Morgan and her team came to us unexpectedly through a friend's recommendation, and I thank the universe for that because she was the reason our wedding was so, so perfect. We couldn't say enough good things about Wednesday Wedding Co, but we'll highlight a few:

She is SO organized and knows the wedding world inside and out. Her checklist kept us well on track and her vendor recommendations were massive time savers. Although we hired her for month-of, she checked in with us regularly and was super responsive to any question we had throughout the whole process.

I felt so at peace on the day because she just knows exactly how to execute a wedding. In hindsight, the chaos that happened in the week leading up to our wedding and on the day of with various vendors would've derailed us and the event, but we didn't even know most of it happened until after the day -- it flowed so smoothly because she and her team picked up a LOT of slack without batting an eye. I'm the kind of bride who would've worried about all the small things, but she had already considered and solved everything, down to the colour-coordinated pen we signed our marriage license with, which was a detail I didn't even think to plan! Hearing everything that her team managed in the month and day of, I cannot stress enough that it would've been an overwhelmingly busy and stressful experience without her. She gave us the gift of REALLY enjoying our wedding and being totally present, which is priceless.

The design was STUNNING. I had multiple guests say it was the best and most beautiful wedding they'd been to, but most importantly, the team took our story into deep consideration to pull out personalized elements that reflected us and our history. It was a intentional design that looked so. damn. good. People always say the guests won't remember what was on the tables, but everyone was just raving about the design all night, so I beg to differ. I was in disbelief that our own wedding could be so gorgeous, and that's all Taryn and Morgan!

When the taxis failed to loop back to the venue at the end of the night, Morgan personally drove my out of town friends back to their hotel. I can't even express how thankful I am that she would make a long round trip with people she didn't know, who weren't familiar with the area, in her own car. She's just a gem.

TL;DR, hire her and her team. It was one of the best decisions we could have made and there was no other coordinator we considered who could hold a candle to her prowess, know-how, determination, organization, and genuine warmth.

Morgan and her assistant were absolutely amazing. From the first meeting with Morgan, we felt well taken care of. Leading up to the wedding, Morgan was super responsive and helpful with all our questions and concerns. The day of, she was cool, calm, and collected. Our family and friends loved her and thought she was the sweetest. We couldn’t have done the wedding without her!

Hiring Morgan was the best decision we made during our wedding planning. I literally cannot imagine having done it without her. I genuinely think that Morgan is the #1 most important piece at any wedding because if you've never been married before, you're planning blindly. Having Morgan means you have someone who knows exactly what they're doing and how things should be, and having her in your corner is like having a book of wedding cheats. We picked the Novelette package which is month-of planning and it was so valuable. We initially booked her pre-covid and she was our life raft in a storm while we postponed, and postponed again, stressed, and cried over the pandemic making everything so uncertain, especially with out-of-town guests, ever-changing provincial restrictions, etc. Morgan was always level headed, kind, calm, and knew exactly what she was doing, and kept us from spiraling into many a panic attack. She really went above and beyond in helping us navigate the pandemic - much more than her contract outlined, and we were so grateful. Other than handling the pandemic like the professional she is, she thought of all the small details that a couple would never think of preparing for - but these details made a massive difference in how smoothly the wedding ran. We actually received many compliments from guests on how seamlessly everything flowed. Morgan arrived at our venue early on the day of to take control of all the vendors and stayed till the very end. She handled logistics deftly, was quick to respond to any communication, and gave us so many invaluable tips and recommendations. If I could turn back time, I'd actually have hired Morgan's full package instead of just the month-of coordination. I promise you she is worth it. Your guests will be impressed, and your stress will be significantly reduced, allowing you to just enjoy the party knowing it's all taken care of.

I booked the "1 month planner package", and it was exactly what I needed as I finished school. Morgan was extremely helpful, friendly and supportive along the way, and allowed me to ask questions throughout the year that I was planning. She was very prompt, knowledgeable, and concise in her responses. This was not her first rodeo, and she sure knew how to handle situations that arose. I had absolutely no idea there were any issues on my wedding day; she informed me after the fact.
I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Morgan, except that you should hire her :)

Highly recommend Morgan and Vine Events!! We started working with Morgan before the pandemic and she was very helpful and supportive as we changed the date and whole set up for the wedding which ended up being a smaller event at a private property. We signed on for the month of coordination, and Morgan was superb in making sure that we had everything set in place and ready for the day. She gave great advice during the planning, and quickly responded to any rental missteps on our part, like ordering and driving to pick up extra dance flooring, and made sure that nothing was missed in the lead-up to the main event. On the day I don't know how she and her assistant did it. They set up everything perfectly on a hot day, managing everything and keeping us and our family on time. Her eye for detail meant that the overall design was fantastic (table layout, decor etc) and it felt like she really understood our 'vision' for the day. She elevated our backyard wedding to be both polished yet cozy. For any couples who are waffling on whether you need a coordinator for a smaller (40 ppl) event at a private property, the answer is YES and FOR SURE choose Morgan. There are so many little details to the day you don't realize, and due to Morgan's skills and hard work, we and our friends and family could simply enjoy the day and not worry about anything. We could not have been happier with our decision to hire Morgan as our wedding planner. Getting married in 2020 was a rollercoaster made tolerable by Morgan's professionalism, responsiveness, creativity, grace, and determination. Morgan had already helped us book our 130 person dream wedding in Whistler when COVID struck in March. As we considered what to do under these strange circumstances (what were our options!?!?) Morgan remained calm, clearly communicated our options, and was doggedly determined as she sorted out a new, COVID-viable wedding plan for us. With professional experience as a florist and catering manager, Morgan knows these aspects of her business inside and out. She's got a great eye for design and aesthetics. She helped us understand where to spend and where to save, and was game to work within our budget with really awesome results. We can not recommend her enough. Morgan pulled off a wedding for us in 2020 that was not only save and observant of COVID protocols, but that was as beautiful and well-executed as we could have dreamed under any circumstances. Morgan is exceptional and I, honestly, don't know what we would have done without her. She immediately reached out to us when COVID required a change of plans, kept us up to date with all relevant changes and helped us reenvision our day. Day of, she effortlessly moved throughout the event handling every concern or question that came up. Our parents and guests even commented on how incredible she was. From the moment we sat down with Morgan at our consultation, we knew she was the perfect fit for us. She made us feel so comfortable, let us ask as many questions as we needed and pointed things out that we had never even thought about without making us feel ignorant. Even though she was technically only our month of coordinator, she gave us advice throughout the whole planning process about vendors, budgeting and more. She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was stress-free and reflective of who we are as a couple. On the actual day of the wedding, she was our hero. Morgan is the best decision and investment we made during our wedding planning. Not only does she have an amazing eye and understood the look and feel of what we were going for from the very beginning, she was also so prepared and organized and helped us plan our Calgary wedding all the way from Vancouver. My hubby and I were married at a remote location outside Calgary and getting all the vendors and guests organized was not an easy feat. She made everything look and feel easy and any hiccup that happened we had no idea about. We wouldn't have been able to tie the knot without her!
