  Amazing Service!!

  I had the privilege of hiring Ayan for my wedding in October! She was super helpful in going over all the details ahead of time with weekly meetings! She also did an amazing job of creating a clear wedding program flow and personally coordinating this program to all necessary vendors and workers. She was also super flexible and accommodating with her meeting times as well! On the day of the wedding, she did an amazing job of helping with my dress when the maid of honour needed some extra help! She also went around the venue to make sure everything was perfectly in place! She also gave everyone the necessary cues for speeches and dances, and was super responsive to my groom’s and I’s needs during the wedding day! She relieved so much of our anxiety and stress on the day of and planning ahead! So glad to have chosen her as our wedding coordinator, she made sure our wedding day went as planned, thank you Ayan! She even gave me a thoughtful wedding gift on the day of, super sweet and thoughtful! Thank you Presents and Presence! - Claire and Neil

  The best planning and support!

  We had an absolutely incredible experience with Ayan and Presents and Presence events. Leading up to our wedding Ayan was extremely supportive, responsive and incredibly helpful with planning. On the day, both Ayan and the additional team member she brought with her were extremely helpful, completed everything needed and allowed our day to run so smoothly. We were able to focus on enjoying every moment thanks to Ayan! I would highly recommend her services.

  A Fun Stress-Free Experience

  We hired Ayan as a day of coordinator to help us to set up at our reception and help to coordinate the evening's events. She did a fabulous job and brought up items that we hadn't even thought of which we really appreciated. Before the event itself, we had a few catch up calls and were in contact regarding any changes. While we required her assistance for logistics and practical items, she ensured she knew what kind of vision we were aiming for and did what she could to make it come true. She is a very sweet and friendly person to work with and it was honestly a pleasure working with her. I cannot recommend her services enough! You really cannot go wrong! Thank you again for doing such an amazing job and making our wedding that much better!

  We hired Presents and Presence for day-of coordination and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process. Without Rebecca’s strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and great personality, our day couldn’t have been any more perfect. She was always available and very quick to respond with all my questions. By the end of the night, we received so many compliments on our wedding. If there were any hiccups, we would have never noticed because Rebecca and team took care of it. There was never a point where we felt stressed because we knew we could trust Rebecca to make the best decision on our behalf. You took your talents and ensured our day was executed exactly how we envisioned it! Can’t thank Presents and Presence enough for all the hard work you did to make our wedding the best day ever!   Presents & Presence is exactly what it’s company name represents. It’s true to its name because having them as your wedding coordinator is truly a gift and with our coordinator’s responsiveness in situ they’ll absolutely give the attention your wedding needs while being such a wonderful listening ear to bounce off ideas with. They really helped us navigate our suppliers, especially in coordinating with our reception venue on the ship, church, decorations, music and additional desserts. One of the best decisions we’ve ever made together as a couple!

  Great stylist and coordinator!

  Becca did an amazing job especially on the day of our wedding! We had to do a venue flip cause we had our ceremony and reception in the same area so while our guests were having cocktails outside, Becca’s team did the flip and transformed the ceremony venue into a reception setup in under 1 hour! Everything went smoothly, no one had a clue of how much stress and labour was going on inside. We came back from the cocktails and pictorial with the venue looking perfect. The venue flip went so smoothly! Becca also made sure all my design visions came to life and every single detail was followed from the mood board that we created together. She was such a pleasure to work with, she made our wedding day so stress-free for me! She and her team even went the extra mile and helped retouch my makeup mid-reception. Our wedding wouldn’t have been a success without their team!

  Amazing wedding coordinator!

  Rebecca was my same day coordinator for my wedding in September and I cannot express how thankful I am that I chose her. She went above and beyond my expectations ensuring our wedding day was nothing short of amazing! Everything was absolutely seamless from start to finish, she made our venue look beautiful, and she even went out of her way to make sure my dress was poofed out properly for photos, and assisted me going up the stairs so I don't trip on my dress. If you want professionalism, support from start to finish, and a worry free wedding, contact Rebecca - you won't be disappointed :)
