Best in the Business!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Michelle Owens of
Mo&Co Event Coordination at our wedding at Fraser River Lodge on July 6th. Michelle was easily one of the best decisions that we made from our day.
If you are on the fence of hiring Michelle because you aren't sure if you need a planner- please DO IT! Michelle eliminated ALL stress and ensured the smallest details or challenges were overcome. We had 0 stress on our day because of Michelle and could enjoy our wedding to the fullest. An example of the value that Michelle brought can be portrayed in the specific scenarios that we encountered below:
- Planning sessions that took hours and reviewing the smallest details that we wouldn't have even thought through
- Leading our wedding rehearsal and ensuring that every person involved in the wedding was aware of when they were speaking and their role
- Fixing our smushed wedding cake (we didn't even know it got smushed until a few days after when someone mentioned it)
- Rewriting our morning of letters when the printer was broken
- Assisting in setting up, taking down decor
-Taking phone videos of small decor details
- Assisting me with small things like stains, sore feet, etc. This woman was incredible!!!

These are just SOME of the many hats that Michelle wore to ensure our day was PERFECT. She ensured that everything was thought of and no detail was missed or unturned. She helped us plan our dream wedding at Fraser River Lodge, and exceeded all of our expectations. We are so thankful for the incredible coordination, eye for detail, and charisma this woman has.

Professional and detail oriented

As the mother of the Groom, I was quite a bit nervous to hand over the details. But Michelle and her team was efficient, detailed, organized and compassionate. They understood and stayed professional from the inception to the end. She brought our vision to life. Her tasks in coordinating and juggling everyone was seamless. Thank you Michelle to you and your team. We could not be more grateful and could not have done this without you!! Truly deserving of a great review!

Michelle is AMAZING!

We hired Michelle for day of coordination and she helped us so much throughout the planning process as well as postponing! Ultimately since we changed our vision so significantly, she wasn't present at our legal ceremony or vow renewal, however she supported us so much throughout the entire process and really guided us through the whirlwind of pivoting last minute and doing a legal ceremony, and organizing it all! We really appreciate her constant care and responsiveness in a stressful and confusing situation and would highly recommend having her in your corner!

Best decision to hire MO&CO!

We hired Michelle back in January 2020 after looking for a month of coordinator for our April 2020 wedding. After postponing our wedding to October 2020, Michelle was always available to keep us updated and contact all our vendors to ensure our new date. Michelle frequently checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we had. Leading up to our wedding, we began working with the lead coordinator Erin for our big day. We can't say enough amazing things about Erin. She was an absolute lifesaver and the day wouldn't have been as perfect if we didn't have Erin. She went above and beyond any expectations! Erin was so responsive & quickly contacted vendors to answer questions. Erin was always one step ahead the entire wedding day! She kept us up to date throughout the day and checked in consistently. I will definitely be recommending MO&CO to all my friends and family! If you're planning a wedding, you need a coordinator and MO&CO is a must :)

Michelle is amazing!!

Michelle was simply amazing. We had an outdoor wedding on our family farm and I was so stressed about everything running smoothly but she made it all work. Everything stayed right on track. If there were any issues I have no idea about it and that’s exactly what you want from a wedding planner!! She is so fun and easy going I highly recommend this company!

MO&CO = Easy Breezy Wedding Planning

Michelle and Olivia are the dream team, their enthusiasm and attention to detail allowed me to enjoy the month leading up to my wedding and most importantly my wedding day. On our wedding day, they were behind the scenes making sure everything and everyone was where it/they needed to be without making the event feel rushed or scheduled. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with MO&CO.

Michelle made our day the happiest ever!

When I first started hunting for a day-of-coordinator, I was still debating it - I'm a teacher and its hard for me to let go of control. After contacting Michelle I said I wasn't sure I wanted one. She sent me the most encouraging reply, giving me advice on my wedding, whether I went with her, with a different coordinator or without a coordinator. It meant so much to me that I hired her on the spot!

During the months leading up to the wedding, I met with Michelle twice to go over a very detailed schedule that we continued to revise and update. This schedule helped make the day go so smoothly. She also met us at our venue a couple of times; once ahead of time and once the day before to review expectations, our visions for the wedding and to make sure everything was set up.

The day was honestly our perfect day. Michelle and her assistant worked in front of us and behind the scenes to make sure everything went as plan. And when there were inevitable little bumps, she rolled with them and fixed them on the spot to the point where I didn't even know anything had changed. She set up the entire space which looked spectacular and packed everything into the cars at the end of the night.

Our wedding was the happiest day of our lives. I was able to fully enjoy every moment knowing I could 100% trust Michelle to run everything else. I highly recommend her for any event you're looking at hosting.

When everything goes wrong, Michelle makes it right!

We were having a very rough go dealing with our "in house" venue coordinators. I was trying to do their job, as well as my own, and it proved to be way to much. I had reached out to Michelle telling her I was struggling, and next thing you know we were sitting at Starbucks for hours, discussing every. single. detail of my wedding day. From there onward Michelle was on top of EVERYTHING, including mis-information from the venue, return visits, last minute DJ changes, the decorator dropping out last minute, mis-placed USB keys, the list goes on... but you wouldn't believe the relief that Michelle brought to this very anxious bride. The lengths in which Michelle went to, to ensure my day was perfect, were insurmountable. Michelle assistant Lauren was just as lovely, she ended up acting as a seamstress, decorator, fake eyelash gluer-back-oner, and she bring such a calming presence to any situation. These two make an incredible team, and anyone would be so lucky as to work with them. Michelle truly was my saving grace and my day was what it was because of her. Thank you Michelle, from the bottom of our hearts

Made my Wedding Day a breeze!

Michelle was absolutely amazing, she was always available via text or email and very flexible with availability when it came to meeting times.
