As someone who gets stressed out quite easily, I can confidently say that working with Ophelie is one of the best decisions we ever made. Ophelie was managing so many moving parts at our wedding (including surprise dances involving my parents that required her to speak to each of us separately)! She made strategic recommendations for different elements of our wedding, and her seamless coordination and regular check-ins ensured I felt relaxed throughout the entire day, allowing us the opportunity to truly enjoy our wedding. Hiring Ophelie & the team at Lovers Rock Wedding Co was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. Ophelie helped guide us through timing some unique additions to our wedding and encouraged all of our ideas. At the rehearsal, she kept everyone organized and in check with name tags and running through everything twice! Ophelie was an absolute dream to work with. We hired her for day of coordination, and she went above and beyond what I could have expected. She worked with us a couple weeks leading up to the day to gather all the details and get our schedule down. On our rehearsal, she wrangled everyone and made the walkthrough super seamless and easy.

The day of the wedding, she was on the ball, on top of our vendors and where everyone had to be, and set up our decor exactly how I imagined it.

Where to even begin! From day 1 Ophelie knew everything I needed to do and how to do it. She helped so much through the many pandemic delays and changes. Being super responsive and helpful all the way upto the day! On the day she took care of EVERYTHING! I would not have survived without her! You need her!!

I booked Ophelie on a recommendation from a great friend of mine! One conversation with Ophie I knew we were two peas in a pod and I knew I had to have her in my corner to help me through the hardest planning as a COVID bride and to execute my day!

Ophie is the sweetest most organized planner, she was apart of site visits and many phone calls. Me crying, my mental breakdowns and everything in between. Our wedding planning calls turned into mom chats for hours it was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better planner and friend. She executed my day perfectly it was EXACTLY what I wanted. Ophelie is a marvel at what she does! She is calm, efficient, organized, and is such a wonderful human being! She waved her magic wand, and everything fell into place. She was like the invisible hand directing all the moving pieces of the wedding. As parents of the bride, we felt such pride when our guests commented on how amazing Ophelie was, and how they were very impressed with the flow of the event.
