We booked Vicky for her full wedding planning package and she was nothing short of amazing!! She is so experienced and always had the answer and solution to my questions. She is so organized, providing is with detailed excel sheets and google docs to keep track of our budget and outstanding payments. She created an exceptional schedule that was so detailed and ensured all vendors were on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, she met with all of our vendors and ensured all of our requests were communicated to each of them. She was so available for us, was willing to meet with us whenever needed and was extremely accessible leading up to the wedding. It was so reassuring to know that she was just one text away and she accommodated for so many of our last minute changes.

What blew me away the most was how her and her assistant Nancy handled our actual wedding day. There were so many last minute details that I hadn’t thought of and they were always one step ahead of me, always making sure everything was handled and ran seamlessly throughout the day. We received so many compliments from guests about how smooth and perfect the whole day went and we could not have done it without them!! They were on site all day from 8 in the morning for setup until 2am for tear down and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Vicky lived up to her reputation as the Mary Poppins of Weddings! We could tell from the start that she is more knowledgeable than your average planner. Right away she told us realistic price ranges and logistics, and helped us find a venue. All of the vendors she recommended were amazing and we saved so much time. She also has great tracking documents. We both work quite long hours and it was comforting to know things were on track and under control. We can't give a high enough rating! Hiring Perfect Planners for their Wedding Month Management service was without a doubt one of best decisions for our wedding that we made. Vicky is responsive, professional, honest, calm, knowledgeable, and a problem solver - all the things you want in a wedding manager, but with an additional warmth that made her feel like a personal friend.

We had a cocktail style reception, which breaks from the norm and could be confusing for a different wedding manager. We hired Vicky after a few failed attempts of planning our wedding due to covid. We came to Vicky with about 5 months to plan our wedding and some things already planned. From the first meeting she worked with us to find the right service that she could offer to us and made us feel at ease and comfortable. We met with her as needed throughout the process and she made finding vendors and going through contracts/requirements a breeze. All of the vendors she recommended were extremely professional and a joy to work with. We provided Vicky with some inspiration of what we wanted our wedding to look like and she knew exactly how to bring our vision to life and truly it was better than we expected.
Vicky made us feel cared for and important throughout the entire process and we had many laughs along the way.
For the day of coordination, her and her assistant Nicole had everything organized from the very beginning. I literally don’t know how we could have possibly done it without her. I seriously didn’t have to worry about a thing other than marrying the love of my life. They made me feel at ease and I truly believe this is a large reason why I was able to have fun and be present, instead of worrying about who needed to be where, when.
After the wedding all of our friends and family kept telling us how lovely the wedding was and how great Vicky and her team were at organizing everyone and keeping things on time. Vicky and her team were amazing to deal with leading up to our special day. We were given email updates on when to apply for our license, tips and tricks for the day of that you don’t normally think. Vicky always got back to us within 24-48 hours. She held us together.

Cassandra was amazing with her attention to detail creating our menu cards and was great to speak with.

Everything felt like it was under control at all times. Vicky is wonderful and I do highly recommend her. She gently puts people in line (ahem groomsmen who’ve had a bit to much to drink). The entire day was beautiful.

We did have a minor hiccup with our rings not being at our ceremony but Vicky quickly rectified the situation and boogied to her car as fast as she could to get them. I think it’s a great story and start to marriage. It gave us a few minutes to soak in what was about to happen, to see our guests and be present in the moment.

They are all amazing and I couldn’t think of anyone else better to coordinate!
