  The Best Choice!

  Michaela was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I had a very DIY wedding with a lot of moving parts (literally) and she made magic happen! Michaela was very responsive, organized and approachable throughout the entire process. She made sure everyone knew what they were doing at the rehearsal and explained things so I went into the wedding day feeling calm and confident. Michaela set up all my decorations, making it more beautiful than I could have imagined and packaged all my personal belongings at the end of the night. There were so many things that I wasn't aware of (including no one knowing how to pin a boutonniere - see Michaela featured in our photos!) and all my family said was "Oh Michaela took care of that" - she really took all pressure off of us! Couldn't recommend enough!

  exactly what we needed!

  We hired Michaela as our day-of co-ordinator. Although we were doing the planning ourselves, she offered up very useful insights during our few check-ins leading up to the wedding, which gave us confidence in her support. She did a lovely job assembling (and disassembling) the decorations we provided, and she was so on top of things throughout our wedding day - making sure all vendors and activities were /where/ they needed to be and /when/ they needed to be there. Family members even noted her great proactive-yet-subtle approach - always available but never overbearing. :) As part of her 'day-of' package, she took over all vendor communications during the week leading up to the wedding, and alleviated both week-of and day-of pressures, putting us in a position where we could feel relaxed and truly enjoy ourselves during the event. Very happy with our decision to hire her!

  The best experience

  Michaela was amazing to work with and walked us through each step from the very beginning. She responded to every question and gave us a lot of options that worked with our budget. She worked with our busy schedule and was very accommodating. She helped ease the stress leading up to the day by leading the rehearsal and obviously the wedding day itself. We couldn’t have done it without her!!

  Amazing Experience!

  I apologize for being so late with this review! I got married about a year and a half ago and made the best decision by selecting Michaela to be my day of coordinator :) She is Newmarket based and had experience working with our venue, Madison’s Greenhouse, which we thought would be perfect and so convenient for us!
  
  I am I huge perfectionist and I love to DIY — so of course I decided to DIY the majority of the wedding decor. I had a particular vision in mind and I was nervous that it wouldn’t unfold the way I wanted it to, so I made a booklet of how I wanted everything set up and trusted Michaela to bring my vision to life — and wow, did she deliver! She set up everything exactly how I wanted it to look like and made adjustments in the best way possible when things couldn’t go my way. She knew her stuff, had a lot of tips up her sleeve, and was prepared with everything that I didn’t know I needed. She was easy to communicate with and planning my day in the weeks prior was a breeze with her. She also worked great with my vendors and the wedding party! My wedding day was so beautiful and I cannot thank Michaela enough for all of her hard work and taking the stress off my back. Definitely recommend!! :)

  The Best of the Best!

  Michaela made wedding planning so fun and so easy - I would do it all over just to have the opportunity to work with her again! She so effortlessly picked up on the vibe and style I imagined and made my dream come to life, while also helping find ways to make sure there were lots of personal details to make the day uniquely ours. She made choosing vendors so easy, and we loved every single vendor she suggested for us. She is easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a few small hiccups on our day (one of them being an uninvited guest showing up), and she made them all disappear without anyone really knowing. She took care of every little detail on our wedding day so we were able to just relax and enjoy every second. I am so glad I found her and am so grateful for all of her hard work!

  Working with Michaela to plan our wedding was such a wonderful experience! She is warm, kind, organized and so much fun to work with. From the beginning Michaela really "got" our style and who we are as a couple, and was able to advocate for us and our vision. She is very experienced and was able to think of details and logistics that wouldn't have even crossed my mind. Her organizational templates and vendor recommendations were incredible as well. I can't say enough for how amazing Michaela was on the day of the wedding. She was calm which helped keep us calm as well. I was not aware of any problems or stresses the day of the wedding because Michaela handled them completely. We were truly able to enjoy every moment of the day. Thank you so much!

  An expert in her field!

  We hired Michaela as our day-of-coordinator and she did not disappoint! Her and her assistant were able to set up all of our decor with little guidance and ensured that everything went smoothly on our wedding day! My husband and I were totally hands off on and were able to enjoy our wedding day. Michaela has expertise in the industry and had already worked with some of our vendors which also made the day run perfectly. Highly recommend!

I made last minute changes and she was so quick to accommodate the changes and ensure everything went smoothly and exactly as I envisioned! I would recommend Michaela for everyone's wedding day, she is exceptionally friendly, organized and experienced, making it easy to make decisions, especially ones you're unsure of as she uses her expertise to help you make the decision!
