  A seamless experience with The Event Design Co.!

  The Event Design Co. was such a pleasure to work with! After a bit of a medical emergency with our original planner, Kassidy jumped in and ensured it was a seamless transition, taking over perfecting the timeline and corresponding with our many, many vendors. The entire time leading up to our wedding, Kassidy was always quick to respond to our questions, concerns, and made sure that all the kinks were ironed out before the big day. Kassidy and Alyssa both ended up coordinating our big day and dealt with our venue and vendors with an unmatched level of professionalism and grace. We appreciate the little things, making sure we had one of our signature drinks while we were busy taking family portraits and getting us out for sunset pictures in the middle of such a crazy night, to name a few. We can't thank Kassidy and Alyssa enough for making our wedding dreams come true :)

  Best wedding planner to hire to have a stress free wedding!

  We had an amazing experience with The Event Design Co. and Kassidy helped our dream wedding come true. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth during our first look, ceremony and reception that occurred in three different venues. She listened to our needs and provided great suggestions during wedding rehearsal and during our phone calls to ensure that we have a stress free wedding.
  
  We are so happy we chose Kassidy and The Event Design Co. as our wedding planner and would highly recommend The Event Design Co. for anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

  Could not have done it without them

  We hired Event Design Co a year out from our wedding date. Our planners were Katie, Rachael, and Alyssa. I cannot say enough nice things about all of them. They were with us every step of the way, incredibly responsive, and pulled off everything I could have imagined. They all but eliminated my wedding stress because they were on top of every detail. I highly recommend The Event Design Co; they are worth every penny.

  Rachael made our wedding day perfect!

  I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with The Event Design Co. Working with Rachael for the month-of coordination service took away so much stress leading up to the wedding and allowed me to truly relax and enjoy the day knowing she had all the details under control. Both she and Katie were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help make our wedding perfect. When we had a challenge with our tent delivery two days before the wedding, Rachael leapt into action and coordinated with multiple vendors to figure out a perfect plan B. Overnight, she created a new floor plan that was even better than the original! We had an absolutely perfect wedding day and a lot of credit goes for that goes to Rachael. I would recommend The Event Design Co. to anyone without hesitation.

  We had the pleasure of working with Samantha. While I was hesitant on even needing a day-of-coordinator, I am SO thankful we reached out to The Event Design Co. Samantha was the best addition to our day. She took care of everything I couldn’t handle alone and went above and beyond, always. From our photographer quitting a month before the wedding to red wine being spilled on my dress, Samantha solved both with ease. An hour after I emailed her about the photographer (in true panic) she had sent me three options of people she recommended and were available on our day. When someone spilled red wine on me moments into cocktail hour, like magic, Samantha and club soda made it disappear. I’m so thankful for their hard work! I cannot recommend them enough!

  Katie was so helpful in planning our wedding in August. Prior to our wedding day, she was so supportive and responsive. She helped us organize details of our wedding that I wouldn't have even thought of as a bride but were so critical in making the day run smoothly. It helped reduce so much stress leading up to the wedding and I'm so happy we had Katie onboard and Rachael to help on the day of!

  Katie and team will bring your dream wedding to life!

  The BEST wedding coordinator you could ask for!! We booked Katie as a “Month-Of Coordinator” based off of a friend’s recommendation a few months after we got engaged. From the start, she was very punctual, professional and detail oriented. We loved her energy and calm demeanour (especially given how hectic wedding planning can be!).
  
  However, booking March 2020 as our original date, things didn’t go as planned. We were unfortunately one of the couples who had to cancel days out ahead of the first lockdown of the pandemic. It was a stressful experience, but Katie was truly an amazing partner to work with. She was there every step of the way - having challenging conversations with vendors and managing our expectations during that initial heartbreak. She was flexible, accommodating and very empathetic to everything we were feeling, we truly don’t know how we would have handled all of the chaos of cancelling and rescheduling the day without her help and support.
  
  Between multiple date changes, changing restrictions and our overall frustration with replanning, Katie continued to keep us updated on wedding protocols and answered every single email/call with patience and understanding. Her suggestions and advice made us excited to replan for what felt like a time of too much uncertainty. When we finally got to get married, Katie and her team made sure it was perfect. They brought every single idea and detail to life in creating the wedding celebration of our dreams - immediately allowing us to forget all of the stress of the past 18 months! Throughout a very busy day where it’s easy to lose track of time, she kept us on schedule but did so in the calmest way possible. We were able to enjoy the evening completely carefree as we had absolute confidence in her. She also assisted with set up and tear down of our DIY projects, which made things much easier for us. On top of everything, her pricing was very reasonable and she goes above and beyond for every single couple.
  
  A few friends have since booked Katie and shared the same sentiments. We would HIGHLY recommend Katie to anyone who wants their dream wedding to come to life, we cannot emphasize it enough!!

  Made the day seamless!

  I can't thank Katie and her team enough for coordinating our wedding. We hired her for month-of-coordination, but she was truly helpful throughout the entire planning process, including postponement and rescheduling due to covid. Everything was set up at the venue perfectly, and we didn't have to worry about the schedule or timing of anything because we knew it was all being taken care of behind the scenes.   Wow.. we are just so speechless with the level of professionalism and personalized care that Katie gave us during the planning process. From the start Katie was on our side, walking us through the daunting process of planning through COVID. Katie cares so much about making your day special. If you’re even reading this review you’re contemplating hiring a planner, and I will give you this advice: DO IT!!! It is worth the extra sleep you get at night, the lowered anxiety, and the enjoyment in the process. You need Katie in your life.
