Caitlin was a pleasure to work with. She served as a our month-of coordinator, but we mostly relied on her as a day-of coordinator. In that sense, the value for money for our case was not the best, but Caitlin does a great a job and we'd absolutely recommend her to others. -

Not only does she have incredible vision, but her organization and attention to detail ensured our wedding ran smoothly, on time, and she handled all kinds of hiccups without us even knowing. -

My fiancé and I landed upon The Vow & Co’s elopement packages back in the summer of 2020 and found out she put together a package called The Vow Cabin. Before she had even put together a true elopement, we knew we had to be one of those couples! We had been in touch with Caitlin on and off for months to ensure she knew we wanted in. She reached out to us when the dates we wanted were available, kept in touch along the way about every detail we could have our hands in. Through speaking, she found out we had a three year old daughter and made sure that she was a big part of the day too. She listed to all my questions and comments, she was my own little personal hype woman leading up to and on the day. On the day of our elopement, lots of things put my fiancé and I behind schedule but she didn’t panic or stress about anything. Always ensured us that it would be perfect. She has an imagine in her head and she makes sure it is perfectly put together. Not only is Caitlin an amazing wedding planner, she is the kindest human. I am grateful that she was there for us and would recommend her to anyone who asked for advice. I am honoured to have worked with her and I guarantee anyone else who picks here will be too!! -

Caitlin was a dream to have help us bring our wedding day to life. There were so many times we had no idea what we were supposed to do at so many different parts of the wedding process and she was always there to answer our questions and to make us feel at ease. She was always available when we needed her, and she has a way of knowing exactly what you're envisioning even if it wasn't something you could articulate properly! SO helpful! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a wedding planner for your big day ... because I definitely think a wedding planner is needed!! Believe me, I didn't think I needed one ... but gosh was I wrong! Thanks again Caitlin for everything! -

If you're in the midst of Wedding Planner research, you can now stop. Hiring Caitlin was the best thing I did for my self and my wedding.
I am a bit of a control freak. I like to run the show, make sure everything is going as I planned and let very few people in on helping me. When I decided to use Caitlin and her Month of Coordinating services, I knew I needed it to allow me to be in the moment on the day-of, but I didn't know how much I would need her and was beyond ecstatic when she exceeded all my expectations.
Caitlin was so responsive from day 1. She was very helpful, sending over guidelines and suggestions as I hired my final vendors, and answering my numerous questions. A few weeks out, before I had even thought of it, she had touched base with all my vendors and at our first meet up already had a timeline put together and practically finalized.
We were supposed to have access to the venue the day before so I could help her set up (see above, control freak!) but last minute it wasn't available! Caitlin went in the morning-of, with all my decor in boxes and some idea of how I wanted it set up. When my Hubby and I got to the venue it was such a surprise to see everything laid out and put together so beautifully! It honestly exceeded my imagination. All the way throughout the whole night, Caitlin made sure Everything ran smoothly. I mean every Everything. I got to enjoy every second with my guests and husband and didn't worry for one second that something wouldn't go as planned. Even after the late night snacks came out, she was working her magic and ensuring that I could leave the venue without a worry.

Worth every penny & more! Caitlin is truly amazing.
Caitlin made our wedding nothing short of incredible.
You would think that when a person has had 20+ months to think and dream about what their big day will be like, it would be really hard for reality to live up to the expectations of the imagination.. but I can say without a doubt, our wedding day was more than anything I could have dreamed up over the last year and a half.
Truly, our wedding exceeded my expectations on all accounts and was better than I thought it could be - this is because of Caitlin and her dedication to her work.
Every moment and detail was taken into consideration and carefully planned out to ensure that on our wedding day all we had to do was show up and celebrate our love.
Caitlin was excellent with her communication, flexibility, creativity and execution.

Caitlin is such a sweet and personable wedding planner and from the day one she went above and beyond her contractual responsibilities to make sure every detail of our wedding was planned in advance. She was great at coordinating between vendors for a flawless finish as well as troubleshooting the last-minute unexpected problems as they came up. My husband and I can't thank her enough for her great work to make a memorable and beautiful night for us that we will cherish forever.
For anxious brides like me: If you work with Caitlin, you don't need to drive yourself crazy anymore. Trust me, she will figure things out for you, stress-free! -

My husband and I can’t say enough to express the amazing experience we had working with Caitlin. We wanted a stylish elopement close to home, and when we tried to plan it ourselves vendors repeatedly turned us away. They didn’t want to accommodate our small event. A mutual friend recommended Caitlin and we met with her and clicked immediately. Caitlin got to know us as a couple, and returned a vision and style board that brought happy tears to our eyes. She ran with it and vendors loved her as much as we did! She hooked us up with unbeatable talent, and built us the wedding day we dreamed of! We were in constant communication during the planning, so much so that I feel like I gained a lifelong friend. She styled and coordinated our wedding day flawlessly, and she was genuinely pleased to be part of every step. The only unexpected surprises on our wedding day were bonuses our vendors threw in simply because they loved Caitlin so much and wanted to keep working with her. You will too 🥰
