Hiring Lottie was undoubtedly the best decision we made in planning our wedding. Charlotte and her team are professional, knowledgeable, kind and so dependable. Charlotte made the wedding planning process as fun as possible, and let us choose our level of involvement in the planning process (we opted for the full planning package) and helped us achieve our vision to a tee. My husband and I have hectic schedules and we’re somewhat hard to pin down at times, but she was always flexible to meet us and kept us on track for planning. Where necessary, she took the lead on design based on our vision, and nailed it every time.
She also worked within our budget to maximize value, and provided helpful guidance on where we should save vs. splurge, and her guidance never led us astray.
On our wedding day, she was on top of everything - from managing personalities and keeping everyone where they belonged, to navigating each vendor to ensure proper execution - we did not have to lift a finger on our wedding day because she had absolutely everything covered. She also went above and beyond at every step, including coordinating an offsite rehearsal, and on my wedding night, drove into town to drop off our gifts and retrieve my forgotten (and much needed) flip flops for the party.
I could not recommend Lottie enough, and we are so grateful that she brought our vision to life. If you are on the fence about a planner (or whether to go full service) - don’t hesitate any further - hire Lottie. You won’t regret it.

Charlotte and team were incredible to work with. Charlotte took my vision and made it happen! She asked great questions, was very honest throughout the planning stage, was so incredibly helpful, and was truly a lifesaver day of. Charlotte and her team was the best decision we made!
Charlotte was absolutely amazing! From helping me the week of the wedding with the schedule and organizing everything, to having everything under control and moving seamlessly on the wedding day. We had to change some picture locations due to timing on the day of the wedding and they were able to give us suggestions while wrangling some buzzed bridal party members and was able to get us through our pictures, and perfectly back on schedule! Numerous guests were complimenting charlotte as the coordinator days after the wedding, she was so nice and polite while making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when needed. We couldn't recommend charlotte and her team more; you will not be disappointed, and you won’t regret the decision! We couldn't have managed the day without her and her team, they are simply the best! -

I am so lucky to have found Lottie Weddings to help plan my dream wedding! Hear me out, I had just gotten engaged and thought meh, I can wait 1, 2, or even 3 years to get married. But my fiance insisted it happened within a year of the proposal. So boom! The countdown was on and I hadn’t even thought of the pressure that goes into planning your own wedding. I couldn't believe the amount of work I was looking at. So I researched wedding planners, had interviews with possible options, everyone seemed very cold and square so I expected the process to be dry and pointed (I know, trust the process #thebachelor). But then I found Charlotte with Lottie Weddings. She was outgoing and bubbly in the interview and definitely knew a thing or two about planning. Charlotte turned me from a nervous wreck to someone that was excited for every planning session. The whole wedding was planned in a matter of 1-2 hour sessions and every question was answered. These planning sessions sparked my partner and I’s excitement. We just had our wedding in early July 2024 and it was incredible. All my guests asked how we were able to run everything so smoothly. I could have tried to take all the credit but truly all the credit was given to Charlotte and her team. Thank you Lottie Weddings for making our wedding dreams come true. We hired Charlotte and team to do our month of coordination. Everything was so well organized and the day went off flawlessly. We were ahead of schedule for the entire day and we couldn’t have asked for better coordination!
