Hiiiiii, I’m Trevor Frankfort: lover of love, entertaining expert on CTV’s The Social and The Good Stuff with Mary Berg, and head honcho at Trevents: Wedding & Event Planning. I’ve done it all: corporate event planning, project management, marketing, sales, and of course my fave: wedding planning. All of my experience has helped me to become a master at thinking outside the box and staying calm during stressful situations. I’m often told that my energy is calming which is exactly what you want on the day of your event. Practising meditation and yoga has really paid off for me. I’m also extremely organized, professional, and reliable. I will do everything I can to keep a smile on your faces while we plan your wedding.I still can’t believe Hollywood used J-Lo to play me in the movie version of my life, “The Wedding Planner.” What a compliment! Speaking of movies, I love them and I am an avid collector. Yes, I’m one of the only people left who still purchases DVDs and Blu-Rays. My favourite movie is Clue (based on the popular board game which I also love), have you seen it? I enjoy cooking and make an incredible minestrone soup. Mmmm soup. Trevor made it possible
While planning for our wedding, Michael and I pretty much took care of it until the end... or so we thought. When it came down to the 6 week crunch, we realized that all those fine details of the last few weeks were quickly adding up to be a big issue. That's when we hired Trevor. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to articulate what we wanted, even when we were vague or weren't sure what to go with for certain things. He was able to think on his feet and clear up all the little snags that we couldn't have predicted. He definitely saved the day and made it run smoothly for the two of us!

Exceptionally organized
Trevor was absolutely amazing! I met him at a wedding show, took his info then walked away. After basically having a panic attack at the show realizing how much there was to do for a wedding, I quickly went back to the man with the funky bowtie and hired him. It was a decision I never regretted. He was there for us 100% through phone, text or email. He always gave us plenty of options for all the vendors at various price points to show us a range of services out there. The day of the wedding we weren't stressed at all as we knew Trevor would take care of everything (which he did)! Everyone raved about our wedding and especially raved about Trevor and how wonderfully organized the day was. If you can't afford the full wedding planning go for the month of planning, you will not have a worry the big day!

What can I say about Trevor? We were truly LUCKY to have found him! We met Trevor by chance at another wedding and after our initial consultation both my (now) husband and I thought he was fantastic. We got the month-of planning package and I more than appreciated how available he was, by text, phone, or e-mail. Anytime I had a question about anything, he made sure to answer my questions and never made me feel stupid for asking any of them! He understood what we wanted and revised our day-of itinerary until we got it just right. You can tell that he loves what he does and the passion he brings to his work shows- he is attentive and ensures that no detail is overlooked. He handled everything professionally but not impersonally, which is something unique in this industry. He makes you feel like more than a customer because he really takes the time to listen to your vision and make sure that you have the best day of your life! Thanks to Trevor I can honestly say that my wedding day was a relaxing day, which is something that I NEVER thought I would say! Trevor is truly a gem in this industry and we would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Trevor was the lynchpin to our wedding! My husband and I approached him in August 2016 because we felt overwhelmed at planning a 280+ person wedding. Trevor handled everything with grace, humour, exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. He helped us select incredible vendors. He was always there for us to handle any problems that arose. He brought calm and clarity when we had questions and concerns. He is professional while being so personable and friendly. On our wedding day in July 2017, he and his assistants made the party run smoothly thanks to his leadership and direction. Our families and friends had a great time, and my husband and I had the best day of our lives, all thanks to Trevor!

Trevor is amazing, by far the best decision we made!!!!!!
The wedding planning process was a lot more work than we originally thought. From the time we started working together we felt an immediate relieve of pressure, he was extremely outgoing, professional and on top of everything that needed to be done making sure every last detail was done to perfection.
Trevor’s presence is very caring, full of positive energy and we felt he genuinely cared about the day going smoothly as much as we did.
During the month of coordination and day of the wedding Trevor was beyond helpful in assisting me with make decisions and giving me great suggestions. Trevor is extremely organized and is a joy to be around he made the wedding planning experience so much fun instead of it being stressful.
I received so many compliments from our family and friends on how wonderful and helpful he was throughout the whole day.
The only thing I would change if I could do it all over again is hire Trevor from the beginning!!! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and without a doubt exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Trevor for EVERYTHING!!!

As one of the bridesmaids, I would like to sincerely thank you so much for everything you and your team provided on the day of the wedding. I know it made a huge difference for the Bride especially to be able to just relax and enjoy her special day (and I know her well enough to know that she would've been a basket-case without you!). He was "the one"!
You know how you feel when you know you've found "the one"? That's how you should feel when you meet your wedding planner! When I met Trevor at Canada's Bridal Show in Sept 2017, my husband and I had gotten very little accomplished on our own. As we spoke, Trevor's confidence and knowledge put all my concerns and fears at ease. I felt as though we were in the right hands! As I described our vision for the day, Trevor knew exactly what I was talking about. As we hired vendors, he articulated that vision to ensure everyone was on the same page. Trevor gave us small, manageable tasks each month to keep things moving along. There were so many details that we NEVER would have thought of had we been planning this wedding on our own. He was always there to listen to my irrational fears (what if the candy is too heavy and the table buckles?!). Trevor made the whole process stress-free (well, as stress-free as it can be!) and would recommend him over and over again!
