Honestly, I am not someone who can easily give up control to someone else. However, as soon as I meet Ruby and saw how organized and detailed orientated she is, I knew that my vision and dream wedding was safe in her hands. Not only was it safe, it was executed beyond my imagination. I gave Ruby my vision, and she made it happen.

Ruby thank you for all your hard work. You were able to make Festus and I’s dream come true, with all your running around and making things happen. Brides if your looking for a Coordinator who is friendly and very understanding and will understand your vision Ruby is your woman. She was able to use my budget and work with it and find the best vendors that fit the budget and then some. She was available through phone, emails, texting, every type of communication available she will be there.

The day of the wedding was just awesome. She was at the church making sure everything was going according to schedule. She would check up on me, to make sure I was feeling good, even her team members were amazing and friendly. If anything went wrong on my wedding day I did not know about it or even suspect it. Everything went smoothing because Ruby made sure it did. For people who know me, know that I am not your typical gurlie girl I never really had a vision but Ruby was able to help me find a vision and make me excited about gurlie things involve in planning a wedding.

I met Ruby few years ago when she would like to start up her Event Planning Business. What I love about her was she approached the professionals in the industry from photographer, decor, cake, models, hair and make up artist, venue and florist only to build her website. Ruby came in clutch for me. I needed a month-of coordinator to help me pull all the details and strings together for our wedding. She was amazing for the get-go. I knew Ruby from when I used to shoot weddings. I just loved how we vibed and loved how easy-going she was. Ruby and Cecile, her assistant, were both a joy to work with.

Ruby was there to visit our wedding venue, she was there for our rehearsal and was ready to roll on our wedding day. They took a lot of stuff off my hands (helping set up, walking our vendors through where they needed to go, what they need to do and where to set up). They made sure that we were on schedule and were unfazed about things that might have gone wrong; such as making sure things still started on time after we had to evacuate the hotel for 30 mins due to a false fire alarm.

They were so good at their jobs that I didn't have to stress about anything and if I was, they made sure to help as best they can. I highly recommend Ruby and her services! Love Laced Events was hired to coordinate my wedding on July 5, 2019. We choose the month of coordination package so that the Love Laced Team was fully abreast to details of our wedding.
From the very beginning Ruby was professional, patient and knowledgeable. She was very responsive to my emails , and followed up with all my vendors to ensure a smooth transition for the big day. Prior to the big day Ruby and her team attended and facilitated our rehearsal. These ladies ensured that the bridal party, myself and groom were ready to ensure a flawless day!

I would absolutely recommend this business to my friends, and I already have! I am not sure I could have gotten married with out them. In the year leading up to the wedding they were so attentive to my emails in calls and I was in South Korea at the time teaching so there was an intense time difference. In the month before they put my mind at ease. On the day off the wedding it was pouring and the plan was to have an outdoor wedding. The decor and set up was all outdoors, and Ruby and her team were there in the wee hours rearranging everything and making sure the rain option was as beautiful as the outdoor option. I am so so thankful and I think they need to charge more.
