Hire tracey!

I don't even know where to start in describing our truly amazing experience with Tracey. I first met Tracey about 6 years ago as she became a client of mine. Our social media started following her social media. Seeing her stories of her weddings, I always thought "if I ever get married, I'm going to hire Tracey as our wedding planner". Well, 1 1/2 years later I met my now husband and a year later, we got engaged and of course, I reached out to Tracey - one of the best decisions I've ever made!

We were supposed to get married in July 2020 but then COVID happened. We changed our wedding date SIX TIMES (seriously! LOL) and through all those changes, Tracey was so supportive and truly cared.

We ended up having a very small ceremony at the St. Regis Hotel in Nov 2020 which Tracey graciously helped to plan. It really was a gorgeous day thanks to her :)

We finally got to have the big wedding and celebration we had initially planned a week ago and Tracey outdid herself! It was the most perfect day, thanks to her. Her attention to detail is impeccable and I can't even believe how well she interpreted my "vision". Tracey is also a truly genuine, kind and caring person and just so incredibly supportive!

My first piece of advice to a future bride is to hire a wedding planner and the second is to hire Tracey to fill that role! Much love to Tracey :). My husband and I are two REALLY busy people with our careers and could never have arranged what Tracey did on our own. As my husband very eloquently said the day after our wedding "Our wedding really would have sucked if it wasn't for Tracey" LOL

Look no further!

Wow.. Where do I begin?? Tracey was an absolute dream to work with! We couldn't have asked for a better person to help plan our big day. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm and workmanship exceeded any possible expectations. Through COVID, Tracey seamlessly rescheduled our wedding 4 TIMES! She alleviated all the stress of covid restrictions and always stayed positive. You can really see that she loves what she does and has an amazing team (shoot out to Maddie + Caroline)! It is impossible to summarize how thankful we are into one post. Tracey is truly one in a million! ❤

Professional, Organized, Supportive & overall Amazing!

Wedding planning can be stressful, and then throw a pandemic in the mix, a little (very) crazy! We truly could not have celebrated our perfect day without Tracey! Every single detail was thoroughly thought out and executed beautifully. Tracey's bubbly personality and passion for what she does can be seen throughout the whole process. A "wedding planner" turned friend, we are forever grateful for Tracey and all she did for us!

Thorough, efficient and fiercely dedicated

Tracey gives it everything she has, is extremely thorough and efficient and will not shy away from fighting for you with vendors etc. She's your champion, and she's fantastic at what she does.

Tracey is an angel sent from wedding heaven!

Tracey is the best!!! She is funny, professional, always bubbly and unbelievably organized. Best money spent on our celebration - and many times I wondered if we paid her enough! She has an endless supply of ideas, connections, and resources, and is extremely budget conscious...even when we told her she didn't have to be. Her attention to detail, as well as her ability to listen and connect, puts her heads and shoulders above everyone else.


We had a small mountain top ceremony months earlier that I had planned myself, and couldn't imagine organizing the larger celebration all on my own. She was an absolute godsend, and I could not have done it without her. She is easy to work with, yet is stern enough to tell us when things were getting too nutty. She was able to steer us down the right path, even when my fiancé (now husband) would come up with some crazy ideas (fireworks and confetti cannons in an old, wooden, historical building!! - oh my!!!) I envy her ability to stay calm, and sane in the midst of everything! She must do yoga.


I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey. I hope she stay in this business for decades, so that she can plan my children's weddings. Love her!

Tracey is Amazing!

I don't event know where to start with describing how amazing it was to work with Tracey! We booked her partial planning package, and are so so so very glad we did!

Tracey is incredibly professional, organized, and has amazing ideas! She totally made our vision come true! Tracey took the time to get to know us, we felt like we were hanging out with a good friend every time we met up with her.

On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about A SINGLE THING! Tracey took care of everything, allowing us and our families to enjoy our day and really take everything in.

All of our vendors loved working with Tracey as well, and everything went off without a hitch! Tracey goes above and beyond.

Above and beyond!

Tracey was above and beyond from the moment we first contacted her for a quote. She was willing to work with our budget, was amazing at responding, understanding our needs, and honestly I don't know how I thought I could plan a wedding without her. We hired Tracey for month-of coordination and she contacted us nearly 3 months out to begin planning for every detail on our day of. She was professional, consistent, and beyond a life saver the day of our wedding (you barely knew she was there, if she didn't want you to know she was!). She carried all of my things around on the day of, helped with making sure our photos were fantastic and events ran on schedule throughout the day, and even put all of our items together at the end of the night so that they didn't get thrown away/tossed to the side and misplaced at the end of the evening. She was a god send and I would recommend her 1000% to any one (including those who think they don't need a coordinator)!

Tracey was the best investment we made towards are wedding. She was a lifesaver - very professional, responsive, organized, and just a pleasure to work with. Without her, I don't know how our wedding would have happened. We had separate vendors for everything and Tracey stayed on top of everyone to make sure our day ran smoothly.

Throughout the planning process, Tracey was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for our big day. On the day of, Tracey and her team were on top of everything and made sure our very tight schedule was followed. We didn't have to worry about a thing! We just enjoyed our day to the max.

After the wedding, many of our guests came up to us tell us how amazing they thought Tracey was and how impressed they were with her. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tracey was so amazing to work with and I still can't believe how incredibly helpful she was. We were having a small ceremony and brunch reception in Toronto before we had a destination wedding in Cuba, and as the entire event was taking place in a restaurant I thought it would be fairly simple to plan and we wouldn't need a lot of Tracey's help. Now I'm wondering what we would have done without her!

She brought up a lot of stuff during the planning process that I hadn't even thought of (and I have a background in events! Just not weddings). She was the point of contract for the venue and all our vendors, and it was so wonderful not to have to deal with that. The day-of run-sheet she put together was the most detailed document I've ever seen -- it listed absolutely everything that was happening on the day of the wedding, and contact information for us, key family members, and all our vendors.

Also, she's a bit pushier than I am (I mean that in the best way possible) so she was better dealing with the venue than I was. If they told me we couldn't do something I'd be like “oh okay,” but Tracey was all “THE BRIDE GETS WHAT THE BRIDE WANTS.” So, that worked out well.

On the day of the wedding my husband and I worried about absolutely nothing. Not a thing. Tracey took care of everything, she even directed our family photos. She was completely invaluable and I'm so, so glad we had her. Everyone needs a Tracey!

From the very moment we decided to hire Tracey it was wedding planning life changing. She exudes genuine passion for her craft and ensures that her bride and groom are beyond taking care of. Tracey's talents really shone during the pre-planning stages. She always had our best interest in mind and made sure that we remained under budget working endlessly to find the best value and fit with our vendors. She missed no detail, from helping with hand writing EVERY guests name for the seating plan to the night before diverting all crisis when I thought my dress a) didn't fit and b) was crooked.

Simply, Tracey gave me the ability to let my guard down and enjoy every second of the day. Our wedding would not have went beyond perfect without her wedding day timeline - its pure mastery. In fact it left our venue Catering Manager in detail oriented “awe” and praised her intricate "did not miss anything" schedule. Tracey was there to save the day if anything deviated from keeping our wedding on track and maintained strict deadlines with speech lengths to get us on the dance floor exactly when we wanted! I never would have thought I would require a wedding planner or thought financially it made sense, but it was the best investment we made and my husband, mother and bridesmaids reminded me of that many times too.
