My friend recommended Roxane; I did my research for wedding planners but immediately booked Roxane after our initial meeting. She came across as sharp, professional, and definitely not afraid to take on challenges. Roxane got us organized the month before the wedding, and kept us on track, which was extremely helpful because I was from out of town and needed to finish a bunch of DIY projects the week before the wedding. I basically handed the logistics reins to her and never looked back. During our vendors with meetings, I noticed Rox was not afraid to ask tough questions, making sure all of our bases were covered. it was projected to rain on our wedding day, but Rox consistently kept a positive attitude, reassuring my frantic texts, and just somehow willed the weather to be perfect during our ceremony! During the day of, she and her assistant kept the day running so smoothly. She was calm when things ran a little late, easily reorganizing our schedule. She also stayed incredibly late to help us make sure everything was meticulously packed away and grouped together. Everybody truly enjoyed themselves during the night, and we couldn't have done it without Roxane. Merci beaucoup!!

After a terrible experience meeting with a wedding planner our hopes were low on finding someone that could bring our dream wedding to life. Like a lot of brides I sent out tons of quote requests to different planners and weeded through them in no time because there were none that stood out. Little did I know that Roxane’s responses were accidentally ending up in my junk mail! I distinctly remember the day that Roxane sent me a follow up email to see if I had gotten her information. I quickly skimmed it and already knew that she was going to be a great fit. Fast forward to the day my fiancé and I met with her for the first time and it was a done deal. She is so easy to talk to and really listens to you in order to understand your vision. With our budget she showed us what we could achieve as opposed to what we couldn’t which was a major plus for us. I could go on and on about how amazing Roxane is but simply put she’s there for you. Wedding planning is no walk in the park and having someone in your corner fighting just as hard for your dreams to come true is so pivotal to the process (did I mention she’s an amazing negotiator!). In those times when our heads were spinning we’d shoot Roxane a text and all the worries would vanish! Wedding planner isn’t enough to describe Roxane, she’s become our friend. Because of her our wedding was perfect, we wouldn’t change one thing.

We hired Roxane from RDK Events to be our month of coordinator, and couldn’t have been happier with the results! She kept us on track, is incredibly detail-oriented, very kind and patient, and a lovely person to work with. She was available when we needed her, took care of wedding details that we hadn’t even thought of, and did a phenomenal job.

Thanks to Roxane, our wedding day was a seamless and incredible experience. We were able to leave everything in her capable hands, and enjoy the day.

We hired Roxane as a month-of coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very start she was organized, thoughtful, direct, and very proactive with all of our vendors. She asked questions we hadn't considered and helped to ensure that each part of the day was planned and executed perfectly. In the lead up to the wedding she was able to keep us on track, and she was always available whenever we needed her. On the day of the wedding, she managed everything perfectly--she helped with all the set up, coordinated with the vendors/coordinators, ensured we had help packing up at the end of the night, and made sure that everything ran according to plan. One of the best things about Roxane is that you can trust that she is on top of everything, and working hard so that you don't have to worry about anything. Even when we started to run late in our schedule, Roxane was calm and reassuring, keeping us on track without making us feel any stress. Having her there was integral to our day running smoothly. With her amazing help, my husband and I were able to feel like guests and enjoy every second of our wedding.

Where should we even start... We hired Roxane as our Month of Coordination and this might be the one of the best decision we made. She took fully understanding of what we had at that point, and completed the planning with her professional and attention to details.
Roxane has the best communication, patience, and very fast response to everything. On the wedding day, wow, her execution was way above than what we expected. Everything went so smooth and left us stress-free but just enjoyed ourselves.
So for the bride-to-be, if you are thinking about getting a wedding coordinator, get one. Excellent wedding coordinators will pay off what you spend and save you even more. And Roxane is one of them.

Roxane is an absolutely fantastic wedding planner/coordinator. We wanted someone who had experience but wasn't part of a corporation. I discovered Roxane on the Knot and we signed with her at the end of our first meeting. Roxane understood our visions and challenges. She worked with us tirelessly and ensured that we made all the decisions necessary to make the reception of our dreams happen - even when our lives became so chaotic with a move, job changes and more. Not only that, she brought a certain flare to our event that made it uniquely ours compare to other weddings that do a similar theme. The venue we chose kept dropping the ball on us and for every problem that came up Roxane had a solution or a vendor that would step in. She was an excellent negotiator and showed us what was important and not worth our attention planning this event.

The night of our reception took our breath away - as soon as we walked into the venue we were so moved by how she brought everything together. It was absolutely stunning. Further, Roxane worked incredibly hard to ensure the wedding was on schedule and that our ever need was met. We didn't even have to think, we could enjoy the party and mingle with our friends and families.

Unfortunately that evening, part of our decor fell and Roxane was on top of it to ensure that it was dealt with immediately. Further, she reached out to the vendors to inform them of the incident and followed up with them after the event even though her job was technically done.

Roxane is a talented planner and we have absolutely no reservations in recommending her services. She will go above and beyond her job description to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams. Thank you Roxane, for all of the hard work you put into our event, making us feel like we were always a priority, not giving up on us when we were dragging our feet and bringing our vision to life.

I contacted many wedding planners in the beginning, but Roxane was the only one of them I talked to who showed immediate and genuine interest and care. She seemed to excited for us, and genuinely enthusiastic to understand our vision. She was both positive and pragmatic from the beginning, helping us make the best decisions for the best outcome. Even with the complexity and tight schedule of our wedding, Roxane never faltered in her can-do attitude and endless creative solutions to every possible challenge.

We had a very untraditional, intimate, minimalist wedding at the Toronto Islands, which presented Roxane with a huge number of challenges in timing, logistics, and budget. Roxane not only took all the complexity in her stride, she went way above and beyond. She thought of everything, and considered every little detail that I never would have thought of myself. She brought amazing creativity and ideas that were just so much better than what we could come up with by ourselves. Roxane understood our vision even better than we did!

I’m still awestruck by how many things needed to come together just right to make our event turn-out as perfectly as it did. The flawless execution was truly something to behold. That was not by chance, and there were plenty of hiccups with contractors and suppliers, but Roxane always had everything firmly under control. She isn’t only an exceptional planner, she is an exceptional manager, negotiator, and collaborator.

Roxane is truly talented. Energy, creativity, care, enthusiasm, vigilance, confidence and attention to detail are qualities she exudes in everything she does. It is not every day that you can find someone with all of those things in such inspiring abundance.
