Michaela was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I had a very DIY wedding with a lot of moving parts (literally) and she made magic happen! Michaela was very responsive, organized and approachable throughout the entire process. She made sure everyone knew what they were doing at the rehearsal and explained things so I went into the wedding day feeling calm and confident. Michaela set up all my decorations, making it more beautiful than I could have imagined and packaged all my personal belongings at the end of the night. There were so many things that I wasn't aware of (including no one knowing how to pin a boutonniere - see Michaela featured in our photos!) and all my family said was "Oh Michaela took care of that" - she really took all pressure off of us! Couldn't recommend enough!

Michaela made wedding planning so fun and so easy - I would do it all over just to have the opportunity to work with her again! She so effortlessly picked up on the vibe and style I imagined and made my dream come to life, while also helping find ways to make sure there were lots of personal details to make the day uniquely ours. She made choosing vendors so easy, and we loved every single vendor she suggested for us. She is easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a few small hiccups on our day (one of them being an uninvited guest showing up), and she made them all disappear without anyone really knowing. She took care of every little detail on our wedding day so we were able to just relax and enjoy every second. I am so glad I found her and am so grateful for all of her hard work!

Michaela made our day 10x better and 10x easier! I could not have had the most magical day if it wasn't for her. I made last minute changes and she was so quick to accommodate the changes and ensure everything went smoothly and exactly as I envisioned! I would recommend Michaela for everyone's wedding day, she is exceptionally friendly, organized and experienced, making it easy to make decisions, especially ones you're unsure of as she uses her expertise to help you make the decision!

We hired Michaela to be our day-of coordinator, and she was just fantastic. Very communicative beforehand with us and our vendors, so on the morning of our wedding we felt like things were very well taken care of so that we could relax & enjoy the day! It was at my parents' house, so they were especially happy to have someone who knew the schedule and could manage the vendors. Michaela was organized, so professional and helpful, and was always jumping in to do whatever was needed. Things popped up, but everything went smoothly. She would check in with me periodically, but otherwise was always behind-the-scenes making things happen. She also helped us set up stuff for our reception venue and coordinate our Grand Entrance. I can't imagine what not having her to help out would have been like! It took a lot of pressure off of us, and our bridal party & family. Big thanks!!!

I can’t say enough about Michaela! We hired her as our “day of wedding co-ordinator” for our daughter’s wedding. Michaela took all the stress off of the wedding day. From setting up the decor to tearing down and ensuring the day of time line went as planned. The day went perfectly without a glitch (with the exception of weather which she handled the necessary changes to accommodate the rain). Michaela allowed us to enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about all the “behind the scenes”. Michaela was a joy to work with and I can’t thank her enough!

All i can say about my wedding day is that it was the best day of my life. Everything about that day came together smoothly and it's all because of Michaela. I got a really good vibe from her the first time we met in person, she was very approachable and professional. Throughout our planning process she made me feel that she is there to bring my vision to life and I can just focus on enjoying the day. She is very knowledgeable, whenever I needed answers to anything she replies back within the same hour/day. And on the day of the wedding she was the first person to check in with me and the first person to show up at the venue to set everything up. I had sent her some pictures of how I wanted my decor to look and she got it just right, she made sure everything looked perfect and magical. Unbeknownst to me, we had a little hiccup with our cake, but she took care of it and was so professional about it that I didn't even find out about it from my bridesmaid til days after. Throughout the day she would check up on us and making sure we are enjoying ourselves and if we needed anything. Towards the end of the day, she took care of all the packing up and tear downs, everything was neatly placed in our car, I didn't even notice a thing. I highly recommend Michaela to anyone who is looking for the perfect planner. she truly helped me to be stress free on the big day and the months leading up it.
