We would've been lost on our wedding day without Lindsay! Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism is the best there is. She made sure that our day ran smoothly from beginning to end and we are so thankful she was there every step of the way. Above and beyond is an understatement. We cannot recommend her highly enough! Where would we be without Lindsay!? Lindsay was absolutely phenomenal in planning and executing our tented private property wedding in just under 5 months. She was the best decision we made and could not recommend her more.
She saw our vision and made our dreams come true despite a host of pivots, last minute changes, and speed bumps along the way. She was calm, cool, and collected and she effortlessly solved every challenge or problem that comes up when planning/hosting a wedding on private property. Beyond being able to navigate challenges with ease, she flawlessly designed and created a beautiful, seamless event. She had incredible vendor recommendations and relationships that just made the day gorgeous.
Hire her!!! She is the best. So easy to work with, so talented at what she does, and has a can-do attitude that makes it easy to forget the stresses and enjoy the day. We can't thank her enough. -

Lindsay was phenomenal to work with over the course of planning of the Wedding to the Day of! Lindsay was able to bring our ideas and visions to reality, she was the most important part of our Day! We thank her very much for making the process so simple and low-stress. Lindsay took charge on the day of when anything was required and allowed us to truly enjoy our special day to the fullest! My husband and I are so thankful for our incredible wedding planner, Lindsay, of Lindsay Plank Events. We booked Lindsay’s signature service – ‘The LPE Experience’ with full planning and design 9 months before our September 2023 wedding.
From the moment we decided to have our wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake, all the way from Australia, we knew finding someone we could trust was so important. Lindsay exceeded our expectations in every way!
Lindsay was not only professional and friendly but also showed an unwavering commitment to bringing our vision to life. Her proactive communication with vendors and responsiveness to our countless emails, showcased her dedication to ensuring every detail was perfectly executed.
Lindsay is meticulously organised and detail oriented which made my type A heart sing. She provided access to detailed planning documents through our personalised portal which included everything from budget planner to guest list tracker, to-do timeline and stunning design proposal. Her extensive knowledge of venues and trusted vendors within our budget gave great comfort that we were selecting the best vendors to realise our vision.
Lindsay consistently went the extra mile, ensuring every need was met. Lindsay completed venue site visits on our behalf and was so flexible in organising video calls to fit in with the time zone differences. She even met us in Toronto to collect and safeguard my wedding dress while we holidayed through Ontario. You know you have HUGE confidence in someone when you can entrust them with your wedding dress days before the wedding!
On the day of our wedding, Lindsay proved to be an absolute treasure. With her overseeing the logistics and ensure everything ran seamlessly, we were able to be fully present and enjoy the day with our families. Lindsay was instrumental in creating the perfect atmosphere - the numerous compliments we received from our guests speak volumes about her expertise.
Lindsay's passion for her work and commitment to her clients make her not just a wedding planner but a true partner in turning dreams into reality. We are forever grateful for Lindsay's role in making our wedding day truly unforgettable. Thank-you Lindsay! -

My husband and I are so incredibly grateful that we hired Lindsay for our wedding at Cave Spring Vineyard/Inn on the Twenty. Neither of us had ever attended a wedding before, so we were going into it pretty blind. Lindsay took the time to get to know us, and we immediately felt reassured that we had made the right decision. She was always quick to respond any questions sent via email or text, and was always professional and proactive when communicating with other vendors on our behalf.
The designs that Lindsay put together were everything we asked for and more. She executed everything SO beautifully, and we received so many compliments on the table designs, colours, lights etc.
Lindsay truly went above and beyond for us. There were many times in the weeks leading up to the wedding where we felt the stress taking over, and Lindsay was always able to talk us down and reassure us that everything would be okay. On the day of, she gave me pep talks when needed, helped fix my hair and dress bustle, and we truly felt like we bonded with her!
Lindsay, thank you SO much for everything you've done for us. Our day was absolutely perfect, and the only thing we regret was not hiring you sooner!! -

The most amazing wedding planner out there!
Lindsay is a godsend. She handled our day fabulously and professionally. She was quick to reply to email or text. Her designs are out of this world. She took exactly what we had in our minds and created it perfectly. People are still talking about how magical our reception table was.
She went out of her way to make our day special. We knew that because she was there we could relax and know that everything was handled and under control. Lindsay goes above and beyond. She picked up our menus, she fixed our daughters flower wand, she even brought my husband a beer during dinner. These are just some of the many examples of how she goes out of her way to make you feel calm and relaxed to be able to experience your wedding to its fullest. Her expertise is all you need for a stress free wedding. She’s the type of person you want at your wedding not just because she’s great at her job but because she is someone you’re thankful to know. She made our dreams come true. We are forever grateful that we chose her for our wedding. -
