The best!!!

We had the absolute best experience working with Swoon for our wedding! Alana is so knowledgable and experienced, and possibly the most organized person we've ever met. She had an answer to any and every question we threw her way, and did an amazing job coordinating with all our vendors, wedding party, family, etc. She also made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day - she's so warm and friendly, and also thought of literally everything we could have possibly needed, so we could just enjoy our day without any stress. Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and can't recommend Alana and Swoon enough!!

The best wedding planner!

Alana is the best wedding planner a girl could ask for. From her calming and warm personality, to her professionalism and attention to detail, she proved that she was the best decision I made when it came to my wedding.

I never felt stressed, she took care of every detail and gave me an agenda that any type A girl would die for. Everything went so smoothly and her team was with my every step of the way. Thank you Alana (and team) for helping me pull off the wedding of my dreams!

Truly grateful for Swoon Events. We absolutely love Alana!!

Planning our wedding with Alana and her team at Swoon Events was the best decision we ever could have made. We decided to go with the full wedding planning & design package, as we wanted to work with Alana from beginning to end. I could not have imagined doing it any other way, as she made it such a fun experience and took away a ton of stress that comes with wedding planning.

From the very beginning, Alana’s positivity, industry knowledge and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. We had an initial meeting to discuss our vision for how we wanted our day to look and feel like, and Alana was able to design a beautiful décor scheme and create our idyllic atmosphere.

Soon after, she was able to recommend vendors, and guided us based on our budget and who she believed we would enjoy working with the most. Once we started meeting with vendors, Alana always supported us and advocated for what we wanted. We appreciated how she prioritized our opinions, reassured us and always checked in before making any final decisions.

Thanks to Alana’s planning and timelines, our wedding day was coordinated and executed perfectly. All of our family and friends continue to praise how wonderful our wedding planner must have been. I felt very relaxed and confident throughout the entire day, as Alana never left my side throughout the ceremony and photos while her team worked diligently to prepare our beautiful reception venue.

We are so grateful to Alana for helping make our wedding day the best day of our lives. She truly cared about the smallest detail and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were happy and comfortable. Say "I Do" to Alana Swoon Events!

We came to Alana for full service wedding planning and boy did she deliver. Not sure where we would be without her masterful planning skills and collaboration (probably in tears and divorced). Due to the pandemic, Alana calmly rescheduled our wedding multiple times, worked with all the vendors, and kept us organized along the way. Did we mention this was no ordinary wedding. Together, we came up with memorable experiences that would make it one-of-a-kind. "Do you know someone who can design a custom train for the groom?" “What about a Marie Antoinette-inspired strolling table to serve guests champagne?” “What about ballerinas to carry our baby down the aisle?” “What about stunt doubles who dressed exactly like us to perform our first dance?” The answer was always yes. We got our dream wedding thanks to our DREAM planner and her team. And we really wouldn’t change a thing.

Very positive!

Alana was amazing to work with. She is a very positive person and is fun to be around, very organized, responsive and flexible. Alana was creative, worked with great vendors and really made our day extra special. We loved working with Alana and would recommend her!

Incredible Wedding by Swoon Events

We hired Alana to plan our wedding from the very beginning. We didn’t realize the level of detail, thought, and energy that goes into pulling off an event of this scale, but as we went through the process we realized that hiring Alana was perhaps one of the best decisions of our lives.

She was instrumental in virtually every decision along the way: choosing a vendor, music, food, photographer, videographer, decor, florist, everything. She helped with advice and negotiation on vendor contracts, and her wealth of experience ensured that we made knowledgeable and informed decisions on all wedding details. She was organized, punctual, responsive, and her team did everything they could and more to make sure our big day went smoothly. Through all of this, Alana was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

Our friends and family raved about the wedding for months afterward, and for us it was truly a magical day that we will remember fondly for the rest of our lives.

Seamless, great value and a pleasure to work with

Alana is incredible - guided us through the whole process, handled the vendors effectively, and was so patient with us rescheduling due to Covid. The rescheduling meant she couldn't end up being with us on the day but her team was exceptional, and it was a seamless handover. 10/10 would recommend!

As someone who has a lot of personal experience planning and organizing many large scale events, there is no one else I would trust more to manage my own weeding than Swoon Events.

Planning a wedding is hard. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic with over 500 guests is impossible. But Alana and her team made the entire process a seamless experience. Her expertise, calm demeanour and guidance allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams.

As someone who has a lot of personal experience planning and organizing many large scale events, there is no one else I would trust more to manage my own weeding than Swoon Events.

Just Do It

Alana was THE best decision we made for our wedding in the midst of a million little decisions. She is so uplifting and supportive, while trying to keep you on track. We found her list of vendors so welcomed, especially when we found that we had so many decisions to make with the whole internet at our fingertips. We were overwhelmed, and Alana helped us out big time. We never felt stressed or anxious because we always had Alana in our corner. Thank you for all you did for us, and all you continue to do for other couples. If we had to do it all over again, you would be our first call.

Alana and her team at Swoon Events did an exceptional job with my wedding. I had hired her 2 years in advance after interviewing numerous other planners and her and I clicked instantly. She was ALWAYS there every step of the planning process, was always responsive and always knew how to calm me down!! And for the actual wedding day, her and her team worked MAGIC - there was numerous power outages due to tornados and severe storms and her team took charge to ensure my day went as smoothly as possible. Along with the banquet hall, her team stepped up and made sure, even though on a power generator, that all my vendors were able to give us exactly what we wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better team. And now Alana and I are friends, and I can't wait to see what other amazing events she plans for the future!
