Exceptional Wedding Planner – Cynthia Made Our Day Perfect!
Cynthia was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, she impressed us with her professionalism and attention to detail. On calls with vendors, she asked all the important questions we never would have thought to ask, ensuring that everything was perfectly in place. Cynthia also did thorough research and provided us with a shortlist of vendors, all of whom exceeded our expectations.
There were several items I either forgot about or didn’t think we needed, but Cynthia had everything covered. She anticipated our needs and handled every detail, big or small, with incredible foresight.
I can't even imagine what it would have been like without Cynthia and her amazing team. Thanks to her, we were able to truly enjoy the process of getting ready and spend quality time with our family and friends. The entire day was just perfect, and we owe so much of that to Cynthia. If you're looking for a wedding planner who will make your special day stress-free and unforgettable, I highly recommend Cynthia!

Honestly couldn't envision planning our wedding without Cynthia and her AMAZING team at Sueños Wedding & Events. From the initial planning phases to her seamless coordination on the big day, Cynthia held a level of professionalism that truly goes unmatched!
The planning process would have been a daunting task without her expert touch. From timeline considerations to budget management and invaluable vendor recommendations. Cynthia made everything easy!
On the day of the wedding, both she and her team arrived prepared, assisting with everything from setting up the ceremony and reception to the smaller details like fixing boutonnieres on the groomsmen haha! Cynthia's positive, caring, and organized approach to every detail gave us peace of mind, allowing us to really enjoy our special day!
Take my advice and treat yourself by entrusting your special day to the Sueños Wedding & Events team – a decision we HIGHLY recommend! :) -

Honestly, If I could vote 10 stars I would. My wife and I got married October 20th 2023 and Cynthia and the Sueños team were absolutely incredible coordinating our wedding. I am a wedding vendor myself so I know the value of a good wedding planner and what to look for in an planner and she was the perfect person. She had the perfect balance of staying on top of things while being easy going and respectful to her vendors which is key for a smooth event. I didn’t get excited for our wedding until we had our first meeting. Would definitely recommend!! -

Cynthia and her team were beyond what we expected for our special day at the Harding Estate in Mississauga. Prior to the event, she was extremely helpful & responsive , helped organize our rehearsal and helped transport all of our items the day of the wedding so we didn't have to worry about it. On the day of, Cynthia seamlessly (at least as far as we knew) transitioned to our rain plan at the last minute. The Plan B turned out just as beautiful as Plan A thanks to Cynthia's help. We found her pricing to be very reasonable & fair. Thank you Cynthia! -

10/10 experience with Cynthia! I cannot count how many guests approached me to tell me that my planner was amazing and on-the-ball. Our wedding went off without a hitch. We had an early morning brunch wedding, with a quick and tight timeline (10:30 AM - 3:00 PM), and Cynthia made sure everything went smoothly. She also was amazing leading up to the wedding and really helped reduce our stress levels, going through our timeline, sending a to do list, and being available at all times for questions we had. I would recommend her to EVERYONE as you will not regret it. -

Cynthia and her team were excellent! Our day would not have been as smooth and seamless without them. We had such good feedback from our guests about how great everything was and a lot of that is because of Cynthia and her team. She was responsive from the start and gave us great tips which we appreciated such as timing of photos and different parts of our itinerary. Definitely highly recommend!
