It's hard to know even where to begin with this review. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and what an invaluable service she provided for our wedding. I am a very organized, spreadsheet savvy, type-A person and thought we would be okay without a planner - but I am SO glad that Jennifer encouraged us to do both Event Management & Design. She was with us every step of the way providing insider advice and suggestions. Her itinerary was second to none and kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes for our wedding - no easy feat as we had a large bridal party! Both virtually and in person she was communicative, prompt, kind, considerate and a great listener. We really wanted to incorporate sustainability into our day as much as possible and Jennifer made that happen - partially thanks to her gorgeous collection of exclusive vintage rentals. This is where Jennifer really shines - making our wedding day dream vision into a reality. She has a great eye for colour and detail and makes everything look like it came out of a fairytale. Her detailed PDF design guide, shared with us soon after booking, became our go-to for anything styling related. I decided to DIY all of our stationery and she went above and beyond to help me make sure it was perfect.

We approached Jennifer at Tufts & Toile based on a recommendation of our venue, Ball's Falls Conservation Area. We were immediately so impressed with her collection of decor and also her organization, and signed her on for coordination services and used her decor collection, too!

Jennifer is no 'day-of' coordinator. The MOMENT we hired her till our wedding day, she was there for us, answering any questions, and more importantly asking questions we hadn't thought to consider!!! She is thorough and knowledgable, creating the most highly detailed itinerary ANYONE in my party had ever seen! She took our ideas and questions seriously, and made us feel so confident right away that our day would go off without a hitch. One thing I so appreciate is her honesty. When we told her we were looking at not doing a rehearsal as an officiant had said we didn't need one, she gently told us that it would make our lives WAY easier to do one. Spoiler Alert: she was right! She is ALWAYS RIGHT YALL. This being said, she never tried to push us to do things that didn't feel like us.
Maybe the best part (maybe the decor was the best... so hard to decide) was at the 2-weeks-to-wedding mark, Jenn took over all contact with the other vendors so we weren't being overrun with emails. What BLISS!!!!!!!!!
The decor she put together at the venue was nothing short of stunning. She artfully intertwined my own handmade decor with her beautiful collection. She also had a few of our engagement photos printed and framed, which felt so so special.
On the day, Jennifer was punctual, high energy, and present while not being hovering around us - the second I needed to find her (should we move up the timing of the toast? etc) she was there. She also took it upon herself to film some of the most important moments since we didn't do a videographer! SO thoughtful.
Anyway, thanks from the bottom of our hearts. We had the best wedding ever and Jennifer & her team were a significant part of making that happen! I will recommend her to anyone who will listen!!!!

Working with Jennifer was an amazing experience! We went with the full package of design assistance and day of styling. My husband and I envisioned a beautiful secret garden to which we could welcome our closest family and friends to celebrate our marriage and Jennifer gave us just that. How to plan a wedding:

Hire Tufts and Toile.

We got married last night and when we woke up, beyond the excitement of being husband and wife (and reflecting on an amazing night) one of our first comments was “holy s#!+, Jennifer crushed it”.

We hired Tufts and Toile for full event design and rentals. She took our wedding venue and completely transformed it beyond what we could ever imagine. I was pretty particular in the planning progress, and Jennifer was gracious, accommodating and also just a wizard at what she does. She knows how to translate all your Instagram inspo to real life- and in fact, make it better and unique.

There are a lot of moving parts to bringing a wedding together. We didn’t hire a planner. The day of, you kind of have to let go and let live, and trust your vendors. Regrettably, some of ours didn’t quite live up to their promises- but here’s the thing: we didn’t even know this because Jennifer swooped in (unasked) and went above and beyond to make sure everything was actual perfection from the moment we walked in to well after we left the venue.

Set up and tear down, two nightmares of wedding planning- taken care of flawlessly.

My review comes in a bit late, but nonetheless wanted to make sure I shared my experience with Jennifer. I was on the fence on whether I needed a day-of coordinator and boy am I glad that I hired her.

Jennifer went above and beyond. Not only was the day amazing and turned out exactly how I envisioned, but she made sure the last month leading up to my wedding was stress free (I had a lot going on lol). She handled everything with grace and truly made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. It was such a pleasure to work with her and would 1000% percent recommend!! I cannot say enough about Jennifer and her team!

We initially approached Tufts & Toile because they had the best, classiest, most beautiful furniture pieces (which we needed as decoration for our wedding venue) and decor. We also agreed on a month-of-coordinator package, although how I wish we had gone with the full package.

Jennifer is such a pro - you will not be disappointed. Always punctual, respectful, and professional, Jennifer works with you to achieve your vision for your wedding. She has a ton of experience, a great eye for detail, and a really good designer's eye. She makes recommendations (almost all of which we agreed to) but is never pushy or pressuring. She is the most organized person I've ever met, with backups for everything, and, if you're ready for it, will start planning well in advance to get ahead of all the chaos that happens on the month of. Jennifer is also one of those very appreciated voices of reason that will calm you down and stop you from freaking out about your upcoming wedding day. Why? Because she's got it all under control.

The execution on our wedding day went flawlessly, with Jennifer being on top of communication with all our vendors, and checking in occasionally to make sure my wife and I were doing well and getting what we wanted out of it. And we received so many compliments on the decor and furniture. Highly, highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
