Attention to every single details no matter how big or small which makes a difference

This company has 2 listings here on Wedding Wire. Please be careful if you choose to work with Raina and her company. Pros: Centerpieces and Flowers were beautiful and exactly what I ordered. Raina was responsive and worked within my budget. Please remember you get what you pay for!!
Cons: Our ceremony decor was unacceptable, poor and what we ordered and payed for what not close to what was provided. Things that went wrong:
Ceremony Arch- We received a different Arch, the flowers attached with green painters tape and taped and pink and green pool noodles all which were visible. We couldn't use this
Isle Runner- Was a felt Mover's floor runner taped with masking tape to the floor. We also couldn't use tis.
Candleabre- Was covered in dust with 3 lights broken (wires were chewed/disconnected) We were able to get an electrician from our venue to repair this.
No Flowers- Flowers were to line the Isle and be attached the chairs. No flowers at all were provided, when I asked Raina about where the flowers were, she said they looked cheap and she choose not to use them **The flowers were Raina's?!
Thank you Tags- I had requested the The You Tags I week prior to our wedding so I could whole punch and attached to our wedding favours. Raina advised me she would whole punch and bring to the venue. She didn't whole punch so I was unable to attached to our favours and they had to be placed on our guests plates.

Raina, I think you have potential, your Centre Pieces are beautiful, the flowers used on Centre Pieces and head table were also beautiful, your pricing was far lower than other Décor companies....but if you can't deliver the experience and décor in your contract, don't sell it!

I wrote this review to warn potential future clients of the pros and cons.

I was looking to book and Raina never got back to me and sent me a rude email stating that I took too long to sign the contract when in reality I was waiting for her to send the contract and never received it, and she simple bailed and booked another couple without even giving me a heads up. Really unprofessional, I do not suggest.

We are SO glad we went with The Day Events for our week of coordination!!! Rania is simply AMAZING. We felt like we had a friend looking out for us during the final stretch before the big day. She kept us at ease and made sure we weren’t feeling any stress going into the last week. She was always quick to respond, flexible, and so professional. She is so knowledgeable in the event planning field and we felt so relieved knowing she was overlooking everything. We trusted her so much! She stayed on top of all our vendors and made sure our big day went even better than we had imagined. We highly recommend The Day Events and especially Rania!

Our wedding day was going perfectly until the officiant fainted right before the ceremony! 😱 We were in a panic, but our amazing planner, [Rania, The Day Events ], jumped into action. Within minutes, she found a backup officiant and kept everything running smoothly. Her quick thinking and professionalism turned a potential disaster into a beautiful memory. We can't thank her enough! 💕
