Rhea's Events is managed by Rhea Rasquinha, and provides wedding planning and coordination services for couples in the GTA and the surrounding areas. Rhea is passionate about event planning, and enjoys working closely with couples in the lead up to their wedding day. Rhea ensures that all the little details are taken care of and aims to make the planning process as stress free as possible for couples. Her services are customized to fit your needs and budget, and ensure that all your plans are perfectly executed on the day of!
Services offered
Rhea specializes in day-of and month-of wedding coordination with a great package that includes the following services:
- Meeting with you at least two times prior to your wedding day
- Assistance with the creation of a detailed timeline for your wedding day
- Reviewing floor plans, decor set-up and vendor deliverables
- Communication with vendors in the weeks leading up to your wedding
- Onsite coordination of the wedding rehearsal
- Assisting with set up at the ceremony and reception (as needed)
- Coordination of the ceremony and reception
- Unlimited communication in the lead up to your wedding day

Warm, attentive and a total professional
Rhea was absolutely amazing. She gave us plenty of dedicated time and attention leading up to the wedding and kept us so organized. She went above and beyond and made us feel very taken care of. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Amazing Coordinator!!
Rhea did an amazing job as our wedding coordinator! We had very specific decor requests and Rhea completed them all with ease. She was great at communicating, keeping everything organized, and ensuring our wedding day went smoothly. So so grateful!

Rhea is the best!!!!
Rhea is awesome! She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Because of her, we had the best wedding ever. She spent a lot of time with us before the big day working on our timeline and making sure it was doable, stress-free and included everything we want to do. On the day of, she did an amazing job and we were free to enjoy our big day with our loved ones. She was very professional and helpful with our other vendors and family members. I got many compliments from family members about how organized and friendly our coordinator was. She did a fabulous job in setting us up to have our perfect wedding.

Wonderful experience
Rhea is extremely kind, professional, and responsive. We had all of our injuries answered right away. We never felt any pressure and could always rely on Rhea for a definite answer. Our church ceremony was in GREAT hands.

Smooth and easy
Working with Rhea was easy. She was primary point of contact on the wedding day and made sure our wedding day ran smoothly and everything went according to plan. She responds promptly and is always easy to reach. She also gave us excellent suggestions on our timeline and made sure things we wanted were done. Rhea helped setup all of our decor and brought our vision to life. Also helped pack things up at the end of the night. She has an incredible attention to detail on-top of a super fun, positive and friendly attitude. We highly recommend Rhea for any of your wedding planning/coordinating needs.

Great service
Rhea was so great to work with and helped to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. Any bumps throughout the day we didn’t even notice or hear about as she was diligent in her efforts to keep things running. She helped us create our timeline and made sure we didn’t have anything to worry about the day of. Friendly and great service !

Best decision!!
Rhea was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s so incredibly sweet and detail-oriented. I consider myself an organized person to begin with however I quickly realized that I would not have been able to pull off my wedding without her. I am so grateful for everything she has done! Excellent experience with Rhea
Rhea was so amazing!!! She was a huge help in planning our wedding and helping it run seamlessly. Wow! Rhea, it was an absolute pleasure to have worked with you. Your organization and communication skills are unmatched.
We initially planned our reception for 2020, but due to the pandemic had to postpone. Rhea stood beside us the entire time. Regularly checking in and making sure we were healthy and happy. When the time came to finally rebook a date, Rhea was ready!
Although the planning process started back in 2020, we were able to pick back up right away. Rhea answered any questions I had about weddings and helped guide me as I booked vendors and made plans.
She was always available to connect leading up to the day of. Once reception day arrived, Rhea had everything covered. She made our lives so much easier and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. From making sure our timing and our timeline of events were on schedule, to making sure our vendors knew when and where they were needed. She even made sure staff members took time to grab a bite to eat. Our vendors even told us after the fact how awesome Rhea was and how she helped them.
