Refined Perfection Events started officially in May 2020 when the world went physically silent but virtually loud. Born out of the desire to create order out of the mess and confusion, we decided to officially branch out and offer event planning services along with making personalized gifts and decor. Understanding the sudden jump in today's wedding industry, we believe that creating hand-knitted acts of love shouldn't be a decision of money. With that being said, we try our best to work within everyone's budget and offer comparably low pricing as working within budgets and still creating that A-Team class is our niché.

Full Event Planning Services

No event is too big or too small. We plan everything from birthdays, anniversaries, and from when you first pop the question, all the way to your big day - the wedding. You choose how involved you want to be in the planning process and we create a package tailored to your needs. Whether you need some guidance in planning showers or stag and does, we are here to help! We offer one-on-one services to help guide you every step of the way if you so choose.

Elopements/Micro Weddings

You choose a place you love, whether it be in a loved one's backyard, a private beach, or a family farm, let us bring the wedding to you and turn the space into a venue you won't forget! We offer all-inclusive packages to ensure that you don't have to spend months stressing over the planning process and allow yourselves to sit back and relax with your loved ones.

Month-of Coordination Services

Starting at 6-8 weeks prior to your event, we take care of organizing and creating all of your schedules for the weeks ahead for your vendors. We will walk you through what needs to be done and when. We will also be making the final calls with the vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page for your big day. This service really gives everyone a strong sense of confidence and relief to ensure that the event of your dreams becomes a reality.

Day-of Coordination Services

Being the most popular service, no one wants to be directing their own show on their special day. After spending, sometimes, months planning for your special event, the major struggle of every host is that no one person can be every where at once. With this service, we allow you to be where you need to be and enjoy your special day and the fruit of your labour. We will take all of the plans that have been laid out and execute them accordingly. Emails go out for all vendors to use us as a point of contact for the day and we are happy to assist in any way that we can for your special event.

Personalized Gifts/Decor/Rentals

We offer the option for custom gifts and signage, along with a selection of rentals. We use specialize using materials with different types of cardstocks, acrylics, foam, and much more. Just contact us for more information for customization and what we have to offer for rentals and decor.
