Madeleine creates pure magic on a wedding day with her beautiful designs, thoughtful elements that she pulls in and the way she can seamlessly direct the day. She made it so that I could be stress free and enjoy every moment without sweating the small stuff. Her team took care of everything and I wish I could get married again so that I could keep working with her!

Madeleine was everything we needed and wanted plus more! If you are having a hard time deciding if you need a wedding planner (which we found out is lifesaving) or who to choose- I highly recommended Madeleine. She was there with us every step of the way. She truly has a gift and talent in her position and cares so much to make you feel comfortable in every way. Our wedding was the most perfect day of our lives and we would not have been able to do it without Madeline.

Words cannot do justice for the amount of gratitude we have towards Madeleine. To say she made our dream wedding come to life, is the understatement of a lifetime. When Sam first proposed to me, like many brides, I assumed I could do it all myself. I reached out to other recently married friends to obtain their advice, I started searching for venues, and I began to budget. And then the panic started to creep in. I would toss and turn, and had myself convinced I couldn't get married within the year, as was my dream. There was no way humanly possible I could make it all work. Then my mother casually suggested I consider using a planner - probably to keep her sanity as well, for I was continuously calling and texting her with my stresses over the wedding planning. I immediately contacted Madi, and asked for a coffee. We met her at a coffee shop near my house, and my mother and myself asked her a ton of questions - or rather, I sat there with my eyes popping out of my head over the amount of questions Madi was asking of us. She was thinking of things that hadn't even begun to cross my mind. We hadn't even signed a contract with her, and she could see how much help we needed. In that first meeting, she called a contact of hers, and showed us a venue. I signed her that night.

The rest of my engagement was the most stress free and relaxing experience any bride could ask for. Madi kept us accountable (and realistic) to timelines, and helped us stay on budget. We ended up being able to pay for our whole wedding in cash, which was a HUGE goal of mine, and it was largely due to Madi constantly keeping us on the budget we had created with her. As someone who traditionally thought a planner was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, I was humbled - GREATLY. Through all of Madi's numerous connections and thrifty money saving ways, she ended up paying for herself in a way. I started to cry on the day that I realized we wouldn't be going into debt to have our DREAM wedding.

I can continue for another bajillion paragraphs to describe just how much we love and adore Madi, but I'll round it up with this. The month leading up to our wedding, everything began to crash - there was minor drama with our bridesmaid dresses, our officiant cancelled, our rehearsal dinner needed to be rescheduled, and we were scrambling to get gifts organized for our party. Madi helped us with it ALL. She did everything. It all got solved. On the day of, I was the most relaxed bride that any bride dreams of being. All I had to worry about was making sure I was ready on time, which Madi also helped me with. As with all large events, there was bound to be at least one thing that may have gone haywire on the day of - but I, and most importantly, my mother - didn't hear about any of it. Madi and her amazing assistant Taylor took care of everything for us. Including hooking my new husband and I up with a limo to take us to our honeymoon suit that night, and taking care of all the post-wedding clean up.

If you're considering hiring a planner, I cannot stress ENOUGH over just how wonderful Madi is!!!!! We adore and love her so much, she literally gave us a fairytale wedding of our dreams .

Madeleine is the sweetest person and is extremely organized; in my experience, that is a tough combination to master. From our first meeting to our special day, she was nothing but patient with all our weird questions and our, sometimes divergent, ideas on how things should go. She listened to our vision and made it come alive within our stipulated budget. She always helped us determine what was important, how much it would impact the costs, and kept us on schedule throughout the organization process and on the big day. She helped make our day very special and did so many small things for us we probably could not even list them all. She knew exactly what I was looking for and would help along every step of the way. She puts the client first and foremost and would go above and beyond to make your day very special. She is also a women of many talents. I got married in October 2018 and she helped orchestrate everything from tables settings to arranging flowers to helpful input with creating a timeline for the day. Madi also knows the ins and outs of the industry and knows where to find or create anything you have envisioned. She set up a donut tasting prior to my wedding day and it was fantastic being able to create the donut board how I had envisioned it.
