We love Nicole!

I don’t even know where to start. Nicole goes above and beyond in everything she does. From start to finish, we were absolutely amazed by the amount of time, effort, and passion Nicole put into our wedding. We hired Nicole for her coordination services which was perfect for us as we had already gathered up most of our vendors at this point in planning. Time and time again I was absolutely amazed by Nicole going above and beyond the confines that I thought existed when hiring a coordinator. She brought her own decor, she ran our rehearsal, she got us a microphone and speaker, and so much more. She picked up our decor and brought it to the ceremony...

I don’t even know where to start. Nicole goes above and beyond in everything she does. From start to finish, we were absolutely amazed by the amount of time, effort, and passion Nicole put into our wedding. We hired Nicole for her coordination services which was perfect for us as we had already gathered up most of our vendors at this point in planning. Time and time again I was absolutely amazed by Nicole going above and beyond the confines that I thought existed when hiring a coordinator. She brought her own decor, she ran our rehearsal, she got us a microphone and speaker, and so much more. She picked up our decor and brought it to the ceremony and torn it all down and brought it to her house so we wouldn’t have to stress on the wedding night!! She gifted us the use of her audio guestbook which I thought we didn’t need but turned out to be such a special way to relive our wedding day - our guests loved it and we loved listening to the messages. She even monogrammed it with our initials! Like hello! Any hiccups we encountered in planning or on the day, Nicole’s response was always “okay, deep breath” and she was on it. Her calm, collected, and confident approach made a huge difference in our stress levels. I cannot recommend her enough. So many of our guests also highlighted to us how impressed they were by her work. Also! She’s just the sweetest and kindest and funniest!! We love Nicole!! Thank you for everything ❤️

Hire Nicole!

We originally hired Nicole as a day of coordinator to assist with the wedding day needs for our backyard tent wedding. Nicole very quickly became our part time wedding planning. She joined our process about 10 months into our 18 month engagement. I consider myself a fairly organized person & already had lots of spreadsheets, however Nicole came in & blew us away with her attention to detail & organizational abilities! Nicole was instrumental in planning and executing the weekend of our wedding.
On the actual wedding day, a few things went awry, however Nicole swooped in with her problem solving skills & fixed it before we even knew there was an issue! For example, as she was...

On the actual wedding day, a few things went awry, however Nicole swooped in with her problem solving skills & fixed it before we even knew there was an issue! For example, as she was setting up the tent reception space, they realized the rental company forgot to send 20 charger plates, Nicole immediately got on the phone with the owner of the company & had them bring the missing chargers an hour to the venue.
I am going to miss my planning chats with Nicole & her bubbly, organized & positive attitude. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. All my friends said I was shockingly stress free on the wedding day, which was only possible because I knew Nicole was running the wedding smoothly behind the scene.
Seriously, just hire her, she will be your favourite vendor & ensure your wedding day is everything you hope it to be!

Best Wedding Planner/Coordinator Ever!

I had the pleasure of planning my wedding with Nicole. We had 6 months to plan and Nicole managed to keep this OCD woman sane until the day of. Her planning process was seamless and actually left me stress free a few weeks before the wedding so I could just enjoy my time as a bride to be.

Our wedding day was everything and more and wish I could repeat it all the time! Nicole knew my obsession with Taylor Swift and as a fellow swiftie she went above and beyond and incorporated so much hidden Taylor Swift references to our day.

Cannot recommend her enough!!

Amazing Co-ordinator

Nicole was supportive, attentive, understanding and everything we needed to make our day worry free, smooth sailing and stress free. Her support for our wedding was there throughout the entire planning process, not just the day of. She made sure we were kept on track with planning and have everything in order leading up to the big day. Couldn't have done this without her help!

I highly recommend Nicole to plan your wedding!

Nicole took care of absolutely everything we needed for our wedding day. Her passion for weddings and her eye for detail was very much appreciated. She has all the answers you need when it comes to planning your special day. On our wedding day she took care of absolutely everything and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect and everything went smoothly. We really appreciated having her there and everything she did for us. Shes very professional, very organized and has a really good energy to be around. If you are on the fence about including wedding planning services in your wedding budget - please read this. We all know wedding planning is overwhelming, but I truly had no idea how complicated it can be. When starting the process I was so staggered by the amount of information. Nicole helped me every step of the way, breaking down the wedding planning process in to steps, and keeping me on track. Nicole is an organizational wizard, and because she thinks of everything - not a single detail was missed. Because of her coaching, calming presence, and passion for event planning I was able to really enjoy the entire process instead of feeling like I was the centre of a tornado. She has online documents that you’ll fill out, and together she helps you to bring you and your partners wedding dreams come true. As we came closer to the wedding, Nicole sent us a document that detailed every single aspect of our plans which was incredibly useful. We got married in another province, so our plans included flights, helping guests find accommodations, bachelorette parties, and lots of prep. She gave us a weekly detailed schedule AND a day-of timeline that included EVERY SINGLE important person and where they should be all day. We sent this out to our bridal party and families so everyone knew exactly what was going on at all times. All the moms kept them on their fridges for easy access and it was an absolute lifesaver. Weddings involve so many moving parts, so many little details, and Nicole ensured we were calm and happy by keeping us organized, prepared, and facilitated all correspondence so that I could focus on being the bride. The actual wedding day, from my perspective, was absolutely perfect. I later learned of music and tech issues that I had no idea even happened, Nicole took care of anything and everything without a single member of the bridal party even knowing there was a problem. By the end of the night, everyone knew who Nicole was and that she was the person to ask if you needed something. We recently received our wedding video, and when watching the speeches back we realized every single person who spoke made a note of Nicole’s incredible performance as our wedding planner/coordinator. She impressed all 80 guests, and both of our parents were sure to give her major thanks in their speeches. Nicole is a gift to this world, but especially to brides. My wedding was the best day of my life, and it went on without a hitch because of one person - Nicole. Those who hire her are lucky to have her.

Nicole is the best!

It was so great working with Nicole, we didn't have to worry about a thing! Nicole had everything covered, during the ceremony, and in all the weeks leading up to the whole event, she was there for us. She was absolutely lovely and professional and we could rely on her completely. We can't recommend her enough!

My saviour!!

My day wouldn’t have happened without the help of Nicole! She made me vision come to life and I’m over joyed with the outcome. All of our guests had a blast!! I would highly recommend Nicole to help with your big day.

We hired Nicole because I wanted to be able to dodge any potential distractions and focus solely on enjoying the day surrounded by my friends and family. Nicole was super organized, professional, understanding, kept everything on schedule (both leading up to and during our wedding day) and solved every inevitable minor inconvenience in the blink of an eye, ensuring that we all had a perfect, fantastic time. I debated DIYing our decorations for a long time, and when I decided against it, Nicole took care of everything. The décor was beautiful and exactly suited to the vibe we were trying to achieve. Cannot Recommend Enough!

I cannot recommend Nicole enough. As someone who normally takes the reigns in planning and executing projects it was nice to find someone to match my energy and trust fully with every step of the planning process. Our special day went ahead problem free and worry free. Skip the venue coordinator and go straight to Nicole and you won't have any hidden issues last minute.
