Swoon Events gave us our DREAM wedding!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Alana and Swoon Events! From the moment we met, we connected right away—she is so personable, professional, and truly a joy to work with. Alana was transparent, considerate of our budget, and brought in incredible vendors thanks to her strong industry connections.

Our wedding day was flawless. If there were any issues, we certainly didn’t know about them! We received endless compliments on the seamless flow of the evening and the overall vibe, and the room turned out even more beautiful than we ever imagined.

If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Alana in a heartbeat. Hopefully, she’ll plan our future children’s simchas because we absolutely loved working with her! Highly, highly recommend!

She seamlessly handled everything over six months, making the process not only stress-free but genuinely enjoyable. Her communication was flawless. Alana also has an incredible eye for design. She took my endless Pinterest boards and scattered ideas and somehow transformed them into a vision that was cohesive, elegant, and uniquely us. Every detail was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.

But what truly sets Alana apart is who she is. She's not just a wedding planner, but also a best friend, therapist, and calm presence all rolled into one. No matter how hectic things got, she remained poised, pleasant, and always had a solution at the ready. Our vendors couldn’t stop raving about her timeline management and communication. Several even said she was one of the best planners they had ever worked with!

As a self-proclaimed Type A personality, I interviewed way too many wedding planners before making my decision, and Alana stood head and shoulders above the rest. Her experience, skills, glowing reviews, and professionalism were unmatched, and she exceeded every expectation we had.

Choosing Alana and Swoon Events was the single best decision we made in the entire planning process. If you want a wedding that is both beautiful and expertly executed then run, don’t walk, to book Alana!

The best!!!

We had the absolute best experience working with Swoon for our wedding! Alana is so knowledgable and experienced, and possibly the most organized person we've ever met. She had an answer to any and every question we threw her way, and did an amazing job coordinating with all our vendors, wedding party, family, etc. She also made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day - she's so warm and friendly, and also thought of literally everything we could have possibly needed, so we could just enjoy our day without any stress. Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and can't recommend Alana and Swoon enough!!

Planning our wedding with Alana and her team at Swoon Events was the best decision we ever could have made. We decided to go with the full wedding planning & design package, as we wanted to work with Alana from beginning to end. I could not have imagined doing it any other way, as she made it such a fun experience and took away a ton of stress that comes with wedding planning.

From the very beginning, Alana’s positivity, industry knowledge and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. We had an initial meeting to discuss our vision for how we wanted our day to look and feel like, and Alana was able to design a beautiful décor scheme and create our idyllic atmosphere.

Soon after, she was able to recommend vendors, and guided us based on our budget and who she believed we would enjoy working with the most. Once we started meeting with vendors, Alana always supported us and advocated for what we wanted. We appreciated how she prioritized our opinions, reassured us and always checked in before making any final decisions.

Thanks to Alana’s planning and timelines, our wedding day was coordinated and executed perfectly. All of our family and friends continue to praise how wonderful our wedding planner must have been. I felt very relaxed and confident throughout the entire day, as Alana never left my side throughout the ceremony and photos while her team worked diligently to prepare our beautiful reception venue.

We are so grateful to Alana for helping make our wedding day the best day of our lives. She truly cared about the smallest detail and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were happy and comfortable. We can say with certainty that not only did we have a fantastic wedding planner, but a wonderful friend as well.

We came to Alana for full service wedding planning and boy did she deliver. Not sure where we would be without her masterful planning skills and collaboration (probably in tears and divorced). Due to the pandemic, Alana calmly rescheduled our wedding multiple times, worked with all the vendors, and kept us organized along the way. Did we mention this was no ordinary wedding. Alana was amazing to work with. She is a very positive person and is fun to be around, very organized, responsive and flexible. Alana was creative, worked with great vendors and really made our day extra special. We loved working with Alana and would recommend her!

We hired Alana to plan our wedding from the very beginning. We didn’t realize the level of detail, thought, and energy that goes into pulling off an event of this scale, but as we went through the process we realized that hiring Alana was perhaps one of the best decisions of our lives.

Seamless, great value and a pleasure to work with

Alana is incredible - guided us through the whole process, handled the vendors effectively, and was so patient with us rescheduling due to Covid. The rescheduling meant she couldn't end up being with us on the day but her team was exceptional, and it was a seamless handover. 10/10 would recommend!
