What can I say about Rhea? If you're thinking about getting a month-of-coordinator, please do it, and don't hesitate to hire her. Rhea was thoughtful, communicative, friendly, and ran all over our venue and venue's gardens to ensure everything went off without a hitch (as much as is humanly possible to do so). Even though we'd hired her for a month of coordination, she was always available and quick to respond even months before our wedding, and never made us feel silly for asking a gazillion questions. She set out our decorations perfectly, communicated well with our vendors, knew our timeline inside and out, and if there was a problem, we didn't know about it unless we had to chime in. Hire her!!! -

Best in the Business!
We got married on November 18th, 2023 in Toronto. We met Rhea through a friend, who told us how amazing Rhea is.
Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. She was very meticulous, professional, and just such a positive person to work with.
Rhea made sure everything ran smooth on the day of the wedding. I especially liked the way she took control for photos in our church. She made sure we had all the family and wedding party photos that we needed.
Not sure what we would have done without her.
Do not hesitate to work with Rhea; she will make your special day that much more special.

Rhea is awesome! She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Because of her, we had the best wedding ever. She spent a lot of time with us before the big day working on our timeline and making sure it was doable, stress-free and included everything we want to do. On the day of, she did an amazing job and we were free to enjoy our big day with our loved ones. She was very professional and helpful with our other vendors and family members. I got many compliments from family members about how organized and friendly our coordinator was. She did a fabulous job in setting us up to have our perfect wedding.
