We opted for the full service planning and day-of coordinator services.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicky and his team from One and Only Events. From the very first meeting to the final moments of our wedding day, they exceeded every expectation. His attention to detail, creative vision, and calming presence made the entire planning process not only stress-free but truly enjoyable. Nicky took the time to understand our style, preferences, and dreams, and then brought them to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined.

He was extremely helpful and organized during the tea ceremony and impressed all of the relatives.

On the day of the wedding, the team flawlessly coordinated everything, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment. Our guests are still raving about how perfect and beautiful everything was! If you’re looking for someone who is professional, passionate, and dedicated to making your special day magical, Nicky is the absolute best choice. We are forever grateful.

Perfect!

Nicky and his team are phenomenal. He has such a vision for décor and lighting, and was easily available for communication through this whole process. He was extremely accommodating and organized. 10/10 recommend!!!

Best decision ever

If you have clicked on these reviews to read about Nicky to decide if he is a good fit for your planning needs, don’t hesitate a moment longer. Working with Nicky was easily the best decision I made for my wedding. Nicky provided day of coordination services, but was so much more than just day of coordination. It was like brainstorming with a best friend. He was always kind, professional, fun, and so knowledgeable. He made the most fantastic vendor recommendations, and even helped me coordinate string lights for my venue with less than 48 hours notice. He was always a voice of reason, and had the best suggestions for decor. I gave him creative reign on a couple of pieces for my ceremony and reception, and what he put together was breathtaking. He was so present and involved on the day of, even my friends and family sang his praises. I can, with confidence, say my wedding would not have been the same without him. Nicky, thank you SO much!!

Nicky is Amazing!

Nicky has been the best wedding planner anyone could ever ask for. He helped us plan our wedding from start to finish and was on top of everything from the beginning. We're both so thankful to him for being so easy to work with and always guiding us in the right direction. It feels like he could read our minds and he was always super responsive. Our wedding was executed perfectly by him and his team and we cannot recommend him enough!

DREAM day-of coordinator!

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Nicky and his team! We had an absolutely perfect day and I credit that entirely to One and Only Events and Nicky. I wanted a very simple wedding that still exuded luxury and Nicky took our vision and made it a reality. What set Nicky apart from other planners and day-of coordinators for me is that he has such an open mind, such a positive energy, and clearly a wealth of experience and I thankfully thoroughly benefitted from it! He was also able to pivot so easily when things changed (or at least he made it look easy!).

Any time someone has asked me how I was able to be so relaxed at my wedding, I give Nicky and One and Only Events full credit! I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing stress-free day!

Nicky (as our Partial Planner and Day Of Coordinator) was dedicated to helping our special day come together successfully! Throughout the process he was available to reply to emails with support, suggestions, information, and even opinions when asked, and was very organized and focused during phone calls. The decor options were extremely helpful, with classy and tasteful selections. Nicky was knowledgeable and thoughtfully kind! In our view, our day was perfect. We were able to confidently embrace the day knowing all was taken care of, and ended up thrilled with how everything looked and flowed so smoothly; the decor, the rapport with venue and staff, and the way it all helped our friends and family enjoy and celebrate with us! We have had so much positive feedback, and we know that so much is thanks to Nicky and One and Only Events! 🙂

Professional, communicative, meticulous - the best!

Nicky literally saved the day! We forgot to bring our guestbook to the ceremony venue within an hour of the ceremony starting. Nicky and his team problem solved, acted quickly, and we were able to have everything ready before our guests arrived.
Nicky made everything go as seamless as possible throughout the entire day, and my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. From planning pre-wedding to the-day-of, Nicky was professional and very communicative with us and my entire vendor team. Flawless execution. Highly recommend!

Nicky: best in the business!

There are so many great things to say about Nicky because he is so amazing at what he does. From planning to execution, Nicky was there every step of the way. We got married in September 2022 and booked our venue in July 2021, and Nicky kept us on track not only with the planning but on our wedding day. We knew that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything because Nicky was on it!

Nicky’s dedication to his clients and willingness to jump in to help with anything and everything is second to none. Because of issues with the venue, we were on the verge of changing venues just weeks before our wedding date. Even though Nicky was out of town on a much-deserved vacation, he still took impromptu calls with us to provide his expertise. Throughout that headache, which lasted a few weeks, Nicky willingly jumped on last-minute calls with us and even reached out to other venues just in case we needed to make the change. His calm personality and conflict management skills helped us feel confident that things would work out even when it seemed like everything was falling apart.

Nicky was communicative throughout the process and would provide us with recommendations based on his experience, which was appreciated! He was great in sourcing ideas based on visions we had in our head and was realistic on what could be executed based on timelines and resources. He was always quick and thoughtful in his responses. Even though he was working on so many other weddings, we always felt like a priority even when our wedding was a few weeks/months away.

He’s organized and his attention to detail is impeccable. He let us know everything we needed to know and provided timelines for deliverables. The wedding day went off without a hitch because of the care and attention Nicky gave everything.

It was so great to have Nicky and his team with us! We originally weren't going to have a coordinator at all, but I am so glad we did! Without a doubt one of the best decisions in our wedding planning process. They were professional, reliable, and friendly, and truly made the day go smoothly.
