Full Wedding Planning and Coordination
This package is designed for couples who are busy with their work and social life, planning from a distance or perhaps are just not too keen on researching vendors, venues and other aspects of the wedding experience. Our full wedding planning service aims to provide professional guidance and support from finding the right venues and vendors that match your visions and budget to making sure that all logistics are managed flawlessly. We will oversee all the details of your wedding and be there every step of the way.
Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination
This package is designed for couples who have already planned some parts of their wedding but need assistance in 4 other major categories. Perhaps you were able to secure some of your vendors but need our help in securing your 4 other major vendors or you may need our help in managing your budget. We will come into the picture with first getting a clear sense of what you are envisioning for your big day and then assisting with the additional categories plus everything that is included in the month of coordination package. You did great so far, but we can take it from here!
Month of Coordination
This package is for couples who have completed their wedding planning but need assistance with the coordination aspect of their wedding. It is designed to assist couples with the last few items that are left on the checklist and to pull all the details together in order to bring your vision come to life. You may think that a family member or a friend can run around on your big day but should they not also enjoy every moment of your day? Would you not want everything complete for when your friends and family arrive to the venue. We make sure to coordinate timings and itinerary with your vendors, and take care of all major and minor details so you and your family and friends can enjoy every moment of your wedding from the time to arrive to the end of the night. You did a great job planning your wedding, now let us take care of the coordination part of it.

Neha connected with all of our vendors in the month leading up to our wedding, and helped guide us and assist with all the final details and vendor communications/coordination. There are so many little things that take up time in the lead up to a wedding - Neha helped us keep our heads on straight through it all, and even reminded us about items we would have forgotten otherwise! She helped us find last minute vendors for items we just did not get time to get to ourselves, including vinyl wrap for our stage and seating charts. And on the day of, she helped resolve last minute challenges before we knew that there was even an issue!
