    Regine is a must-have for a destination wedding!

    My husband and I hired Regine for Day of Coordination for our destination wedding, and I can't thank her enough for making our wedding so magical. Most of our communication prior to the wedding was via text or email because I live in Ontario, and Regine lives in BC. Regine's professionalism is unbeatable. She responded to my messages and emails in a timely manner and made me feel at ease leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, Regine ensured all our vendors completed their duties, such as, floral arrangements and catering. Regine went above and beyond and even delivered food to my wedding party and myself to ensure I had something to eat. Regine's inspection to every detail and minute of the wedding is what impressed me the most. I knew I could trust Regine on the day of our wedding, and by doing so I was able to have a stress free wedding day. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy ourselves knowing Regine was on top of everything.

    TLDR: If you're thinking of hiring Regine - DO IT. And if you're thinking of having a destination wedding and need help organizing it? - SHE'S YOUR GAL.

    Great Decision

    Our wedding day itself was such an enjoyable, low stress day thanks to Regine and her team helping us set up and coordinate the day. We originally met up with Regine in hopes to give us guidance on what to plan for our wedding (we knew nothing then - we were the first in our families and friend circle to marry). Regine supplied us with her guidebook as well as her knowledge in the industry so we could make the proper arrangements. When it was time to finalize details, we met Regine again and she was able to see holes in our own planning and helped us figure it out. She was able to take what we had envisioned and implement our plans for our wedding day. Her communication with the other vendors and family helpers was excellent and was essential for things to go smoothly. She was able to take my drawings/“demo” décor set ups and recreate it wonderfully for the actual day. If there were any hiccups, Regine thought on her feet to fix things without our knowing. Since we did not have to worry about details, my husband and I were able to have fun and focus on our guests and each other. We do not regret one bit hiring Three Cheers Events for their month of coordination and set up services!

    "Let's ask Regine"

    Our advice to any couple getting married would be to hire a Day of Coordinator. More specifically, HIRE REGINE!! Regine is a timeline magician who was able to handle any and all timeline changes, even up to the day before the wedding!! Her ability to stay so relaxed and to keep us (especially the bride) so calm, cool and collected was a feat we didn't think was possible. The moment she started to take over 6 weeks before the wedding was life changing for us, as we were so overwhelmed with trying to plan a wedding on our own before then. We had a full day of wedding festivities that required travelling to 3 different locations. Regine made all these transitions so smooth, even when we were running schedule, she did not make it seem like a big deal and at the end of the night, everything happened without a hitch. Before the wedding, she was so patient and kind with all our questions and changes and never missed a beat in helping us with anything we needed. Hopefully we don't ever have to plan a wedding again...but if we did, we would hire Regine again in a heartbeat!

    Best Decision We Made

    We were hesitant to hire a DOC, but I'm so glad we did! Regine was so easy to work with. Not only was she supremely organized, but she was also super friendly and professional. We did all of our planning remotely and it was very smooth. We ended up not having to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding, which was exactly what we wanted.

    The best Day-Of Coordinator we could have asked for!

    We hired Regine as the day-of coordinator for our reception and she did an outstanding job. Her organization, communication, and overall professionalism kept all of our vendors happy. She was easy to work with and great at keeping tabs on us during our busy week leading up to the event! If there were issues, we don't know about them because that's how seamless Regine's work is.

    We couldn't recommend more highly!

    Best Decision I Made was Hiring Three Cheers Events!

    The best decision we made when planning our wedding which happened this August was getting a coordinator! Regine and her team were a blessing during the weeks leading up to the big day and especially on the wedding day. She helped organize all of our vendors and kept everything on track (while we were going nuts with our own last minute changes and details!).

    Our ceremony and reception were held at 2 different venues, and our reception had a guest count of 320, so we definitely needed the help! On the wedding day, Regine took care of everything from the setup to the schedule, keeping us updated throughout the day. Instead of worrying and stressing about the details, my husband and I were able to be present, to soak up all the amazing moments with our friends and family, and I couldn't be happier! I recommend booking Regine and Three Cheers Events for anyone planning their wedding. You'll be happy you did 😊

    Sept 2018 - perfect!

    Thank you to Regine and her team for doing such a fantastic job on our wedding back in September. She was friendly, professional, well-organized and thought of every little detail for us. The day went perfectly with her help and we couldn’t be happier!

    My wife and I wanted to do a lot of DIY decors and Regine completely understood our vision and helped us set up wonderfully. She continuously made sure everything went smoothly and we are so thankful for her. We would definitely recommend her to all our family and friends :) Thanks again Regine!

    Made Our Wedding

    Regine was so well prepared and amazing! We were constantly impressed with her pre-wedding thoroughness and her wedding day initiative and independence. I started calling her the human swiss army knife. It seemed everything we needed was in her possession just steps away. Each time we thought it best to ask someone to do something Regine and her team were on it.

    It's definitely the best value we spent on our wedding day. Thank you sooooo much Regine!

    I actually never planned to hire a wedding coordinator thinking that I could do everything myself. But obviously that didn’t pan out! Planning a wedding from another city proves harder than it seems! Regine was extraordinary in helping me plan a wedding from out of town. She got in touch with all the vendors and was the liaison for me for all of them. Then on the day of the wedding she was my day of coordinator as well and wow, her decor setup skills are top-notch and everyone couldn’t stop commenting how gorgeous the venue looked! My mom couldn’t even stop raving about the decor and how beautiful everything was. It calmed my nerves on the wedding day knowing everything was taken care of in regards to all my vendors and setup/takedown. Seriously could not have done it without Regine and her crazy organizational skills! Trust me it will be the best decision of your life hiring her!

    Regine, we can't thank you enough. Not only did you help us make our special day go by smoothly, you were able to keep us calm throughout the entire process. Your ability to keep on top of things and to keep all the necessary tasks organized was much appreciated. Not only were you professional with your clients, you treated us like friends.
