  The Best Wedding Planner Ever!

  My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Alanna for our wedding, and I can't express enough gratitude for the incredible job she did in making our wedding day absolutely perfect.
  
  From our first meeting, Alanna exuded a warmth and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Her attention to detail was unparallel, every timeline, vendor coordination, and logistical detail was expertly managed. This meticulous planning ensured that our wedding day flowed seamlessly, everything was timed to the T (from vendor setup to the morning ceremony, the multiple locations for photos, venue reveal, cocktail hour, reception, speeches, and dances), allowing us to enjoy every moment of our special day.
  
  The only challenge we faced was my dress getting caught on my shoe during the first dance. Alanna proposed pinning the back of my dress up and redoing the first dance. We did just that. She adjusted our agenda for the evening, spent 20 minutes pinning my dress, and we had the perfect second first dance. Her kindness and genuine care for our happiness truly showed in this moment. I’m forever grateful for her quick thinking and ability to navigate any situation with calmness and grace.

  The BEST Wedding Planner in the business!

  Words cannot express how grateful we are that Alanna was part of our special day. Alanna is truly the very best. Right from the very beginning working with Alanna was so seamless and enjoyable. Planning a wedding in 4 months in most cases would be stressful, but we had the best experience; stress-free, the very best vendors, the most support and our wedding turned out better than we could have imagined. Even the day of the wedding we were both so relaxed and the day went off without a hitch because of Alanna. We honestly could not recommend her enough. She realistically is a 10+ star service!

  Best Planner in the World

  Working with Alanna was an absolute dream. She is prompt, punctual, attentive to detail and very professional. I had not a single worry on the day of my wedding and the execution was seamless and flawless. Highly recommend using Alanna as your wedding planner.

  Alanna is the BEST

  Despite having never worked at the venue before, Alanna seamlessly executed our wedding day. She has a keen eye for detail, extensive knowledge of the GTA wedding industry (which can be extremely daunting when you're first starting your planning), and has the patience required to help bring your vision to life.
  
  On our wedding day, nobody had to worry about a thing - not us, our family, or our wedding party. Alanna had everything well in hand. She is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her.

She will make herself available for all your questions and concerns. She will SAVE YOU MONEY, by reviewing quotes/ contracts and using her incredible reputation in the industry. She will make your wedding run smoothly. She will give you advice. She will make you feel so comfortable during every step of the process. You do not need to look further for a planner. Alanna is amazing and is the absolute best investment we made during our wedding.

  Best wedding investment ever!

  My husband and I got married in September 2022 at our family cottage near Huntsville. While we had our heart set on this location early on, when it came to planning, we quickly realized we didn’t know where to start and became overwhelmed. This feeling changed when Vita Wedding and Events came on board and helped design, plan and build our fairytale wedding from the ground up, in 9 short months.
  Leading up to the wedding, Alanna helped us plan every detail including tenting, lighting, decor and other equipment rentals. On our wedding day, her execution was flawless and not a detail was missed. My husband and I can honestly say we did not have a single worry on our big day as we knew everything was in good hands. Our vendors and guests were also extremely complimentary of the seamless execution of a private property event all of which we have her to thank her for. On top of that Alanna is an absolute joy to work with and handles whatever is thrown her way with grace and a smile! We would highly recommend working with Vita Events for any celebration!

  VITA is the best!

  Alanna is seriously the best out there - she was so helpful and really saved my sanity the week of my wedding!
  She set up a number of check in calls and made sure everything stayed organized throughout the days leading up to our wedding day, and truly made the day as amazing as it was! We can't imagine what our special day would have been like without her, and we have recommended VITA to anyone and everyone that we know!

  The best investment for your wedding

  Using Alanna for our wedding was the best decision we made. She is unbelievably organized, detail oriented, responsive and lovely. We got to enjoy our day to the fullest because every little thing was taken care of. She thinks of everything and is always 2 steps ahead. We seriously didn’t have a single thing go wrong which I thought was unheard of, and I think this is because of Alanna’s hard work behind the scenes. She is also a pleasure to work with and you can tell she loves what she does. I would highly recommend Vita Event Planning to any bride!
