We had the pleasure of having Harry & Dani on our wedding team. We first met with Harry at the start of our planning stage and he was such a joy. What was supposed to be a 30-minute in-person meet-up turned into a 1-1.5 hour-long chat about all things wedding and life. We left that meeting knowing that our wedding would be in good hands with RMWE. RMWE helped us by listing the vendors they have enjoyed working with. And when we still couldn't make a decision, Harry was able to provide us with really great insight on each person/company so that we could choose who would fit our "vibe" the best.
For the rest of the wedding process, we worked with Dani and she was beyond amazing. Her energy and organization made the wedding planning process so much more fun! She was so accommodating with our requests and changes (especially on the day of), there's literally nothing this woman can't do! It was because of her (and Harry) that my (now) husband and I were so calm weeks leading up to the big day. Our guests absolutely love Dani. If it weren't for her and the rest of RMWE, I don't think we would have been able to have our dream wedding executed the way they did. I wish I could have her plan all our big life events!

Danielle (Dani) helped us navigate the stresses of finding vendors, and planning our perfect wedding in Banff. The vendors we were able to work with as part of the elopement package were all fantastic, lovely people who did such a great job! Dani helped us handle all of our stresses and challenges on the day of the wedding and we are so happy with how it all went.
Molly from Alpenglow Ceremonies was our officiant, and she was so wonderful. She worked with us and got to know us in order to craft the perfect ceremony. She was comfortable providing a smudging service, a culturally relevant practice for me.
Elisabeth, the photographer really knows her craft well. She was ready to get in any position to get the best shot for us. She gave us clear instructions on how to pose, the best ways to capture the lighting and spectacular backdrop, and the sneak peak photos we have received so far blow me away. Our driver from Banff Sedan, who transported us to and from the hotel to the ceremony location and back to our dinner venue was kind, understanding, and professional.
Alpine blooms prepared THE MOST BEAUTIFUL bouquet I have ever seen, and took my inspiration description to a whole other level. The Bouquet still looked as good a week later as it did the day of the wedding.
Our hair and makeup artists from Julia Joy Beauty Co. arrived on time, and did suck a great job on everyone, including my husband's grandmother.

When my fiancé and I decided to elope, Banff immediately came to mind but we had no idea where to start or how it was even possible to get married in Canada, being from Maine. I came across suggestions for Rocky Mountain Elopements in a Facebook travel group and submitted an inquiry. We had an initial meeting with Harry and right from the start, we knew we were in capable hands. Harry was BEYOND helpful as soon as we started the process - he went through all of our options, provided advice and suggestions, and we had our wedding date and location locked down before we ended our first call. I was somewhat worried about how difficult it would be to plan a wedding from afar, and in a different country no doubt, but Harry helped secure and communicated with all of our vendors, was so responsive and attentive throughout the months of planning, and made everything so seamless and stress free. We met with him again via Zoom before we traveled to Canada and when we finally met in person to secure our marriage license before we big day, we felt like we already knew him so well and felt so comfortable and at ease with our plans and preparation. On our wedding day Harry was the point person for everything - he delivered my bouquet, helped Tom find a quiet spot to work on his vows while I got ready, had all of the details and timing for our first look nailed down, and with his walkie-talkie in hand, led me through the hotel and facilitated the perfect elopement - it was truly beyond anything we could have imagined. Although we were married surrounded by strangers, Harry truly became a friend by the end of the day. He is also a master at evading the tourists who might be trying to take sneaky photos of you on your wedding day. Harry truly planned my wedding for me - which is exactly what I hoped for when we decided to elope and take the stress off ourselves - and every single aspect and vender that we worked with was a dream. I cannot say enough about Rocky Mountain Elopements or Harry as a coordinator - I would recommend them 100x over to exceed your vision and hopes for your dream day.

Kristin was a lifesaver throughout the wedding planning process and on the day of! When my now husband and I decided to get married in Banff while living in the States with a projected guest count of around 100 people, I knew I had to have a planner to help. Kristin came recommended by a family friend, and I definitely see why after working with her for the past 1.5 years. To start, she has great connections with multiple vendors in the Bow Valley area; every vendor we had that was on her recommended list was absolutely fabulous at their item of expertise. Following that, she is a top notch manager of those vendors to square away contracts and all the details quickly and efficiently. She always answered all of my questions accurately and succinctly which was just what this control freak bride needed. When it came to the day of, she was the key to the day going absolutely flawlessly. Her coordination with the family, the Rimrock Resort hotel staff, and the various vendors kept both of us away from the fuss to where we could just enjoy an amazing day. I highly recommend Kristin for your wedding planning and day of coordination needs!

Kristin and her team were more than we could ever have hoped for. When my wife and I first decided to get married, I thought to myself paying for a planner is not worth it I can do all of the work… it can’t be that hard. Having just had our wedding a few days ago, I look back and realize that if it wasn’t for Kristin, we wouldn’t have had our dream day be so successful.

Kristin thought of things we didn’t think of and was always willing to go the extra mile to help us realize what we wanted. I can’t quite put into words what she meant to us. I’m not sure if I was more impressed with the professionalism, the reliability, or the aesthetic output as all 3 were top notch.

She gave a great list of vendors to choose from and each and every one of them was also excellent!
