  Rhea is a lifesaver!

  Wedding planner for church wedding

  Don't hesitate to hire Rhea!

  What can I say about Rhea? If you're thinking about getting a month-of-coordinator, please do it, and don't hesitate to hire her. Rhea was thoughtful, communicative, friendly, and ran all over our venue and venue's gardens to ensure everything went off without a hitch (as much as is humanly possible to do so). Even though we'd hired her for a month of coordination, she was always available and quick to respond even months before our wedding, and never made us feel silly for asking a gazillion questions. She set out our decorations perfectly, communicated well with our vendors, knew our timeline inside and out, and if there was a problem, we didn't know about it unless we had to chime in. Hire her!!!

  Rhea is Outstanding!

  I first met Rhea when I was MOH for a friend's wedding and she was their Day-of-Coordinator. When it was time for my wedding, I already knew that I wanted to hire Rhea and nobody else because I knew she would be amazing. Not only is she so lovely and kind, she is able to calm your nerves and take care of all the details on the day-of, so that you can feel confident on just focusing on enjoying the moments of your Wedding day! We were also lucky to meet her assistant, Vam, who was equally as wonderful. For anyone considering a Day-of-Coordinator, Rhea is truly the best.

  Warm, attentive and a total professional

  Rhea was absolutely amazing. She gave us plenty of dedicated time and attention leading up to the wedding and kept us so organized. She went above and beyond and made us feel very taken care of. We couldn’t have done it without her!

  Amazing Coordinator!!

  Rhea did an amazing job as our wedding coordinator! We had very specific decor requests and Rhea completed them all with ease. She was great at communicating, keeping everything organized, and ensuring our wedding day went smoothly. So so grateful!

  We got married on November 18th, 2023 in Toronto. We met Rhea through a friend, who told us how amazing Rhea is.
  
  Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. She was very meticulous, professional, and just such a positive person to work with.
