Amazing wedding planner

Kimberley was amazing from start to finish. She is organized, experienced, detailed, has great taste as well as a great selection of vendors. Correspondence was always kind, quick and professional. There were a few items I wanted to do myself (invitations, etc.) and she was receptive, helpful and accommodating even on these items - she has a knack for knowing when to step in and when to simply guide. I could call her anytime with any issue and she always made me feel better. I barely felt any stress through the whole process knowing Kimberley was in my corner. It was important to us to spend the wedding day with our guests (as many had traveled to be there). Knowing Kimberley was behind the scenes taking care of the details & decorations was incredibly reassuring. If you're considering hiring Sandstone for your wedding planning needs, do it! Kimberley made our day, quite literally. Thank you Kimberley and Sandstone weddings!!

Fun and Personalized!

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!

Kimberley truly made our wedding extra special for us and ensured that everything was perfect.

From meeting with us a few weeks before our event to picking up items that are needed for our events to ensuring that the decor, setup, and everything ran smoothly, we really appreciate all that Kimberley did for us!!!

I (the Bride) was less anxious knowing that she was there to take care of every tiny little detail. Our wedding and reception were flawless and just the way we wanted it to be because her expertise! She was there ensuring that it was all setup properly and in a timely manner.

Kimberley will always have a special place in our hearts! We cannot thank her enough for all that she did on those two days...so thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Kimberley was amazing. She did our set-up and take-down and day of planning, but she also went so far beyond that. Kimberley was thoughtful and helped us through each step of the planning process. From coming to various meetings (including with the parents) to showing up in the morning of the wedding with a beautiful surprise basket with engraved glasses and champagne, to handling last-minute venue concerns, Kimberley made the day of our wedding stress free and wonderful. The decorations were set up beautifully and it was so nice to come in the next day and pick up our décor with no work to pull things down and off walls. Her planning advice and vendor list was great, and we highly recommend her.

Sandstone Weddings

Using Sandstone was the best decision I made other than saying yes to my soulmate. Kimberley is so attentive and great at the littlest details. She created a wedding plan for me that was so easy to work with. Every detail and special requests handled with little effort. On my wedding day I had no worries or concerns about anything but just enjoying the day. The vendors she uses were amazing. I am a very type A personality and keep lists and notes. Kimberley knew everything and made sure we stuck to budget and timelines. If I could give 10000 stars I would.

She’s just amazing.

I was so blessed to find Kimberley! She did the most amazing job! I originally hired her for her set up and take down service for my wedding reception and then hired her for her day of coordinating as well. She was always in touch with me and checking in, she set up the venue beautifully with very little input from me as the day was hectic.!she got it all done and contacted all my vendors for me. Any problem solving anything needed at all she was there doing it for me.

Extremely Helpful!

Kimberley at Sandstone Events was such a big part of our special day! She worked with us from 9 months prior to our big day, and was helpful is so many ways. She was able to recommend great vendors with good value, she assisted in important decisions, and finally, she was central in communicating with the venue and coordinating the day of. Her sense of style and decorating abilities came to life on our special day. I am so incredibly grateful for her ability to manage stress and coordinate many moving parts! It helped us relax and enjoy our special day. Thank you Kimberley!

Day of coordination

I was quite organized myself and just wanted someone to oversee the day so that my friends and family didn't need to. Kim was trustworthy and very helpful. She was constantly checking in on me throughout my planning to see if she could help (going above and beyond what was agreed upon). I'd recommend hiring Kim to anyone- my wedding was stress free and Kim played a big part in that.

Kim was excellent, she helped us every step of the way, we saved money with her referrals and our set-up was exactly what we dreamed of! She was incredible ensuring everything went smoothly on the day of! It would not have been perfect if we didn't have her assistance. She set-up the venue exactly how I pictured it and I couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you Sandstone Wedding & Special Events! Strongly recommend them!
