Cascade was incredible from start to end. We had several meetings with Cascade prior to the wedding, she provided us checklists and documents to help us stay organized. She was always calm, approachable, friendly and enthusiastic about our wedding, which made for a really smooth process. We felt so comfortable around her that it was like having a friend there for the wedding day. A friend who looks out for absolutely every detail. I can't say enough good things about Cascade's service, on our wedding day she took care of everything, from setting up decor, to checking in with vendors, making sure everything was running smoothly. There are so many little tasks that come up on the day that I couldn't have predicted before hand, and I am so glad Cascade was there to handle all of them. On our wedding day, my partner and I were 100% worry-free. I would say this is the best gift we could have received, and looking back I just don't think the wedding would have been the same without Cascade. She is the best of the best, I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job and making us feel so comfortable about the process.

Mint and Petal was easy to work with. They provided all of the checklists and planning materials, which was great because Pinterest can be overwhelming. Cascade filled out the timelines specific to our wedding date, which gave us a good idea of how much we should be getting done as time passed. She worked well with our other vendors which was such a relief as it got overwhelming as we added more vendors. You definitely want to put your trust in her and her team for your once in a lifetime day!

Our wedding would not have been the same without Cascade (Mint and Petal) helping us out. We hired Mint and Petal for our 'day of coordinator' but she was so much more than that! She helped me stay organized leading up to the day, making sure I wasn't missing/forgetting anything. She was there to help us during the rehearsal (despite the venue coordinator not being there to help) and made sure we knew what we were doing. On the day of she made me feel so at ease and was at our venue at 10am making sure everything was running smoothly!
I cannot recommend Mint and Petal more and anyone who hires them will not be disappointed!!

Cascade was a wonderful day of Coordinator! She was super kind and organized. I had a lot of notes and she made sure it was all done accordingly. Without her, I'm not sure if the event would run as smoothly. We never had to worry about a thing.
