**STOP** You've Found the Best Planner in the Business

I always heard stories about how wedding planning is the most stressful thing you can do with your fiancé, and I cannot imagine anyone wanting that experience. That's why a wedding planner just makes sense, and not just any planner but Lottie Weddings. No matter what your budget is, it will be the best money you spend. From the very beginning of the process Charlotte (Lead planner at Lottie Weddings) takes the time to understand you as a couple and really get an understanding of what you want your wedding to be like. She poured so much energy into every fine detail, so all you had to do was revel in the joy of the process and wedding day. Every planning session with Charlotte was productive, but better yet they were FUN. I will never be able to thank Lottie Weddings enough, because I only look back on the process and wedding day with found memories and ease. If you are in the market for a planner, do yourself a favor and look no further. PS. big tip, Charlotte was always right, her advise was always on point. Now that my wedding day is over I can confidently say trust the expert (Charlotte).

Number 1 Lotte weddings fan!

I am so lucky to have found Lottie Weddings to help plan my dream wedding! Hear me out, I had just gotten engaged and thought meh, I can wait 1, 2, or even 3 years to get married. But my fiance insisted it happened within a year of the proposal. So boom! The countdown was on and I hadn’t even thought of the pressure that goes into planning your own wedding. I couldn't believe the amount of work I was looking at. So I researched wedding planners, had interviews with possible options, everyone seemed very cold and square so I expected the process to be dry and pointed (I know, trust the process #thebachelor). But then I found Charlotte with Lottie Weddings. She was outgoing and bubbly in the interview and definitely knew a thing or two about planning. Charlotte turned me from a nervous wreck to someone that was excited for every planning session. The whole wedding was planned in a matter of 1-2 hour sessions and every question was answered. These planning sessions sparked my partner and I’s excitement. We just had our wedding in early July 2024 and it was incredible. All my guests asked how we were able to run everything so smoothly. I could have tried to take all the credit but truly all the credit was given to Charlotte and her team. Thank you Lottie Weddings for making our wedding dreams come true. We could not recommend Lottie Weddings more!

Amazing wedding planner

Charlotte was a godsend when it came to planning our wedding. She made our vision and dreams for our day come true. She is the most organized human being I’ve ever met. She consistently went above and beyond for us. She remembered every tiny detail that we didn’t think of and made our day literally perfect. If you’re detail oriented and obsessed with making your wedding literally perfect, Lottie weddings is who you need.

Charlotte honestly is the best

Charlotte and Erin made my wedding go so smoothly and on time it was incredible. They both cleaned up after the wedding so when we went to go clean up the next day, we just took piles at the door. I recommend Lottie Weddings for all wedding needs. She's incredible.

An Event "Must Have" - Lottie Weddings & Events

Charlotte of Lottie Weddings was exactly what I was looking for when I started to plan my wedding photography event in June 2023. She was super patient with all my questions and requests during the planning process and during the days just prior to my event. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make the day the most amazing day ever. Not to mention she is so sweet, down to earth and personable! Which makes this perfect for those guests who are not sure what their role is on the day. I wouldn't trust one of the most important dates of my life to anyone else. I highly Lottie Weddings & Events if you are planning any event.

Made our wedding more beautiful than we imagined!

Charlotte was so great to work with! Her planning spreadsheets were so helpful, especially the budgeting one. We didn’t have to worry about any of the details on our day and everything was carried out beautifully. Charlotte handled our set up and it turned out better than we imagined. She has a great eye for detail and ensuring nothing is overlooked!

Lottie is the best! From day 1, she was friendly, organized and so wonderful to work with. Her sense of creativity and fun, while maintaining professionalism and organization is incredible. We can't say enough about Lottie and her team! We trusted her implicitly throughout the lead up to our wedding and she went above and beyond! Best coordinator (and person) ever!

Charlotte (Lottie) has always been a detailed planner in all aspects of her life and has always been passionate about social events. She originally moved to Calgary in 2016 working in residential development and construction. While growing in the project management field for the last 13 years she has also dedicated herself in planning adventures, whether that be internationally or in the Canadian backyard. With this life experience, she brings experience in multi-tasking, organization, and budgeting to the table.

Working with hardworking vendors to create a magical day for her clients is one of her greatest passions.
