My husband and I hired Stephanie as our month-of wedding coordinator and I am so glad that we did! I would highly recommend booking with her. We had such a great experience with her. She is so friendly, personable, organized and professional. She was very quick to respond to my (many) emails. She was great at communicating with our venue and other vendors. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She made this whole process stress-free for us.

Steph was a pleasure to work with. She took on the stress and we entrusted her to take our ideas and make them happen for our special day. She came through! She went above and beyond to help us create our vision for our venue and plan our entire day, making sure we were on time. We would recommend her to anyone who needs to pass on the torch.

I really can’t put into words how much Stephanie did for us and how much we loved her. There was a bunch of tiny details, I forgot leading up to the day I forgot my table number and containers for the candy bar. My bridesmaid mentioned it to Stephanie and within minutes she had worked out a solution with the venue. I literally was on the phone with my husband trying to figure out who to send to the store to buy what we forgot and she already had the issue fixed. We had issues with the venue and a couple vendors leading up to the wedding and she offered to assist. Stephanie made a day that could have been so much more stressful so easy, she set up the decor and cleaned up what she could before she left. She made sure every detail I wanted was put into place. She was so easy to talk to and deal with. I can’t imagine not having her part of our special day and after having it hands down she under charges for what she actually does!!!!

My husband and I hired Stephanie to help us during the month of our wedding. She was able to answer our questions in regards to the ceremony and reception. We felt no stress knowing her and her team would ensure that our special day ran smoothly and it did. Stephanie and Erin were there for our ceremony rehearsal and answered last minute questions. Erin was fantastic on the day of our wedding. She checked in on both wedding parties and help us keep to our timeline. We highly recommend New Berlin :)

We got married September 2019 and Steph was an absolute dream!! She was with us every step of way and willing to do it all, taking as much off of our plate as possible. Not only did Steph spend time with us working out details, but she was also the go to person for all of our vendors. We hosted our wedding on my husband's family farm so there was a lot of setup and work to do! Steph was there the entire day before the wedding helping set everything up and back again the next morning to make sure our wedding day was perfect! Which is was :) I can't thank Steph enough for all of her hard work!! I would definitely recommend Steph and New Berlin Weddings as the trusted person to make your special day extra magical.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing!!!! She is sole reason my wedding day went as smoothly as it did!!!! It could not have been the hit it was without her coordination and planning! We got the month of coordination package and it was so worth it!!! Me and my fiancé debated for a while if a day of/month of coordination would be worth the cost and it totally was!!! She helped organize us the month leading up and figuring out the small details! Her and her assistant set up my ceremony and banquet hall to perfection! I was stunned and speechless walking into my banquet hall for the first time! Stephanie was my sense of calm on my wedding day and I will forever recommend her to everyone for the rest of my life!!!! She is beautiful, kind, thoughtful, organized, smart and a pure wedding day superhero!!!!

Stephanie is the definition of outstanding service. We truly appreciate all of the hard work and attention to detail that she put into our special day. You're getting more than a day of wedding co-ordinator. From the first meeting a month before the wedding, Stephanie was incredibly organized and asked all the right questions to make the day perfect. She took the stress off our shoulders in communicating with all our vendors and made our vision a dream come true. She was very accommodating, even moved her own engagement photo day to attend our rehearsal. Everything was above and beyond expectation and made the day that much more memorable for us.
