Having Lindsay there on my wedding day allowed me to actually enjoy myself and spend time with family and friends instead of worrying about the details. There were lots of little things that went unexpectedly during the day, but I didn't have to find out about them until after the fact because Lindsay was able to fix them quickly and professionally, all while wearing the biggest smile. She made sure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly from the second she arrived until we packed up and left the venue.
She is exceptional and I wouldn't have had the dream day that I did without her!

Hey There! I'm Lindsay!
I'm the Owner of Lindsay Morgan Fry - your Wedding + Special Event Producer/Coordinator.... aka your personal Swiss Army Knife!
I love event production! I thrive on the energy and excitement of the process and 'the day'! I have been preparing to meet my moment of opportunity for many years now - working in a multitude of industries ranging from Floral Design, Fashion Design, The Hospitality Industry, Audio Post Production in Advertising, Custom Design (from Studio Sound Panels to Wedding Dresses!) and now Event Producing and Propping + Styling. All of which have allowed me to develop, build and refine the skill-set and talents to become a Freelance Designer + Event Producer.
I currently reside in the GTA - a recent move from my home just North of the Muskokas where I had the beautiful opportunity of working for a boutique resort in Sundridge as their Wedding Coordinator & Special Event Producer for just shy of 3 years. I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working both "North of 60" and also downtown Toronto in the exceptionally fast-paced environment at the Audio Post Production Facility - survived just about 12 years in that industry.
I have built a beautiful network of Vendors - anyone who is recommended on my page is simply there for their absolute dedication to their craft and exceptional professionalism.
I am happy to travel to coordinate/plan for your Wedding or Special Event. Road Trips to me, are a fabulous way to see places I have never been before! I am no stranger to the City or the Muskoka/Almaguin Highlands region and am currently familiarizing myself with other regions in Ontario such as the Greater London Area and the Greater Ottawa Area
I hope you can hear it in my verbiage by now that I am a very positive and hard-working individual. I am always happy to lend a hand and there is no question to big or to smal or to daft! Promise! I have had the absolute pleasure of Coordinating, Hosting + Executing many Weddings + Special Events..... So I have learned a thing or two! I have also figured out which questions to ask and why.
