In short: perfection!

In the fewest words possible, they truly live up to their name! The planning was perfection and entirely exceeded any expectations we had.

Vicky stepped in to save us the month of our wedding. She knew all the right things to ask and what to turn our minds to so we could fill in all the gaps. Her genuine care and thoughtfulness was felt throughout the entire time leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. Her ability to problem solve and her expertise in delicately navigating tricky situations was so apparent and incredibly reassuring.

I would feel comfort in putting the planning of any life milestone event in her hands! I have met few people as passionate about what they do as Vicky. I would have her on my team any day and we will forever be grateful to her for her part in making this the most memorable day of our lives.

Truly Perfect

We are so happy to have chosen Perfect Planners. Working with Vicky was such a breeze. She was extremely organized, prepared, and calm, and worked so well with all of our other vendors. Not having to worry about the flow of things on our wedding day was so worth it. Vicky made such good decisions as things came up to make our day go perfectly smooth. Thank you so much Vicky and Teresa. We can’t recommend them enough.

Phenomenal experience!!

We booked Vicky for her full wedding planning package and she was nothing short of amazing!! She is so experienced and always had the answer and solution to my questions. She is so organized, providing is with detailed excel sheets and google docs to keep track of our budget and outstanding payments. She created an exceptional schedule that was so detailed and ensured all vendors were on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, she met with all of our vendors and ensured all of our requests were communicated to each of them. She was so available for us, was willing to meet with us whenever needed and was extremely accessible leading up to the wedding. It was so reassuring to know that she was just one text away and she accommodated for so many of our last minute changes.

What blew me away the most was how her and her assistant Nancy handled our actual wedding day. There were so many last minute details that I hadn’t thought of and they were always one step ahead of me, always making sure everything was handled and ran seamlessly throughout the day. We received so many compliments from guests about how smooth and perfect the whole day went and we could not have done it without them!! They were on site all day from 8 in the morning for setup until 2am for tear down and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I could not recommend her enough, please book her for your wedding, you definitely will not regrets it!!!

Perfect experience with Perfect Planners

Absolutely no regrets working with Perfect Planners for our Oct 2023 wedding. We worked with Vicky in the pre-planning stages and with Nicole and Abby on the day-of. As you would hope with any planner you work with, the team ensured all the little details came together the day-of and everything ran on time. From our perspective everything went super smoothly, so if anything did go awry it was completely handled behind the scenes. What we appreciated most was their calm and friendly demeanor throughout the entire day and night. While we kept to schedule, we never felt rushed or anxious which really contributed to our enjoyment of the day. We also had a big mishap with our signage the night before our wedding at 5pm. and Nicole somehow managed to source us new signs in time for the morning. Highly recommend this team!!

The Wedding of the Decade in our Family!

Vicky lived up to her reputation as the Mary Poppins of Weddings! We could tell from the start that she is more knowledgeable than your average planner. Right away she told us realistic price ranges and logistics, and helped us find a venue. All of the vendors she recommended were amazing and we saved so much time. She also has great tracking documents. We both work quite long hours and it was comforting to know things were on track and under control. On our wedding day we didn't have to worry about a thing and we could focus on having FUN! Vicky and her team gave us and our guests and amazing and memorable wedding, 100% worth it. If she is available, book her now!!

Her wealth of knowledge was invaluable, guiding us through the process and preventing many mistakes we might have made without a planner, or with a less experienced planner. She made planning a breeze by getting to know us as a couple, understanding our requirements (to check as many boxes as possible) and - importantly - our *non-requirements* (to help us save a bunch of money!). She expertly scouted venues and suggested vendors who ended up making our special day absolutely perfect. Vicky was an excellent advocate for our needs and we were thrilled to have her in our corner throughout the process, especially on our wedding day where she was on top of everything so we could focus on each other and our guests!

We can't give a high enough rating! Hiring Perfect Planners for their Wedding Month Management service was without a doubt one of best decisions for our wedding that we made. Vicky is responsive, professional, honest, calm, knowledgeable, and a problem solver - all the things you want in a wedding manager, but with an additional warmth that made her feel like a personal friend.

We had a cocktail style reception, which breaks from the norm and could be confusing for a different wedding manager. But Vicky never questioned our vision and did everything she could to help execute it. We couldn't have pulled off our wedding without Vicky and her team and we can't recommend her services more!
