappointing as myself and my family had set up nearly everything the night before including the receiving tables that Leena and her staff would have been responsible for doing but we did it to help make the day smoother so the little bit that was left over that was not completed was disappointing.

There was also confusion for guests of where they were supposed go to get to the lakeside gazebo either by walking or parking which I don't think was facilitated well by Leena and her staff member as many guests did not know where to go or how to get to the ceremony site. Leena did do a quick run by of the parking lot before our ceremony started to make sure no guests were still lingering around which was appreciated however the feedback from our guests was that there was a lot of confusion on where to go and was not communicated well.

The biggest issue was that a tip was provided to the DJ and MC after multiple errors that had happened. They were not deserving of that tip after ruining my parents memorial video, ruining the mother and son dance, the transition song for myself and my husband and playing the wrong entrance song for our bridal party. While I can understand that technical glitches happen from time to time, no one from Digital X came to apologize to us for the multiple problems that happened so I was very disappointed to learn that Leena had given them the tip after telling my husband and I that she treats the tips as though it was her own wedding and I don't think she would have been happy with the number of problems that transpired if it were her special day.

Overall I am very happy to have had Leena as she kept things organized, on time and was always looking out to make sure the day ran smoothly. We had a wonderful wedding experience and it is absolutely worth the money to hire a wedding coordinator to take the stress off you and allow you to enjoy the day entirely. Thank you Leena for all of your help and making sure our day was a beautiful one.
