In order to pull all of the details of the event together, she sets about learning her clients’ desires and needs. - Day of wedding timeline assistance and bridal party coordination
- On-site direction of ceremony (if needed), photo shoot, and reception
- Guest book, programs, favors, cake knife, toasting glasses, and/or any other ceremony or reception items
- Insight and assistance into theme development including such things as flowers, decor, and invitations
- Budget preparation and management
- Attending vendor appointments, follow up and contact with vendors on any changes in the wedding details
- Confirmation of all details regarding bookings
- Peace of mind that your special day is in trusted hands

To make your special day the one you dreamed it would be, Style & Elegance Wedding and Events offers three service packages for consultations, Wedding Day Management, and Partial & Full Wedding Planning and Coordination, each seeing to the needs of your unique event. Style & Elegance offers their consultation services for couples who are planning their wedding themselves. This service will help with theme development, budget preparation, vendor recommendations, ceremony and reception décor ideas and wedding day timeline.

The best wedding coordinator!
I’m still floating on cloud nine after our incredible wedding on August 30th, and I owe so much of that to Afzia, our wedding coordinator. If you’re searching for someone who combines impeccable organizational skills with a genuine passion for making your big day perfect, look no further—Afzia is your dream come true.
From our very first meeting, Afzia’s warmth and enthusiasm were evident.
She listened intently to our vision, offering thoughtful suggestions that only enhanced our ideas. Her attention to detail is nothing short of magical. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, and every aspect of our wedding day unfolded seamlessly.
From the moment she checked in with us in the morning, I knew the day would be taken care of. I did not feel any stress at all. She kept everyone on time and if things weren't on schedule or she felt like we didn't need to do things, she made sure to check in with us and we truly trusted her to take care of the day. She was able to check in with us 10 weeks before our wedding. She helped with the itinerary and was very responsive to emails/messages. She led our rehearsal and it was smooth, just like our wedding day.
She was able to decorate the reception space with my vision. I walked in and it was absolutely beautiful. By the end of the night, all I remember was dancing and taking a photo with Afzia before she left. My husband and I had the best wedding day and it was all thanks to Afzia!!!
In addition, she took all the behind the scenes photos and videos. When she sent me the link to look through them, it was like I was in that moment again. I am grateful for these memories since we won't be getting our photos in a couple weeks.

Best day ever!
Afzia is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had the pleasure of working closely with her in preparation for our wedding day and we could not be more thrilled with how successful and perfect our big day was. It was evident how much Afzia cared to bring our visions and dreams to life. Her role in our planning process was significant and we simply could not have pulled off a better day without her. Couldn’t survive with her!
Afzia made our wedding day a breeze! From planning ahead to set up, clean up, and communication she was an absolute rock star. I couldn’t recommend this amazing woman enough for all things wedding related.

Nothing short of amazing
We have nothing but great things to say about Afzia and Style & Elegance. As our "month-of" coordinator, Afzia kept us on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and left no stone unturned when it came to planning our big day. She has a cheerful attitude, thorough process, thoughtful ideal and very calming presence that made the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception go smoothly.
With Afzia's help, everything about our wedding just seemed to flow effortlessly. We cannot thank Afzia enough for her help and would without hesitation recommend her to any couple looking for a helping hand making their wedding day a dream come true!

Absolutely Fantastic!
We met with Afzia in the fall of 2019 to start the process of planning a wedding. We didn’t know what we were doing so we thought it would be best to leave it to the professionals. We are absolutely sure we made the right decision after three pandemic related postponements we finally got to have our day at the start of 2023; it was perfect all because of her hard work. She truly is a professional.
On the day she asked us two questions: 1) are you ready to start?, and 2) we’re a little ahead of schedule, do you want to take photos with all of the guest tables? The second questions was an on the fly idea to fill a 30-minute gap before dinner that would have otherwise been a lull. Her quick thinking gave us a memorable moment as our guest thought up themes and made funny faces for the photos.
We had a fantastic day together where we could focus on each other because we knew that she was on top of things. She had detailed plans and acted as a hub for all of our vendors to connect. She was able to help us to understand the contracts we were signing with our vendors and helped us to find reputable ones that reflected our wedding style.

SO grateful for Afzia!
Afzia was our month of coordinator and she did an amazing job! She is so organized and super friendly. The day of there were a few hiccups, but Afzia helped make them right and made sure everything was perfect! Afzia was so great to work with and she made our vision come to life! Working with Afzia really helped with the stress and organization of the whole wedding. It would not have been as perfect as it was without Afzia.

Simply, the best.
Afzia is a complete ray of sunshine. She saved us when we were left without a planner 50 days before our wedding, during a pandemic, while we also had a lot of personal things going on. Afzia also had some things happening in her life, but not once did she drop the ball - she was on top of everything from the moment we met right through to the end of our wedding day. She was kind, respectful of everyone, and so so organized. Her attention to the small details made our vision come together better than we could have imagined. As a type A personality I don't love giving control, but she made me feel so at ease. I am usually stressed for timing or details at other people's weddings, but her timeline gave us time to breathe and enjoy every moment. We could not recommend her more!! Thank you for being apart of our day!

Overjoyed with Afzia
From the initial meeting with Afzia, we were thoroughly impressed with her level of organization and attention to detail. Even though we were not 100% certain at that point how our colour scheme and theme would be, from what we described to her, she depicted a true reflection of exactly what we wanted - with colour swatches to match! Having her took much of last-minute detail stress that would have taken us away from our wedding day. She kept us on track with timelines and vendors, and ensured everyone was contractually signed for their services. Anyone that was involved with the rehearsal dinner or required delivery was scheduled in her work-back schedule and notified accordingly. We highly recommend Afzia! On the day of our wedding she knew exactly where everyone was, including us, at all times of the day. Not a moment passed where her attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Afzia, for making our day memorable, and for taking such good care of us!.

Really helped to have an extra set of hands!
We had our wedding on private property so we didn't have the usual staff help for set up, having Afzia there to help take care of all the set up the day of so we could just focus on getting married was amazing. I don't know how we would have done it without her that day!
