Not only was Alison our timeline and logistics guru, throughout the entire planning process, her calming presence helped us truly focus on creating a wedding that represented our love. We had the pleasure of working with Alison over the last 1.5 years as our wedding planner and day-of coordinator! Alison's eye for design and attention to detail made her invaluable throughout our wedding planning process. She took the time to understand our wedding vision and at our site visits provided us with decor and flower suggestions that perfectly aligned with what we had envisioned. Alison kept us on track and organized throughout the entire planning process. Her ability to keep a birds eye view of the many moving parts of the wedding ensured that no detail was forgotten. Our vendors commended us on Alison's organization and professionalism. During the wedding itself, Alison coordinated our flower and decor vendors for both the church ceremony and reception seamlessly. She remained in communication with our wedding party and made sure that the important parts of our day were not forgotten. We were particularly appreciative of Alison's coordination during the wedding clean-up. We would highly recommend Alison! -

We contacted Alison five weeks before our wedding, when we were in crunch time. Right off the bat, Alison impressed us with her organizational skills, excellent questions and calm demeanour. After meeting with her twice over Zoom and twice in person (including once for our rehearsal), Alison helped us craft a realistic day of timeline, contacted our vendors to ensure the wedding day unfolded smoothly and had taken the time to meet our bridal party, families, MCs and readers. Alison went above and beyond; she made sure our venue looked beautiful, she made sure the key people were in the right places at the right time and she reminded us to stay present before we walked down the aisle. If you’re looking for someone to help your wedding day go seamlessly, we couldn’t recommend Alison more highly! She’s an excellent choice! -

Alison was essential to the success of our wedding! We hired Alison six months in advance to be our day-of coordinator and she kept us on track for what the day should look like. She was absolutely indispensable. I wasn’t sure at first if I needed a day-of coordinator but let me tell you brides out there: you do. There’s so many things (big and small) that never even crossed my mind but Alison knew to make sure I thought about and made decisions for them. Her demeanor is extremely calming, and no matter how chill a bride you think you’ll be, you need that level of experience and competence in the room for your special day. There were things beyond our control that didn’t go as planned but Alison knew how to roll with it and fix it so I honestly didn’t even notice anything wasn’t going as planned. I could go on forever about how amazing Alison has been for the wedding planning process and how flawlessly our wedding was executed. Just know that she is a genuinely wonderful person and you will not regret hiring her (and possibly making a lifelong friend in the process). Thank you, Alison! - A very happy Bride. -

Alison was a dream come true. My partner and I wanted to hire someone to help us manage the chaos of our big day, but we didn't realize we'd be getting Alison's support months prior to the wedding day. Alison met with us multiple times and asked helpful questions that aided us in shaping our vision of what we wanted. Often she asked us things that we hadn't even considered. She was also instrumental in coordinating and scheduling all the moving parts of the wedding day like set up, floral and cake delivery, DJ, photographer. There wasn't a thing she missed.
All throughout the process, Alison was so patient and flexible with us and always had a smile on her face when we spoke with her. People at our wedding told us it was the most seamless wedding they had ever attended and that neither of us seemed stressed at all. Prior to the wedding, I was anxious that all the stress of the day would mean I wouldn't enjoy the celebration, but thanks to Alison, all those stresses were lifted off of our shoulders and we had a wonderful time.
We truly feel like we had a full-fledged wedding planner for the cost of a day-of coordinator and I would not hesitate to recommend Alison to anyone in my life who was getting married. Thank you so much Alison for making our day so special.
