Our best wedding decision

As a bride, I cannot recommend Taylor and her team enough. They created the wedding of my dreams and went beyond what I wanted.

Due to unforeseen circumstances my husband and I had to reschedule our May 2022 wedding and had only 6 months to plan our Sept 2022 wedding. I was ready to settle for a subpar wedding but Taylor assured me that her and her team could deliver on the wedding of my dreams.

I am so grateful for Taylor, she truly did deliver. Everyone keeps raving about how incredible the wedding was and me and my husband can't agree more with them.

Taylor is also a joy to work with. She is kind, funny and also super direct, which means she will get you exactly what you want.

If you are looking for an incredible wedding planner, Social Calendar Events is truly the best.

Incredible to work with

Taylor and her team were so amazing throughout everything leading up to our wedding. We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding twice due to pandemic restrictions and Taylor was with us every step of the way, communicating with our vendors and doing all the stressful stuff in the background for us. She was a great sounding board for our ideas and always offered great input when we needed it. Taylor took so much of the stress away from us which allowed us to just be able to enjoy the the planning process. When the day finally came, our wedding went perfectly, and both us and our families were able to just enjoy the day knowing that Taylor and her team were taking care of everything. I would definitely recommend Taylor and the Social Calendar Events team to anyone looking to get married.

Fantastic Experience!

Taylor was incredible to work with and was on the ball from day one, pre-pandemic. We all know how challenging the 2020/2021 time frame has been, but you wouldn't know it working with Taylor - from vendors, budget, timeline, adjustments, more adjustments, and the final push towards the wedding and day-of coordination, she has stayed on top of every detail with an incredible reserve of positivity and focus. You can 100% trust Taylor to pull off your whole vision and we would highly recommend Social Calendar Events for any and all event planning.

Taylor is Amazing!

Starting to plan our wedding was overwhelming and became instantly easier when we hired Taylor. She basically planned two weddings for us: our original plan, and then our new post-COVID plan. I cannot recommend her enough! She dealt with every detail from getting initial quotes, to changing contracts, to decor. Our wedding day was stress-free and so much fun!! Everything turned out more beautiful that expected. We can't wait to use her again to plan an anniversary party after the pandemic.

Much more than Month of Coordination

We contacted the Social Calendar Events team with only a couple of months left before our wedding, and luckily they were able to accommodate us for Month of Coordination. Taylor, Kristina and Hayley did much more than just Month of Coordination. They communicated with vendors on our behalf, helped us create a detailed timeline of our events, recommended trusted vendors, supported rehearsal run-through and were the main crutch for the wedding day. Their experience shines through their professionalism, expert advice and willingness to take charge as needed. It’s for this reason that I truly feel like we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. Although it took a little convincing of my partner to hire coordinators, we would both agree it’s worth every penny and more!

Thank you Taylor, Kristina and Hayley for your organization, hard work and dedication. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and we really appreciate everything you did to make our day special.

Less stressful with your help and expertise

Thank you for keeping us sane and at ease on one of our biggest and most important days! You played the most key role by taking care of all of the details that allowed us to fully enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. I loved how you were my advisor throughout the wedding planning process and I appreciated having you to consult for guidance and feedback during a stressful time – it was definitely less stressful with your help and expertise!

Our wedding day turned out better than expected and we have all the most wonderful memories with our family and friends thanks to your help and outstanding organization and attention to detail.

Can’t recommend enough!

Taylor has been nothing but amazing! She has went above and beyond from the very beginning with planning our wedding. She is full of great ideas, so easy to work with, very efficient, genuinely cares about making sure you have the best wedding planning experience. We’ve had to postpone our wedding until 2021 and within the first day of making that decision she already had rearranged almost all of our vendors for us with no troubles at all. We haven’t spent any time waiting for her responses. I would recommend her services to everyone!

Excellent!

Taylor from Social Calendar Events was an absolute lifesaver for my wedding planning journey. I was so lost in everything and Taylor really helped guide me in every aspect leading up to the big day. She was so informative and helpful and very sincere and kind. She attended and ran my rehearsal perfectly to ensure everyone knew what to do and on the big day it was no different. She is extremely professional and she ensured that I did not have a worry in the world. Everything was absolutely perfect and thanks to Taylor I really got to focus on marrying the man of my dreams and celebrating it with all my loved ones. If you are worried about planning or running the day of please contact Taylor! You will not regret it!!! I would recommend Social Calendar Events to every single person ever.

I truly love what I do. I love meeting new people and always enjoy dreaming big and pushing the limits.

I started very young in hospitality, begging my mom to take me to work with her where I would set tables for large events at the hotel she managed. Starting in restaurant management myself, I soon moved into Hotel based catering management; where I could focus even more on events. Eventually it was time to branch off and pursue my dream of starting my own wedding and event planning company. There has always been something about weddings specifically that really piqued my interest. I can never quite put my finger on it, but I think it’s the people I get to work with. Walking couples through the planning process that have not done anything like it before is incredible and always interesting. I find every couple has something unique to add, and it always keeps me on my toes.
